Nad's has kindly sent me a replacement package after I was having some issues with their "Exfoliating Body Wax Strips" (which has been updated to Ultra Smoothing Exfoliating Wax Strips") and since they wanted to hear customers feedback I thought I might as well post it here :). I have used both products and the first difference is packing; they have incorporated more of the turquoise in the new packaging and the colour combination is beautiful! Another difference is the exfoliating scrub is only on one side in the updated version. Which I think is good for when you're warming up the wax because it stays in place when you're rubbing it and therefore less exfoliating on your hand haha. I've noticed that the scrub particles appear to be finer. Upside: smoother and less harsh on the skin, and fewer particles fall off leading to less mess :D. I don't know if the actual wax formula has changed but I definitely know the strips itself has changed. I was previously having trouble as sometimes the strips would rip. One time I had half the wax on one strip waxless (which I think was caused by the strip material not clinging on tight enough). I haven't had an issue with the updated product yet so fingers crossed that nothing does happen. One more thing I'll note is that they only provide 4 calming oil wipes per box and I just don't think that's enough for 20 strips :/ they also dry quick which is a bummer, I'm not a fan of the smell but they leave your skin feeling so soft and moisturised. I think they have really upped their game by making these changes and it's just so nice to know that they value their customers. I feel so greatly appreciated just talking to their customer service team.

I love everything about Nad’s (natural hair removal gel).
Being a long term user of Nad’s, maybe even a few decades now, I find the product perfect for all my hair removal needs and so easy to use.
Nad’s, as a complete kit, is easy to store, set-up, apply, remove and clean-up. I’ve been a waxer since about 1982 and have used many products in home and in salons. I love that Nad’s is natural and that there is no heating required. There is no need for special storage, spill mats, heating pots, disposal of strips and old wax.
In these times of massive rubbish creation, I love that the used applicator and cloth strips wash up in water for reuse.
Many years ago, I decided to wax my eyebrows for the first time, with Nad’s at home. I did one side and was super impressed with the results. When I applied the cloth strip over the second eyebrow, I had not folded the cloth to cover the used section of wax. This resulted in the used wax being pressed into the whole eyebrow.. I panicked and was like "oh no, I am going to have no eyebrow".. my husband “laughing” ..“laughing lots” ..said isn’t this stuff water soluble? Oh yeah! Crisis averted.
I Love the Nad’s story and continue to be impressed by this superior product.

Wanted to give my review on the strawberries and cream waxing dots!! It’s so cute and smells amazing, which isn’t something I’m used to with wax beads lol. Worked amazing which also isn’t something I’m used to. It really works well and everything included was super helpful! I almost never used the wipes that come in wax kits but the wipes that came with this were absolutely amazing and soo soothing. Will be repurchasing :-)

I first tried Nads many years ago and thought it worked pretty well, and was so affordable for a single mom. Of course, it's not the same as having one's facial waxing as done in a salon, but using Nads is not difficult at all. With having been away from regular salon care the past few years, I decided to order Nads again and clearly, there's been some product improvements! I was happy with the product as it was when I last used Nads, but this newer version was a great experience! The wax seems easier to warm, less thick and very effective. The soothing wipes were even more soothing than I remembered. Thanks for making a great product even better.
I am just wanting to send a great big thank you to the creators of Nads hair removal gel. After years of trying various hair removal products from shaving to hair removal creams to waxing and epilators, I thought I'd finally give Nads a try. This choice was made simply by cost comparisons at my local supermarket, added to the fact that the gel didn't require heating (and therefore constant reheating throughout the application). I am so glad that I have tried the Nads product. It did an amazing job of hair removal. It was quick and very easy to use. I will absolutely be using this product again and will recommend it highly to my family and friends. My only regret is that I didn't try this product earlier. Thank you for a job well done!
After drying my legs, I noticed how hydrated and smooth they were. My legs were hair-free and smooth to touch. I was highly impressed! The results also lasted longer compared to other methods such as shaving. This product saves me time as I only have to do it once a week. Overall I feel more confident and sexy when I use this product. Nothing beats the feeling of silky smooth legs.

I have used nads wax strips previously and had no issues, however as I have been shaving recently I have been experiencing ingrown hairs. The first strip I used on my leg I was shocked. I exfoliated before and waxed after and my skin has never felt to silky! The wax strips also got the hair out from the root and didn't just cause the hair to break. Will definitely be purchasing in the future. Much cheaper than going to a salon for a wax.

First time using the facial wax strips for my upper lip & it was so easy to do! Virtually pain free, just a little redness, but it went away within a few minutes! Should have tried this earlier!

I recently purchased your Facial Wax Strips. I love them. I used them for my upper and lower lip area and the product removed all unwanted hair. It is so simple to use, no mess, and quick. The wipes removed the slight redness after using. I am thrilled to find this product which eliminates time-consuming, super expensive, trips to the salon.
Sue, I was a Nair woman for years. My local store was out of stock of my usual nasty smelling hair remover cream, but they had Nads facial wax strips… so, I tried them. WOW !!! So much better !! Thank you soooo much Natalie for making such a brilliantly designed, sustainable, and effective product. I’ve owned your eyebrow kit and bigger kit for larger areas for a couple months now and have loveddd using them. I get the freedom to decide when exactly I want to wax and it’s so much less painful that going to a waxing salon! The eyebrow wand is also amazing for getting any tiny hairs that as a beginner I would have probably missed with a normal wax stick. So easy to use! Nad’s waxing kit is so easy to use! It comes with everything you need to get smooth soft skin at home! Waxing beads melt so well in provided container and comes with application sticks as well. I was so excited to use as soon as it came in that I waxed anywhere that had hair except my head lol. I was able to wax both legs, my arms, my eyebrows and my daughters legs with wax left over. I definitely recommend as this process was painless and I have no bumps or Irritation!

I have really sensitive skin on my legs but unlike other brands of wax strips, Nad's caused no irritation and left my legs feeling soft and smooth. The instructions were easy to follow making the strips quick and easy to apply. The wax strips removed all the hair easily and painless without leaving my skin feeling tacky like other brands have. The post wax oil smells great and makes the skin feel even smoother.
i have the opinion that eyebrows are the most important feature on your face and this product is so much better then any salon I've been to. Would never let anyone touch my eyebrows every again, I'll be using this product all the time. It's just rips the unwanted hairs out seamlessly and with no pain. And the strips in the box are washable so once you use them you just wash them and use again. Holy grail product.

So good!! A lot comes in the kit and this is way better than spending money to get them done. They give the same results! Also super easy to use.
I love the fact that this wax is made from sugar which makes it so easy to remove any left over wax on your skin without any residue. I fins that traditional wax works maybe little bit better to get all the hair out, but I do hate getting rid of all the waxy residue that this is definitely a game changer for me!
I just wanted to write to tell you this is the best product I have ever used. I am 44 and have always had a little bit of facial hair in the mustache area and right under the middle of my bottom lip. I have used bleaching product which hide it for a bit. I have used other rub in your hand wax strips and melt your own wax. The wand by far is the easiest hair remover I have ever used. I just cleaned the area with the enclosed soap, which smells great. Then I applied the wax with the wand and used a cloth strip to remove the hair. Took me seconds and I am so happy woth the results. No long lasting burn like you just ripped your face off, no red bumps, and my skin is so soft. I love this! ❤️ A very happy customer.

Hello, I hope all is well. I recently started using Nad’s facial wax strips and hair removal body butter. I just wanted to let you know that I absolutely love these products. These products remove all the hair needed as followed by the instructions and smell good as well. In the past I have used Nair and it has irritated my skin, but with Nad’s I am glad to say that I have been able to find a product that is safe to use on my skin.
This sugar wax works exceptionally well for my coarse hair and I loved the scent. It was easy to follow the instructions included and the kit has everything you need for first time use!
I bought the face strips for my bikini line and it works great! I've tried all sorts of waxes and strips over the years only to be either bruised or repeatedly disappointed. Finally, a product that works! Thanks to your chemists!
Pretty happy with the wax strips. Saves a bit of time not having to exfoliate however doesn't decrease the pain .. eep! Overall a good product with a nice scent.

Hi there! I recently purchased your facial wax strips and they were so easy to use and I’m very happy with the results! I wish I discovered this product earlier instead of shaving.
Pretty over all happy. This stuff is pretty cool, easy to make a mess which is kinda a pain to clean up but otherwise it definitely does it’s job. Not a huge fan of the smell but it didn’t make me break out or anything which is a plus.
I apply this after waxing (legs), usually about a week after waxing or when I can start to feel the hairs grow back, and I'll apply it for about a week or so. Normally when the hair starts to grow back, I have issues with it being all red/bumpy/ingrown hairs. There is a big difference in the amount of ingrown hairs I have when I use this product, I'd say more than a 50% difference - which I think is great. The bottle lasts for ages too. Anything that results in less annoying and painful ingrown hairs is a big favourite for me!
Pulled hair like nobody’s business. My husband don’t like me hairy, likes me like all them youngins. I got this kit and now he can’t get enough of me. I’d add some pictures to this but I don’t know that they’d allow such a thing haha.

Hello! I saw your card in the box of strips I got. Let me just tell you that as a PCOS woman, unwanted facial hair has been my problem since I was a teenager. I have always hated trying to tweeze everything, and the closer to the lip, the more painful it is. So waxing makes sense—sure it sucks, but all of it in 1-2 goes versus each hair? Yes! Of course I tried the sally hansen strips first, and used those for years. Man, those are just awful! So I tried Nads on a whim, and they are so much smoother, less painful and easier to use! For having to rip out hundreds of hairs from my face, I will say this is the best experience with it! I tell all of my PCOS friends about these. Maybe someday I will be able to afford laser hair removal. But these have my vote until that day comes.

I had high hopes for the Nad’s Eco Wax Strip Kit, and this kit delivered for the most part. This waxing kit could not be more simple to use. The kit comes with several different sized strips and heating up the wax takes minimal effort. There is no harsh smell and very little residue left behind, which comes right off with a little oil. These strips are great at removing fine hair (arms, face), but on areas with more coarse hair(bikini, underarms) these don’t deliver as well as I had hoped. One of the things I liked most was that the wax is very gentle and non-irritating. Overall, I am happy with the the performance of this wax kit and would recommend it for those areas that don’t have coarse hair.
Dear Sue, Firstly, I have been using your Brazilian and bikini wax for probably about 12 years. I have always found it pretty easy and always got a good result. I recently purchased a brand-new tub and last night decided to some some waxing. I opened the box to discover a new applicator which I was excited about. Then I was even more excited to see the formula for the wax had also changed. I absolutely loved it!!! It was easier, softer, more effective, quicker and stayed melted the whole time! Hello! After years of using Sally Hansen wax strips and being disappointed for years, I spotted Nads facial strips this morning and decided to give it a try. Oh my-I am sold! First-using the powder is a life saver. I love that the strips are on a paper instead of plastic. Easy to warm up, and use again if needed. And of course the calming packet is essential to finishing up. I can even pull the strip myself. I’ve had to ask my husband because the pain of the other strips was too much.
This was an amazing product. works very well just like wax but the best part is you can just wipe it away with water or the wipes if you place it on wrong. The cotton pads it comes with are also washable and reusable so the limiting factor really is the gel so you can just keep using it over and over again.

I’m 15 and I’ve tried sugar wax, hard wax and they haven’t been the best experience. when i was looking at some wax’s strips at my local Ulta i found Nad’s Natural Facial Wax Strips and girl when i tell you that they were so easy to use and the post wax oil is so good. it doesn’t burn or feel uncomfortable i was so good that I had to email you. so thank you and keep it the amazing work. i will be purchasing again.
Hi! I’m a new customer who discovered you guys on Amazon. I was looking for an easy, not super messy sugar wax for my legs, and decided to try your product out. It’s the best I’ve tried so far! I’ve ever tried making my own with sugar, lemon juice, and water, and it didn’t quite work the same. My legs get really sensitive from shaving and I often get red, itchy bumps if I shave against the grain, but this has solved that issue for me. I just wanted you guys to know - maybe you could use that messaging in ads or something (just an idea since I’m sure there are others like me!). The one thing I was hoping to find is a refill product that’s just the wax — no cloths, soap, or sticks. I have too many of those things now, and I’m not going through them as fast as the wax, so it’s a bit wasteful, in my opinion. Just wanted to share the feedback and say thanks for making a great product.

Love. Took a few tries but, once I had some practice, it worked great at removing my super-fine brow hair. The pen allows me to be precise when applying and the whole process is simple and fast.
Best bikini wax I ever used!! I am not the review type but I am so impressed with the quality I had to leave some positive feedback. I used different types/brands of bikini wax and never had that "perfect result". In fact when i originally got this product I didn't even realize it was one of those that do not require a strip. Anyways, previously when I used this kind it really struggled to grab all the hairs and was very messy. This product removes EVERYTHING, and I got no reaction from it either! Super impressed. Finally found a great quality bikini wax! I will sure to spread the word.

So quick so easy and great results and only a quarter the cost of going to a Salon.
