I'm in 42 yrs old. I have two teenage daughters and one preteen. Trying hair removal creams on myself and the pain of burning and the embarrassing red top lip was so frustrating. I wanted something for my girls but not if it hurt them. I am not tech savvy. I told my daughter I remembered a commercial about a young girl whose parents made her hair removal cream out of honey. I remembered going to college and seeing it at night on the tv. I didn't remember the name of the product, so I kinda gave up. My daughter jumped online and of course found NAD'S. Cute cotton candy waxing dots. I love how simple this kit makes it to wax at home. You don’t even need a separate warmer. You just put it in the microwave. This product didn’t aggravate my skin or make it dry.

Works great! I was skeptical at first when I seen this but I was willing to try anything after most place shut down because of COVID. This product works great last longer than shaving and super easy to use.
Since using Nad's new exfoliating wax strips I now understand why I could never achieve good results with wax strips in the past. I was missing the crucial element of 'exfoliation' and I'm amazed at just how quick and efficient the strip works.

Hi Sue, I've just purchased the Eyebrow Wax Wand and saw your feedback card. I have been using this product for many years, even throughout my Beauty Therapy career, I have found this so easy and convenient without the hassle and the inconvenience of a messy wax pot. The only change I could suggest is cutting down the size of the pre wax cleansing wipes, as I only wax my eyebrows, and find the wipe is too large and wasted on a small area. I tear the cleansing wipe in half and keep the unused half for next time. Otherwise the wipes would be all used before I've used all of the wax in the wand. Other than that, I find your products amazing! Have a fabulous day!

Hi! I’m a new customer who discovered you guys on Amazon. I was looking for an easy, not super messy sugar wax for my legs, and decided to try your product out. It’s the best I’ve tried so far! I’ve ever tried making my own with sugar, lemon juice, and water, and it didn’t quite work the same. My legs get really sensitive from shaving and I often get red, itchy bumps if I shave against the grain, but this has solved that issue for me. I just wanted you guys to know - maybe you could use that messaging in ads or something (just an idea since I’m sure there are others like me!). The one thing I was hoping to find is a refill product that’s just the wax — no cloths, soap, or sticks. I have too many of those things now, and I’m not going through them as fast as the wax, so it’s a bit wasteful, in my opinion. Just wanted to share the feedback and say thanks for making a great product.
This is the first time I've used any Nads product and I can say it did not disappoint. I used this for my bikini area and it was so simple to use and not painful (no more so than getting it done professionally) at all. The directions are excellent and easy to follow. I love that everything is reusable, and even after one use, still have a decent amount of wax left for next time. For some context, my bikini area is not very thick or coarse, so I really can not say how this would work on someone with thicker hair, and only speak from my experience. All I can say is I wish I found this sooner because I would have saved so much money doing it myself than going to a spa/salon. My grooming life has changed for the better from here on out.
i have the opinion that eyebrows are the most important feature on your face and this product is so much better then any salon I've been to. Would never let anyone touch my eyebrows every again, I'll be using this product all the time. It's just rips the unwanted hairs out seamlessly and with no pain. And the strips in the box are washable so once you use them you just wash them and use again. Holy grail product.
I'd like to say that I tried your wax strips for the first time and I am never using anything else!!! I love them!! They are so gentle but work very well! And I love the oil/cleansing wipes!! Thank you so much!!!
I apply this after waxing (legs), usually about a week after waxing or when I can start to feel the hairs grow back, and I'll apply it for about a week or so. Normally when the hair starts to grow back, I have issues with it being all red/bumpy/ingrown hairs. There is a big difference in the amount of ingrown hairs I have when I use this product, I'd say more than a 50% difference - which I think is great. The bottle lasts for ages too. Anything that results in less annoying and painful ingrown hairs is a big favourite for me!
I use your facial wax strips and have used them for several years and I think they are great. I accidentally bought a different brand once and they were nowhere near as good as yours. As long as you make them I will continue to use them.

This is the first time I have ever used home wax strips. I am actually surprised how well these worked. They are not as painful as I thought they would be. They left my skin smooth and no iritation after.

I applied the Hair Removal Cream to my legs for my first test, and my legs have honestly never felt so smooth and hair-free! It actually removed even the smallest stubble that usual shaving would leave. I am writing an email about the charcoal wax strips. I bought a pack last week and was sceptical to buy. But I have used them and I love it, it doesn’t leave a sticky residue like other wax strips and easily removes from skin. I like the hint added about re using a wax strip which has saved me a lot. Overall I love the charcoal wax strips and definitely will repurchase. Thanks for creating something amazing.
This is so easy to get, and you can often find it on sale. It does a great job and with a little effort you can do a full Brazilian at home on yourself. You can manage any pain easily by just doing manageable amounts at a time. It is a hassle and it is messy, but its cheaper than going to a salon if you can't afford it or whatever reason you can't/don't want to go.

Hi Nat, Just replying to your request for feedback. I purchased your facial (upper lip) hair removal kit instead of the Sally Hansen I've been using. Yours was much easier to use and did a better job too. With Sally Hansen, separating the wax strips was always challenging and sometimes defeating. Hi Natalie. Just wanted to give you some feedback about your product Strawberries and cream wax dots. I used it for the first time and absolutely loved it! I’ve used other wax products, both yours and other brands. Because I wax myself I find the hot wax easiest to use, although I’ve had to use the strip wax also due to availability. The problem I’ve found lately Is that the wax has been getting sticky and messy when I used it. I’ve found this with a few of your products as well as the other brands I’ve used. It’s been very frustrating. Also, the smell has changed over time. I saw your strawberries and cream wax dots and thought I’d give it a go. When I opened it the smell was beautiful…not waxy at all! It melted exactly as per your instructions, which I have found is not always the case with wax. When I put it on my skin it was like applying cream, which felt really nice on my skin. But the best thing about it, and most importantly, was that it pulled the hairs out without any stinging or pain. Admittedly, not all the hairs came out first time but neither does the other waxes I’ve tried. The difference was when I reapplied to remove the other smaller hairs, the wax wasn’t sticky. There was no waxy residue left on my skin, which happens often. Even before I wiped with the aftercare wipes, my skin felt soft, not dry like it normally does when i wax. I hope you don’t change or discontinue this product because I really love it! Thanks for developing a great product. Hope you enjoy your day.

I prefer waxing over shaving because waxing lasts longer over time. And this products has shown great results. The instructions were very easy to follow and it didn't hurt. you just have to apply multiple applications to get all the hair removed.

I was extremely impressed by the body wax strips! I didn't have time to go to the beauty supply store to get my normal strips that I use with my pot wax at home, so I grabbed these and thought I would try them. Having never used them before, I didn't expect much, but after using them, I was seriously impressed by how easy, painless and effective this product was. I LOVE my exfoliating wax strips! My skin has never been smoother and I've never had fewer ingrown hairs with any other product!! I use the exfoliating strips with another Nad's product, the Ingrow Solution and I just use a tiny amount on the area after I wax just to be safe!! No ingrown hairs to report as of yet!!

i have such sensitive skin and can't wax without it becoming so red and swollen but these strips are a god sent! Super easy to use and they work a treat leaving no hair behind! It's a beautiful pink with a lovely scent. One of the greatest things as well is you're not paying a fortune for freshly waxed areas! Would definitely recommend to everyone!

I bought this product on a whim while I was searching for an alternative to shaving and actually forgot about it during a move. Then COVID-19 hit, and I found myself unable to go to my stylist for waxing. This wax was so easy to use that I was able do it myself with minimal fuss. It won't replace the skilled hand of my stylist, but I'm more confident in hair removal myself and look forward to using the wax more. Will definitely buy again.
After drying my legs, I noticed how hydrated and smooth they were. My legs were hair-free and smooth to touch. I was highly impressed! The results also lasted longer compared to other methods such as shaving. This product saves me time as I only have to do it once a week. Hi! I wanted to give you feedback on the Nads Strawberries & Cream Waxing Dots. I’ve never used Nads before, but had known about the product since I was a kid. I’d been going to the salon to get my legs, underarms and bikini area waxed and had been paying a fortune. I decided I would try my hand at waxing myself at home. I had been using Sally Hansen wax, which was always such a mess so I took a chance and bought Nads last night…I used it this morning and successfully waxed all my desired areas all within about an hour. Nads was virtually painless and easy to control. There was no major cleanup either! I love that I didn’t need wax strips to remove anything as well. I will definitely be buying Nads again! Thank you!
I really liked this product, the exfoliating side was not painful but quite gentle. Very easy to use, and no mess. Plus they smelt really good!! I would Highly recommend this product, and will definitely use them again.....

Hi I absolutely love your product. I have so much eyebrow hair. I am 65 and I always used to have them done but then after a few bad experiences I started doing them myself. I would microwave the wax and it's hard to do without it dripping all over. I can see all the hair your product removes on the strip. I'm very happy and will recommend to all the women I know.
Works for fine hairs. I was so excited for an easy, at home product I could use to wax my eyebrows. However, the wax really only pulled the finer hairs and not the course ones. I really liked how precise the wand when applying the wax to exactly where I needed, but I wish the product pulled more hairs. This would be great to take when traveling so you can leave the tweezers at home.
My feedback on the Nads Wax Strips I have to say the Nads Wax Strips is the best product I have ever come across. Don't need hot Wax for my face anymore. Thank you for such an incredible product.
I've used this product for 10 years. It's the only eyebrow wax I'll ever use. It gives perfect shaped eyebrows every time. One pack costs the same amount as going and getting your eyebrows done and you would get 8-10 applications out of it.
