Hello, I hope all is well. I recently started using Nad’s facial wax strips and hair removal body butter. I just wanted to let you know that I absolutely love these products. These products remove all the hair needed as followed by the instructions and smell good as well. In the past I have used Nair and it has irritated my skin, but with Nad’s I am glad to say that I have been able to find a product that is safe to use on my skin.

Amazing!!! I have been getting brazilian waxes for 10 + years, started getting sick of the bad service and waxes I was getting on sunshine coast. I've used this product for 10 years. It's the only eyebrow wax I'll ever use. It gives perfect shaped eyebrows every time. One pack costs the same amount as going and getting your eyebrows done and you would get 8-10 applications out of it.

I saw your little note in the wax box I purchased and thought to myself 'I will email Nat and let her know what I think of this product. I used Nads Brazilian and Bikini on my lady private and decided to use it under my arms as well. This product is amazing, so easy to use and not messy. I love how easy it is to heat up in the microwave and spatula it on. When it dries (which is quickly) it separates from the skin without any issues. My skin afterwards is still soft and undamaged which is what we all definitely want. This is my 3rd box I have used and I will continue to use it. Thank you for such a great, superior product.
Hi! I just wanted to take the time to provide you feedback on the new improved formula of the nads Brazilian and bikini wax. Back in 2020 when we went into a lockdown and I wasn’t able to attend my usual beauty appts I started using your Brazilian wax and since then stuck to doing my own. Today I used your new formula for my Brazilian wax and Omg it’s amazing! The melt time, the drying time on skin and the general wax is such a better finish - I am so happy it’s life changing! Just wanted to provide the feedback.

I got this product recently and it works great for my skin. It's easy to apply and to remove. It left my skin feeling and looking smooth. Great hair removal product to use in order to get rid of unwanted hair
This hair removal cream really works well! I've tried many over the years, and this is the first that I'd buy again. It smoothes on nicely, and wipes off the hair easily. Does not bother my skin like others have. I 100% recommend it!

This is the best waxing product I've used! Especially good for bikini and underarm areas. The formula and application spatula provide control over where the wax goes, making it so much easier than other kits, even a little less painful! The greatest part: after waxing, just a little warm water will rinse away any wax residue on your skin and on the reusable cotton strips!!
Hi Sue! I just wanted to say that I love your facial wax strips! They are awesome! I love how they do not irritate my skin and work so easy and well. However, they are very hard to find. I would love to see them in more retail stores. Also, the calming wipes that you supply are not very good. They do not help my upper lips feel better after waxing. I have to use baby oil instead. These wax steps are by far the easiest wax strips I have ever used. Unlike other wax straps, these are painless and easy to use. I definitely recommend this product over any other wax strips.
I just wanted to share positive feedback- I’m a repeat purchaser of this product. Nice soft fabric on the strips and the wax is a good consistency- doesn’t need to be too warmed and adheres well to hair!
Post retirement hormone changes have changed my natural blonde into a nice silver, including more chin hairs that I could have imagined. I’ve used it all over body, even Brazilian on myself and it’s so good my hair has grown back way finer and it takes longer to grow which I love. Nad's has kindly sent me a replacement package after I was having some issues with their "Exfoliating Body Wax Strips" (which has been updated to Ultra Smoothing Exfoliating Wax Strips") and since they wanted to hear customers feedback I thought I might as well post it here :). I have used both products and the first difference is packing; they have incorporated more of the turquoise in the new packaging and the colour combination is beautiful! Another difference is the exfoliating scrub is only on one side in the updated version. Which I think is good for when you're warming up the wax because it stays in place when you're rubbing it and therefore less exfoliating on your hand haha. I've noticed that the scrub particles appear to be finer. Upside: smoother and less harsh on the skin, and fewer particles fall off leading to less mess :D. I don't know if the actual wax formula has changed but I definitely know the strips itself has changed. I was previously having trouble as sometimes the strips would rip. One time I had half the wax on one strip waxless (which I think was caused by the strip material not clinging on tight enough). I haven't had an issue with the updated product yet so fingers crossed that nothing does happen. One more thing I'll note is that they only provide 4 calming oil wipes per box and I just don't think that's enough for 20 strips :/ they also dry quick which is a bummer, I'm not a fan of the smell but they leave your skin feeling so soft and moisturised. I think they have really upped their game by making these changes and it's just so nice to know that they value their customers. I feel so greatly appreciated just talking to their customer service team.
When I saw Nads Brazilian & Bikini wax at our supermarket I was a little curious however I was also skeptical weighing up my previous experience whereby the wax didn't quite grab the coarse hair and it became a frustrating experience. I can honestly say you got the wax right!! You slayed it....it's perfect and I found it can be used on other parts of the body as well with the same results. Im very happy.
I just wanted to thank you for your product and tell you how amazing it worked. I was skeptical when I bought it but I was desperate for something to help with my eyebrows. I just had a baby and have no time to go to the salon to get my eyebrows waxed. So I bought this last night thinking it's probably not going to work like all the other products I've tried. I recently purchased the ear and nasal hair kit remover. It was the best product I have used. I have tried many different types of hair remover for nose and ears including the rotary clippers. This was so easy and did the job better than anything I have used in the past. The applicator is the key to making the removal easy and complete. I purchased Nad’s 100% Natural Sugar Wax Kit from amazon.This is the first time I have used a Nad’s product for waxing my legs and I am very impressed! It was a bit hard to spread the wax at first so I popped it in the microwave for a few seconds. I couldn't believe how pain-free it was. I loved how I could just wash off the remaining bits of wax with hot, soapy water so there was no mess. I will definitely use this again.
I prefer waxing over shaving because waxing lasts longer over time. And this products has shown great results. The instructions were very easy to follow and it didn't hurt. you just have to apply multiple applications to get all the hair removed.

I love how this product works, it’s so easy and not painful at all. At first I was scared to pull the wax from my nose but once I did it captured all my ugly nose hair.
These are pretty good wax strips. I like that the kit contains several sizes so you can use the appropriate strip for the face or body. The wax is contained between clear plastic which makes it easy to handle while you’re applying it. Unlike other wax strips I’ve used, I actually prefer this plastic strip because it doesn’t get as sticky as paper strips. The wax works really well and clears the hair in one go. I didn’t experience any irritation or problems with hair being left behind. Overall a great wax kit that works really well.
This wax although takes a bit more time to use does remove hair efficiently. I do heat it for a short time in the microwave and this allows for a thin and even application. I like that i can wash and reuse the strips and get a good amount of use from each strip. I am not great at waxing my own legs, i think i tend to break the hair rather than remove it, but this product does grip the hair very well and that helps in pulling the hair out rather than breaking it. I also use this on my upper/lower lips, to remove the fine blonde hairs and unlike some other waxes it does a good job and removes pretty much everything in one or two goes.
Love. Took a few tries but, once I had some practice, it worked great at removing my super-fine brow hair. The pen allows me to be precise when applying and the whole process is simple and fast.

I have tried so many different products to wax, pluck or chemically blast my eyebrows into submission. Today I had the pleasure of using your eyebrow sculpting wand. Amazing! Hi! I’m a new customer who discovered you guys on Amazon. I was looking for an easy, not super messy sugar wax for my legs, and decided to try your product out. It’s the best I’ve tried so far! I’ve ever tried making my own with sugar, lemon juice, and water, and it didn’t quite work the same. My legs get really sensitive from shaving and I often get red, itchy bumps if I shave against the grain, but this has solved that issue for me. I just wanted you guys to know - maybe you could use that messaging in ads or something (just an idea since I’m sure there are others like me!). The one thing I was hoping to find is a refill product that’s just the wax — no cloths, soap, or sticks. I have too many of those things now, and I’m not going through them as fast as the wax, so it’s a bit wasteful, in my opinion. Just wanted to share the feedback and say thanks for making a great product.
This product has worked wonders for me so far! It is so easy to apply, and does not have a strange or otherwise unpleasant odor like many other products I have used in the past. It does a great job of removing hair and is completely pain free! Very highly recommended by me.
I bought this to prevent ingrowns on my bikini line, and after applying after hair removal and for three or so days afterwards, I did not get one ingrown or any raised, red, itchy bumps like I usually would. It has soothing natural ingredients like aloe vera, is easily absorbed, and you only need a 10 cent piece worth of product applied to your bikini line so the bottle lasts a while. Great for my sensitive skin.
As a student beauty therapist it's hard to find a wax that works well with you for a painless smooth finish but I have used the strips and the hot wax many amount of times and I absolutely love it !

Purchased Nad's Brazilian and Bikini Wax from Ulta after doing my due dilgence online. This product is amazing! Being biracial with very course hair, I must admit I was skeptical - No problem!!! Followed the instructions to the "T". Easy to apply and remove. Would highly recommend this product to anyone who does not want to spend $35 each time at a salon for a bikini wax.
I'm left with super smooth and super soft legs, no random hairs left behind just super sleek legs and no blotchy or patchy red areas anywhere! I've also tried it on my underarms and it has worked very well! I'm left with smooth skin upon touch and the bumpiness of my armpits seem to have decreased! There was no stinging or burning sensation and it just leaves my skin feeling nourished and not feeling like it's been stripped of moisture.

I got this natural sugar wax for my legs and it really worked super well and was very easy to use. My only complaint is that afterwards my skin was a little irritated but it went away after about 20 minutes so I am not sure if that was just my reaction or if that was normal but I really loved how smooth I was after this and how efficient it was.

I have to say, I am a woman who has been in the “waxing game” ever since 5th grade with my thick, dark, black hair. I have had a journey of hatred, frustration, jealousy, kindness and acceptance with my body hair. With all of the hair removal products out there, it can be difficult to find an inexpensive but reliable product. I have tried so many products for wax strips, microwaveable wax, bleach etc. and I have to say truly and honestly that not only is Nads the product that works the best, but that green wax is the most painless and best quality I have found for over the counter waxing strips. Your waxing strip are better quality which means more success with less strips and rips which makes a less painful experience and a happier customer. So I wanted to thank you for making such a great quality product at a low cost Have a great week!

10/10 BEST wax strips around!! All the other brands, and I’ve tried ALL of them, would just peel off like gum from your shoe. These babies? Heck no. I don’t know what you’re doing but keep doing it!!! I waxed my upper lip and used the bonus skin shield powder which was amazing & the! removed the residue the wax always leaves behind with the post wax calming oil wipe. There was actually enough oil on the wipe to get the residue off!! I got these from Kroger here in Laurel MS. I will never use another brand ever again!!
The strips are a bit tricky to use if you don't have any prior experience with self waxing however once you get the hang of it they're a breeze to use! Awesome product , would repurchase and recommend them to friends!
Hi I absolutely love your product. I have so much eyebrow hair. I am 65 and I always used to have them done but then after a few bad experiences I started doing them myself. I would microwave the wax and it's hard to do without it dripping all over. I can see all the hair your product removes on the strip. I'm very happy and will recommend to all the women I know.
After drying my legs, I noticed how hydrated and smooth they were. My legs were hair-free and smooth to touch. I was highly impressed! The results also lasted longer compared to other methods such as shaving. This product saves me time as I only have to do it once a week. Overall I feel more confident and sexy when I use this product. Nothing beats the feeling of silky smooth legs.

Hi Sue, I've just purchased the Eyebrow Wax Wand and saw your feedback card. I have been using this product for many years, even throughout my Beauty Therapy career, I have found this so easy and convenient without the hassle and the inconvenience of a messy wax pot. The only change I could suggest is cutting down the size of the pre wax cleansing wipes, as I only wax my eyebrows, and find the wipe is too large and wasted on a small area. I tear the cleansing wipe in half and keep the unused half for next time. Otherwise the wipes would be all used before I've used all of the wax in the wand. Other than that, I find your products amazing! Have a fabulous day!
It does work, I will say that. But unfortunately the smell is too strong and overpowering for me. I have a very sensitive nose. I used it on my legs and it did remove the hair. I think I would rather shave my legs. If you can handle the smell for 5 minutes then this would be good for you.
Hi, I just wanted to write to you to let you know how happy I am with your new Nads Hot Wax, I’ve been using this for many years, at least 7 years and I haven’t been able to get hold of it for a while but recently bought some and noticed the packaging was slightly different, it takes less time to warm up. It’s smells so much better. It’s easier to use with the wider spatula, taking me half the time to complete my wax. It’s not as sticky. It goes on and comes off easier. I was happy with it before but NOW I’m so so happy with it and the results I actually look forward to my next waxing session. Thank you. A very very satisfied customer.
I bought the face strips for my bikini line and it works great! I've tried all sorts of waxes and strips over the years only to be either bruised or repeatedly disappointed. Finally, a product that works! Thanks to your chemists!
I started using this about a year ago. It is the best personal grooming product I have ever used. I will usually use the plastic applicators for the initial waxing, then for some additional "clean up" waxing, I use the large end and sometimes the small end of disposable chopsticks to get into tighter areas in the nostril. You just want to make sure not to go too deep. It is virtually painless, just a slight sting for a few seconds after you pull. I would recommend to pull the applicators in one very quick motion, that helps to minimize and discomfort.
