I received my product and the wax beads were everywhere unfortunately. No fault at the product but the container didn't make it through shipment unfortunately. However using the product the wax beads melt nicely and work great! The colors are so cute too!

Hello, I wanted to let you know that I just bought Nad's precision eyebrow wax wand and used it for the first time and it is a fantastic product. I have done my own facial waxing for almost 30 years now and have tried many products and although many of them work, they are messy, spill, and are more irritating to the skin. This product is easy, quick, not messy and works great. I also washed the waxing strips as suggested and the wax came right off. Kudos to a sustainable wax strip! I will be purchasing this again after I run out and have recommended it to my sister.
The powder is amazing I always wax my face with your facial wax product and I find it hard to get all the hairs with the powder it instantly grabs onto all the hairs and removed everything at once!!!!! Please tell me you sell the powder separately it's amazing!!

I love how quickly I can get rid of hair without pain. I normally epilate my legs, and sometimes when I wait for too long and the hair grows longer, it gets painful to epilate. I started using this about a year ago. It is the best personal grooming product I have ever used. I will usually use the plastic applicators for the initial waxing, then for some additional "clean up" waxing, I use the large end and sometimes the small end of disposable chopsticks to get into tighter areas in the nostril. You just want to make sure not to go too deep. It is virtually painless, just a slight sting for a few seconds after you pull. I would recommend to pull the applicators in one very quick motion, that helps to minimize and discomfort.

This product is so easy to use and is great for those with sensitive skin! Its my go to wax product. Its really effective (i usually use it for underarms and legs) and the strip can be used quite a few times, with little or no sticky residue left on the skin. The wipes and balm provided really helps to soothe the skin after waxing and so theres very little discomfort or pain afterwards.

I purchased Nad’s 100% Natural Sugar Wax Kit from amazon.This is the first time I have used a Nad’s product for waxing my legs and I am very impressed! It was a bit hard to spread the wax at first so I popped it in the microwave for a few seconds. I couldn't believe how pain-free it was. I loved how I could just wash off the remaining bits of wax with hot, soapy water so there was no mess. I will definitely use this again.

I was extremely impressed by the body wax strips! I didn't have time to go to the beauty supply store to get my normal strips that I use with my pot wax at home, so I grabbed these and thought I would try them. Having never used them before, I didn't expect much, but after using them, I was seriously impressed by how easy, painless and effective this product was. Hi Natalie. Just wanted to give you some feedback about your product Strawberries and cream wax dots. I used it for the first time and absolutely loved it! I’ve used other wax products, both yours and other brands. Because I wax myself I find the hot wax easiest to use, although I’ve had to use the strip wax also due to availability. The problem I’ve found lately Is that the wax has been getting sticky and messy when I used it. I’ve found this with a few of your products as well as the other brands I’ve used. It’s been very frustrating. Also, the smell has changed over time. I saw your strawberries and cream wax dots and thought I’d give it a go. When I opened it the smell was beautiful…not waxy at all! It melted exactly as per your instructions, which I have found is not always the case with wax. When I put it on my skin it was like applying cream, which felt really nice on my skin. But the best thing about it, and most importantly, was that it pulled the hairs out without any stinging or pain. Admittedly, not all the hairs came out first time but neither does the other waxes I’ve tried. The difference was when I reapplied to remove the other smaller hairs, the wax wasn’t sticky. There was no waxy residue left on my skin, which happens often. Even before I wiped with the aftercare wipes, my skin felt soft, not dry like it normally does when i wax. I hope you don’t change or discontinue this product because I really love it! Thanks for developing a great product. Hope you enjoy your day.
No mess application and easy for small areas where you need to target and easily remove hair. I used these to keep up with maintenance from my laser hair removal. It's been years since I finished my treatments and some hairs occasionally pop up which is when I use the strips.

Works for fine hairs. I was so excited for an easy, at home product I could use to wax my eyebrows. However, the wax really only pulled the finer hairs and not the course ones. I really liked how precise the wand when applying the wax to exactly where I needed, but I wish the product pulled more hairs. This would be great to take when traveling so you can leave the tweezers at home.
Best wax ever! It doesn’t stick on the skin or on surfaces,easy to clean , no need to heat it up every 2 minutes, doesn’t hurt as much as the other ones. Please don’t discontinue the sugar wax. I LOVE IT

This was my first time using a lotion type hair removal product and I was pleasantly surprised with the results. I tested it on my arm hair first, which is long since I rarely shave it off. I did have to use a generous amount of product, but after application it did wipe the hair away in about 5-6 minutes. There was no pain, no irritation. It did smell a little sulfur-ish when I first applied it, but once I rinsed it off and it dried, it actually smelled good. Just keep in mind if you are doing large areas, you will probably use the majority of the bottle. Hair did not grow back for about a week.
I used the big wax strips for my arm hair, which is dark and a medium/dark color. They worked like a charm! Easy to use, and best of all…..they were quick! No warming or prep needed. Just applied the wax and then the hair came right off with the wax strip! Can’t wait to use these on my legs next!

Hi, I just wanted to write to you to let you know how happy I am with your new Nads Hot Wax, I’ve been using this for many years, at least 7 years and I haven’t been able to get hold of it for a while but recently bought some and noticed the packaging was slightly different, it takes less time to warm up. It’s smells so much better. It’s easier to use with the wider spatula, taking me half the time to complete my wax. It’s not as sticky. It goes on and comes off easier. I was happy with it before but NOW I’m so so happy with it and the results I actually look forward to my next waxing session. Thank you. A very very satisfied customer.

It w was so actually very easy to use and worked well! I like that it comes with reusable straps and that it washs off with water if you get it on a spot you didn't mean to! I’ve ever tried making my own with sugar, lemon juice, and water, and it didn’t quite work the same. My legs get really sensitive from shaving and I often get red, itchy bumps if I shave against the grain, but this has solved that issue for me. I just wanted you guys to know - maybe you could use that messaging in ads or something (just an idea since I’m sure there are others like me!). The one thing I was hoping to find is a refill product that’s just the wax — no cloths, soap, or sticks. I have too many of those things now, and I’m not going through them as fast as the wax, so it’s a bit wasteful, in my opinion. Purchased Nad's Brazilian and Bikini Wax from Ulta after doing my due dilgence online. This product is amazing! Being biracial with very course hair, I must admit I was skeptical - No problem!!! Followed the instructions to the "T". Easy to apply and remove. Would highly recommend this product to anyone who does not want to spend $35 each time at a salon for a bikini wax.
I used the nads natural warm wax and I was very impressed with the results. It made my legs smooth and it's very easy to get off. Doesn't make a mess either like most other waxes. Will definitely repurchase!
I LOVE my exfoliating wax strips! My skin has never been smoother and I've never had fewer ingrown hairs with any other product!! I use the exfoliating strips with another Nad's product, the Ingrow Solution and I just use a tiny amount on the area after I wax just to be safe!! No ingrown hairs to report as of yet!!

I was cautious about using wax, I'm so used to shaving. I had to read the instructions a few times but everything made sense. Nothing was weird smelling or irritating so I'm happy.
I've always been a waxing kinda gal. But unfortunately suffered from awful ingrown hairs on my legs below my knees. :( So after trying everything else, I bought this and religiously use it the day after waxing every time, and since using this I have had a whole lot less in-growns. I haven't had any bad reaction to it on my skin at all. So as long as you follow the instructions you should be fine with this. Its easy to use and the bottle I have has lasted me for ages! Great value for your buck!
I started using this product in 2014 when my first daughter was born and I became a stay at home Mum and couldn’t get to a professional salon to get my facial hair sorted. I was so impressed that I haven’t looked back since. I have fine facial hair with thin eyebrows and most professionals actually didn’t do it right. Either too thin or not neat enough. I started doing it myself with Nads eyebrow shaper and there is no other product which can match how well it works at removing hair. Even the tiny and thin ones come off.
This wax although takes a bit more time to use does remove hair efficiently. I do heat it for a short time in the microwave and this allows for a thin and even application. I like that i can wash and reuse the strips and get a good amount of use from each strip. I am not great at waxing my own legs, i think i tend to break the hair rather than remove it, but this product does grip the hair very well and that helps in pulling the hair out rather than breaking it. I also use this on my upper/lower lips, to remove the fine blonde hairs and unlike some other waxes it does a good job and removes pretty much everything in one or two goes.
