Hi Natalie Just feeding back that I loved the experience and results of using your Natural Sugar Wax. I have since introduced my daughter to it who feels the same way. The prewash soap is a lovely touch. The application process was so easy and more comfortable than the many other sugar wax products I've used which require heating. My skin felt soft afterwards and the results have been longer lasting. Thanks for developing a great product. You certainly have a loyal customer here.
Last year I used the facial wax strips also and loved it. So I introduced it to my husband and mother in law who now love this product as they have heaps of facial hair. We always have to have one pack of each at home so I stock up during a sale. Thanks for making a facial wax that actually does the job.
Hi Sue, This was my first time using Nad's facial hair remover. I have very sensitive skin and so was concerned about using an over the counter facial wax. This product worked so wonderfully. I'm left with super smooth and super soft legs, no random hairs left behind just super sleek legs and no blotchy or patchy red areas anywhere! I've also tried it on my underarms and it has worked very well! I'm left with smooth skin upon touch and the bumpiness of my armpits seem to have decreased! There was no stinging or burning sensation and it just leaves my skin feeling nourished and not feeling like it's been stripped of moisture.

This sugar wax works exceptionally well for my coarse hair and I loved the scent. It was easy to follow the instructions included and the kit has everything you need for first time use!
Since using Nad's new exfoliating wax strips I now understand why I could never achieve good results with wax strips in the past. I was missing the crucial element of 'exfoliation' and I'm amazed at just how quick and efficient the strip works.
I love that you can use the strip again and again without losing 'stick', I practically get half my leg done with just one strip!
Wow what a great product, my legs have never been smoother. Easy no mess no fuss and a bargain as well. I will save a bundle now waxing my own legs.

Hi Natalie Just thought I would give you some feedback. I bought the wax strips to try as they were ½ price at woolies. Well what a great find. They work extremely well and less pain when pulling the strips off. Good job kind regards
I have had some at home waxing disasters. Sticky messes. BUT this was not a disaster. If you mess up with this simply use one of the cleaning wipes they give you. It takes it right off! The wax itself is great, it took the hair mostly off without being a mess. I did between my brows, above my brows, and upper lip. I couldn’t do below the eyebrow due to thickness of tip and strips. It did miss on all of the above some small hairs but it still made my job much easier. I do think this is a one sitting product for me given the small amount of wax and strips. I do wish there were more strips and perhaps skinnier ones (but i could get those separately or cut them myself I know).
I've purchased your eco pot of wax today and the first feeling/look of it was very positive. I love the plant based tub, amazing quality and finally no more plastic that ends up in our oceans and landfill :/ The product by itself is sensational, I love it! Good on you Sue, keep up the good work!
I love sugar wax! It doesn’t have the super chemical smell like most other waxes and it works just as well. It also doesn’t leave any weird film or residue.
Hey Nads Team. I love your sugar wax product. 100% - best home wax product on the shelves. It is so empowering to be able to look after myself without spending millions of dollars at a beauty spa. I love the Original Gel. If you follow the instructions, there is 100% hair removal with little to no pain. Other than the effectiveness, my favorite part about the Gel is the ability to wash it off with water- meaning no sticky mess after. So far on week 3 with smooth hair-free skin! Highly recommend.
Well I want I tell you I love my nads.i be been using this product for 20 plus years. The hair on my legs and underarms is so soft.. I swear by this product. I used the nad hair removal body butter let's just say I'm in love with nad hair removal it's did what I need the body butter to do I'm picky on what goes on my body an in I really was impressed and the aftermath did my body some good.
This product works very well. I used it above the lip and for the bikini area. Saves so much money on waxing and very easy to use.
Just a quick note to say I’ve been waxing my legs (or having them waxed until several years ago when I could no longer afford it) for several decades, and had tried a sugar wax salon in Paris once. That’s what led me to try Nads sugar wax kit when I noticed it on the shelf at CVS.
At any rate, I just tried it and am completely sold! I love the fact there’s no heating and no dealing with the wax residue, which is so annoying to remove from skin and more. I also love the cotton strips and tried washing them as suggested. Amazing, so eco-friendly this solution! I will never go back to regular wax.

Sue, I was a Nair woman for years. My local store was out of stock of my usual nasty smelling hair remover cream, but they had Nads facial wax strips… so, I tried them. WOW !!! So much better !! Nads wax strips are convenient, easy to use, odorless and fast!! I’ll never go back to using Nair, it’s Nads from now on.

I use your facial wax strips and have used them for several years and I think they are great. I accidentally bought a different brand once and they were nowhere near as good as yours. As long as you make them I will continue to use them.

I’m a very very loyal customer to your products, i was devastated to not find the Sensitive face wax I had been using for years not on the shelf anymore. I honestly felt like someone had taken my best friend away from me over night. I started shaving thinking WHAT! am I going to do. Then I googled Nads new products and found Strawberry and Cream beads, which said it could be used on the face. Which is my problem area. OMGGGG!!! what can I say! the instant yummy smell of the beads, that makes me think OMG I’m in heaven. Instantly took me to a happy place. Then the wax itself smooth, creamy looked to gorgeous to be wax. I was soooo happy with my results, instant removal, generous amount of beads to me my face at least 2 more times. Hi Sue.I purchased the precision eyebrow wax wand, and it is amazing. I normally use the wax strips but find it difficult sometimes to get the right shape. The was was easy and simple to use. And the cotton strips were great and reusable!! I am very impressed.This is the first time I've given feedback on a product I have bought.
I've used Nads Sensitive Hair Removal Cream once & I'm already in love with this product. The cream has a thick consistency with a nice scent - easy for applying evenly. I was skeptical about how well it would work on more thicker hair but if you leave it on for around 10mins it removes everything. I didn't feel like it irritated my skin leaving it on for 10mins, which was a added bonus because I can sometimes have reactions to bleaching creams or hair removal creams.
Wanted to give my review on the strawberries and cream waxing dots!! It’s so cute and smells amazing, which isn’t something I’m used to with wax beads lol. Worked amazing which also isn’t something I’m used to. It really works well and everything included was super helpful! I almost never used the wipes that come in wax kits but the wipes that came with this were absolutely amazing and soo soothing. Will be repurchasing :-)

Greetings, I do not normally reach out regarding products I use, but I feel compelled to say thank you for the Nads facial wax strips!! I have always used Sally Hansen product and have never loved it. Those strips are sticky and often don’t do a great job while leaving a big mess. But they are the only thing I ever saw at big box retailer. Yesterday I shopped at Market District grocery store. Your brand was the only one they carried so I decided to try. Your product is FAR superior to the competition. I often need to wax my lip at a “certain time of the month”…I must say, your strips are easy and really work! I noticed you have strips specifically for eyebrows and I have decided I will return to store to purchase those as well! So glad I discovered your product…even if it took me 50 years.
These work so great! Quick and easy to use as well, I've only used waxing strips once before but these were a lot more simple and effective.

I received my product and the wax beads were everywhere unfortunately. No fault at the product but the container didn't make it through shipment unfortunately. However using the product the wax beads melt nicely and work great! The colors are so cute too!
Hi Nat, Just replying to your request for feedback. I purchased your facial (upper lip) hair removal kit instead of the Sally Hansen I've been using. Yours was much easier to use and did a better job too. With Sally Hansen, separating the wax strips was always challenging and sometimes defeating. Separating yours was easy which is greatly appreciated. The hair removal was also better than the Sally Hansen. Thank you.
Purchased Nad's Brazilian and Bikini Wax from Ulta after doing my due dilgence online. This product is amazing! Being biracial with very course hair, I must admit I was skeptical - No problem!!! Followed the instructions to the "T". Easy to apply and remove. Would highly recommend this product to anyone who does not want to spend $35 each time at a salon for a bikini wax.
10/10 BEST wax strips around!! All the other brands, and I’ve tried ALL of them, would just peel off like gum from your shoe. These babies? Heck no. I don’t know what you’re doing but keep doing it!!! I waxed my upper lip and used the bonus skin shield powder which was amazing & the! removed the residue the wax always leaves behind with the post wax calming oil wipe. There was actually enough oil on the wipe to get the residue off!! I got these from Kroger here in Laurel MS. I will never use another brand ever again!!
