Just wanted to drop you an email to express my absolute joy at your facial strips! For years, I have used another brand and have noticed recently that they aren't working like they used to. I finally bit the bullet and changed to Nads. I remember way back when Sue first started on GMA etc. Admittedly, I was unsure but now, I am kicking myself that I waited so long. I have just finished waxing my eyebrows, upper lip and chin. Unlike the other product, I didn't have to repeat and there was little to no residue left on my skin. My skin now feels soft and smooth! Great idea. I like the Natural Precision Eyebrow Wax Wand. It’s easy to use. It does take a few tries to get the hair off though.
I've always been a waxing kinda gal. But unfortunately suffered from awful ingrown hairs on my legs below my knees. :( So after trying everything else, I bought this and religiously use it the day after waxing every time, and since using this I have had a whole lot less in-growns. I haven't had any bad reaction to it on my skin at all. So as long as you follow the instructions you should be fine with this. Its easy to use and the bottle I have has lasted me for ages! Great value for your buck!
Best bikini wax I ever used!! I am not the review type but I am so impressed with the quality I had to leave some positive feedback. I used different types/brands of bikini wax and never had that "perfect result". In fact when i originally got this product I didn't even realize it was one of those that do not require a strip. Anyways, previously when I used this kind it really struggled to grab all the hairs and was very messy. This product removes EVERYTHING, and I got no reaction from it either! Super impressed. Finally found a great quality bikini wax! I will sure to spread the word.

Being a girl it is not very pretty to see hair growing out of the nose and this product is the best I have used so quick and simple and no mess

Smells great and works. I normally believe waxing is painful but with Nad's waxing dots it is not so bad. The beads melt pretty quickly and they do not need any waxing strips. I enjoy not having any hair on my legs for 2 weeks. The beads also truly smell like strawberries and cream but it is not an overwelling smell.

I’m 15 and I’ve tried sugar wax, hard wax and they haven’t been the best experience. when i was looking at some wax’s strips at my local Ulta i found Nad’s Natural Facial Wax Strips and girl when i tell you that they were so easy to use and the post wax oil is so good. it doesn’t burn or feel uncomfortable i was so good that i had to email you. so thank you and keep it the amazing work. i will be purchasing again.
Hi, I'll be honest, I was sceptical but so glad I purchased this product. Easy instructions and it worked really well for me. Did my eyebrows and my chin. Applied really easy and pulled off with all my nasty hairs. Highly recommend. Nice touch with the Thank you card.
Hi...I'm allergic to most adhesives so bandaids, wax etc. I have big outbreaks every time I go to get my eyebrows done (I'm half French) so that's alot of waxing for me! And it's itchy and painful. I was wandering through my local shop and came across you Nad's Warm Wax and I thought what the hell, I'll give it a go. I just wanted to say it is amazing! I love this product. It doesn't hurt as much as normal warm wax, it works so well and guess what? NO itchiness! I LOVE this product so much and I love even more that it washes off in water! ...

I’ve owned your eyebrow kit and bigger kit for larger areas for a couple months now and have loveddd using them. I get the freedom to decide when exactly I want to wax and it’s so much less painful that going to a waxing salon! The eyebrow wand is also amazing for getting any tiny hairs that as a beginner I would have probably missed with a normal wax stick. I started using this about a year ago. It is the best personal grooming product I have ever used. I will usually use the plastic applicators for the initial waxing, then for some additional "clean up" waxing, I use the large end and sometimes the small end of disposable chopsticks to get into tighter areas in the nostril. You just want to make sure not to go too deep. It is virtually painless, just a slight sting for a few seconds after you pull. I would recommend to pull the applicators in one very quick motion, that helps to minimize and discomfort.
This is so easy to get, and you can often find it on sale. It does a great job and with a little effort you can do a full Brazilian at home on yourself. You can manage any pain easily by just doing manageable amounts at a time. It is a hassle and it is messy, but its cheaper than going to a salon if you can't afford it or whatever reason you can't/don't want to go.
I am a self waxer born out of COVID times. Prior to COVID I would attend a salon / parlour to be waxed, but realized the convenience and financial advantage of self-waxing during COVID when there was no other choice. I have only ever used your Bikini/Brazilian hot wax product. I found it worked quite well, however the new version recently released with beeswax is phenomenal. I was so surprised by the elevation in quality and ease - it definitely took less time to heat, but also it didn't stick to the skin of the waxing areas, didn't stay on my fingers, was so much easier to remove ... basically just 100 times better. Just wanted to feed this back as one appreciative customer.

I am almost 60 and having been taking medication for al.ost two years for hair loss. For some reason - medical tests showed nothing except menopause ...I had lost so much hair that you could see almost my whole scalp. The medication is The Hairy Pill, which you might have seen advertised on television recently.Well, I can tell you that it works as my hair is now quite thick again, long and healthy. The only pay off for me is one that I am actually fine with, (and could also be hormonal), and that is fine downy hair on the sides of my face. So I have just started my "Beauty Day" at home with hair removal. In the box was a sachet of Skin Shield Powder. I found this to be very good, and would like to know where it is available please! I live in Dysart, Queensland, which is a small town. I order most things online. Oh, I also use the wax strips on upper lip and chin area as well. Thank you Sue, for great products!
I was very sceptical in buying this product. I received it today and tried it as soon as I could. The step process is clear to read and understand. I was scared to pull out the tube for fear of pain. I pulled in one swift motion (just as it says in the instructions) and it worked! I had NO pain, NO teary-eyes, and a hairless nose.

I used the big wax strips for my arm hair, which is dark and a medium/dark color. They worked like a charm! Easy to use, and best of all…..they were quick! No warming or prep needed. Just applied the wax and then the hair came right off with the wax strip! Can’t wait to use these on my legs next!

Good morning, I have purchased a new box of Nads facial wax strips for myself. And I was excited about it that I was going to be doing my own waxing. Because I have spent so much money threading and waxing and tweezing my own face. To control the hair that keeps growing on my face. Because I have hirsutism I got this after I had my youngest. And it started getting out of control and I really never the money to keep the hair off. But now that I have seen how AWESOME the facial strips work a lot better. Than when I was purchasing to get my face waxed. My face is feeling so much better than better.
I really love the Nads waxing dots, I got mine from target. It was easy to use. For $14 I did my face, underarms and Brazilian. It’s a great quality wax. Heats up nice, Reheats nicely. I wish it came in a bigger opinion.

Hi Natalie. Just wanted to give you some feedback about your product Strawberries and cream wax dots. I used it for the first time and absolutely loved it! I’ve used other wax products, both yours and other brands. Because I wax myself I find the hot wax easiest to use, although I’ve had to use the strip wax also due to availability. The problem I’ve found lately Is that the wax has been getting sticky and messy when I used it. I’ve found this with a few of your products as well as the other brands I’ve used. It’s been very frustrating. Also, the smell has changed over time. I saw your strawberries and cream wax dots and thought I’d give it a go. When I opened it the smell was beautiful…not waxy at all! It melted exactly as per your instructions, which I have found is not always the case with wax. When I put it on my skin it was like applying cream, which felt really nice on my skin. But the best thing about it, and most importantly, was that it pulled the hairs out without any stinging or pain. Admittedly, not all the hairs came out first time but neither does the other waxes I’ve tried. The difference was when I reapplied to remove the other smaller hairs, the wax wasn’t sticky. There was no waxy residue left on my skin, which happens often. Even before I wiped with the aftercare wipes, my skin felt soft, not dry like it normally does when i wax. I hope you don’t change or discontinue this product because I really love it! Thanks for developing a great product. Hope you enjoy your day.
GET IT!!! If you have not tried these waxing beads you need too!! I love how you don't need a separate machine and at all. Instructions were super easy to follow and the wax removed all the hair.

First time user of Nad's hair removal cream and I was very impressed with how efficient it is to apply and effect hair removal from my upper arms, shoulders and top of the chest. The prewash soap is a lovely touch. The application process was so easy and more comfortable than the many other sugar wax products I've used which require heating. i just love the Nads Body Wax strips. They are easy to use, natural and really don't leave any nasty rashes or sore spots. They are the only product I take along when travelling. They are compact and light weight with no fuss so no bulky pots and no worrying about how to heat the wax. The enclosed wipes are great and I recommend using them. It just finishes off the process nicely.
The Nad’s Eco Wax strips are very sensitive to delicate skin. Most of the times I got red skin after waxing but with these seems to be different. They are vegan made with plant based material and I love this fact. The kit has two different sizes and for the half way size I just cut the big one.

I just wanted to share positive feedback- I’m a repeat purchaser of this product. Nice soft fabric on the strips and the wax is a good consistency- doesn’t need to be too warmed and adheres well to hair!
I had high hopes for the Nad’s Eco Wax Strip Kit, and this kit delivered for the most part. This waxing kit could not be more simple to use. The kit comes with several different sized strips and heating up the wax takes minimal effort. There is no harsh smell and very little residue left behind, which comes right off with a little oil. These strips are great at removing fine hair (arms, face), but on areas with more coarse hair(bikini, underarms) these don’t deliver as well as I had hoped. One of the things I liked most was that the wax is very gentle and non-irritating. Overall, I am happy with the the performance of this wax kit and would recommend it for those areas that don’t have coarse hair.

As a long term user of at home waxing strips I was loyal to a particular brand. My local CVS did not have it one day so I decided to try something new. I like the sizing of these strips and the flexibility on them. I feel they are better quality as the other brand was literally clear tape. Additionally I like the high end porcelain bottle of almond oil to remove the wax. I was scared to try since I’m allergic to so many things but so far so good. Try them. It’s a better alternative than going into salons.
Hello, I used for the first time your wax my daughter to legs. It was very good; I love the fabric strips. I heated it for few seconds in the microwave, it removed hair perfectly! It rinsed off very easily from surfaces, so no mess. Also, I was very sceptical about rinsing the strips and I was almost tempted to throw them away, but they rinsed off easily with just warm water! I will use your product again and I have already recommended it to my friends!
Nad's has kindly sent me a replacement package after I was having some issues with their "Exfoliating Body Wax Strips" (which has been updated to Ultra Smoothing Exfoliating Wax Strips") and since they wanted to hear customers feedback I thought I might as well post it here :). I have used both products and the first difference is packing; they have incorporated more of the turquoise in the new packaging and the colour combination is beautiful! Another difference is the exfoliating scrub is only on one side in the updated version. Which I think is good for when you're warming up the wax because it stays in place when you're rubbing it and therefore less exfoliating on your hand haha. I've noticed that the scrub particles appear to be finer. Upside: smoother and less harsh on the skin, and fewer particles fall off leading to less mess :D. I don't know if the actual wax formula has changed but I definitely know the strips itself has changed. I was previously having trouble as sometimes the strips would rip. One time I had half the wax on one strip waxless (which I think was caused by the strip material not clinging on tight enough). I haven't had an issue with the updated product yet so fingers crossed that nothing does happen. One more thing I'll note is that they only provide 4 calming oil wipes per box and I just don't think that's enough for 20 strips :/ they also dry quick which is a bummer, I'm not a fan of the smell but they leave your skin feeling so soft and moisturised. I think they have really upped their game by making these changes and it's just so nice to know that they value their customers. I feel so greatly appreciated just talking to their customer service team.
Okay, so its almost spring time and almost shorts season. It's always a little embarrassing for me to have hairy legs peeking out. This sugar wax arrived just in time. The packaging is very simple and easy to read. Inside comes with reusable strip, applicators and the wax itself in its own container. Wax was easy to spread you do not have to heat it! Application was a breeze and so was removal of hair. Best part is if you spill the wax on your clothes a little water gets it right out. Highly recommend!

I love your brand, I’m using your facial wax strips and it’s literally the best wax strips I ever tried, oh and I tried a lot of different brands, trust me! My skin is very sensitive and it happened to me before a lot of the times when I was waxing my lips and had a red lines after, that won’t go for about 2 days. But I never had this experience with your product, which why I love it!!! And the most important part to me is that Nads wax strips barely leave sticky lines after waxing. Even if it does I can easily remove it with some oil and it works perfect. So again thank you very much for your amazing products!!!
I am a super big fan of Nad’s face wax. I love that you folks out the shield powder in the package now. I was previously living in Europe and had a brand of face wax that I loved and was sure I wouldn’t find another, but Nad’s has been so perfect and consistent quality every purchase.
