I’m very surprised with your product Nad’s Sensitive Hair Removal Crème as I don’t shave my legs over winter and they were very very hairy. All my hairs come off. I'm a regular for bikini waxes, this was my first time waxing myself at home (well I had a friend wax me). I didn't wax my bikini I waxed my underarms. The wax was easy to put on, the clothes are soft. She did have some issues with getting all my under arm hair off with one application which made the 2nd attempt much painful. But, overall I liked the results. I'm waiting to see how long it takes for my hair to grow back. I'm one that has to shave daily. A tip to help decrease pain, is to immediately apply pressure to the area, it helps with the stinging sensation. Overall, I will continue to use this product at home for my under arms. I'm now waiting for my "mustache," lol to grow a little more so I can see how this wax does for my upper lip. I only gave it 4 stars because of the multiple applications to get all the hair removed.
I bought your product last week and I totally love your product. I think I have never felt my skin so soft after waxing and without damage. It was like using honey instead. Even more, the idea that is free cruelty to animals is fantastic. I don't know if someone will read my email but I was so happy with the product that I decided anyway to send you my feedback.
Great idea. I like the Natural Precision Eyebrow Wax Wand. It’s easy to use. It does take a few tries to get the hair off though.
It works very well. I've never had a wax that was so noticeably natural and one that I could fully trust on my body for a Brazilian. It was so easy to use and the best part is it didn't leave me with any bumps; and I did it MYSELF. I constantly got irritation bumps from going to get waxed in wax centers. This is by far the best experience I've had ever. Plus it hurts less than most (specifically Sally Hanson's). PLEASE DON'T DISCONTINUE.

Hello,I used for the first time your wax my daughter to legs.It was very good; I love the fabric strips. I heated it for few seconds in the microwave, it removed hair perfectly! It rinsed off very easily from surfaces, so no mess. Also, I was very sceptical about rinsing the strips and I was almost tempted to throw them away, but they rinsed off easily with just warm water! I will use your product again and I have already recommended it to my friends!
I purchased the natural wax strip kit and was pleased surprised how easy and effective they were. I typically use a wax warmer or microwave wax but these strips will be my new go to method! I waxed my upper lip and underarm areas.
Sue, I just wanted to express my appreciation to these Strawberries and Cream waxing dots, never I’m my life have I ever loved a wax smell, like I do this! I know it says “DON’T EAT” on the side, but there’s a lot holding me back from just having a little try. (Ha!) Please forever continue these waxing dots! And please if can, more scents! The feel of the wax is really nice too, I feel like it grips to your hair without gripping to your skin, and doesn’t go a full hard when setting, it stays a really nice easy soft wax which makes it incredible to remove off your body! I’ve previously used salon waxes, and nothing compares to these waxing dots, I’ll never go back from this!! Thank you again!!
I received my product and the wax beads were everywhere unfortunately. No fault at the product but the container didn't make it through shipment unfortunately. However using the product the wax beads melt nicely and work great! The colors are so cute too!

I recently purchased the ear and nasal hair kit remover. It was the best product I have used. I have tried many different types of hair remover for nose and ears including the rotary clippers. This was so easy and did the job better than anything I have used in the past. The applicator is the key to making the removal easy and complete. I love how quickly I can get rid of hair without pain. I normally epilate my legs, and sometimes when I wait for too long and the hair grows longer, it gets painful to epilate. Purchased Nad's Brazilian and Bikini Wax from Ulta after doing my due dilgence online. This product is amazing! Being biracial with very course hair, I must admit I was skeptical - No problem!!! Followed the instructions to the "T". Easy to apply and remove. Would highly recommend this product to anyone who does not want to spend $35 each time at a salon for a bikini wax.

Easy to use. This was like a spa in a tiny little box. The soap was a delightful lavender scent. The wax wand was easy to use and not messy. I didn't have great results with hair removal on my upper lip but my eyebrow hair was longer and easier to remove. I was really scared that this would be painful - it was not.
Wanted to give my review on the strawberries and cream waxing dots!! It’s so cute and smells amazing, which isn’t something I’m used to with wax beads lol. Worked amazing which also isn’t something I’m used to. It really works well and everything included was super helpful! I almost never used the wipes that come in wax kits but the wipes that came with this were absolutely amazing and soo soothing. Will be repurchasing :-)
Hello, I wanted to reach out about your Natural Wax Strip Kit. I recently bought and honestly is the first wax strip to actually work on my bikini area. I love this product but I would say I do wish there was way more of those strips then the other ones.
Love this has different sizes for your face and everywhere.
As far as at home hair removal goes, and specifically waxing, I think this is a super convenient option that has a bit of mess but is overall worth it. It's super easy to heat up and apply, though it can get a bit stringy or messy if you're not careful. You can reheat if you're not quick enough before it cools too much which is very handy. Make sure to follow the directions and it is a good product and works as described!
I want to thank you for making this product! I am used to getting my eyebrows waxed every couple of weeks and spending too much each time. But I have always been to scared to do it myself. I was in Ulta the other week and found your wax pen product, and it has changed my life!! It was so easy and user friendly plus the wax was smooth coming on and wiping off. Hi Nat, Just replying to your request for feedback. I purchased your facial (upper lip) hair removal kit instead of the Sally Hansen I've been using. Yours was much easier to use and did a better job too. With Sally Hansen, separating the wax strips was always challenging and sometimes defeating. Separating yours was easy which is greatly appreciated. The hair removal was also better than the Sally Hansen. Thank you.

I've always been a waxing kinda gal. But unfortunately suffered from awful ingrown hairs on my legs below my knees. :( So after trying everything else, I bought this and religiously use it the day after waxing every time, and since using this I have had a whole lot less in-growns. I haven't had any bad reaction to it on my skin at all. So as long as you follow the instructions you should be fine with this. Its easy to use and the bottle I have has lasted me for ages! Great value for your buck!
So easy to use! Nad’s waxing kit is so easy to use! It comes with everything you need to get smooth soft skin at home! Waxing beads melt so well in provided container and comes with application sticks as well. I was so excited to use as soon as it came in that I waxed anywhere that had hair except my head lol. I was able to wax both legs, my arms, my eyebrows and my daughters legs with wax left over. I definitely recommend as this process was painless and I have no bumps or Irritation!
I started using this product in 2014 when my first daughter was born and I became a stay at home Mum and couldn’t get to a professional salon to get my facial hair sorted. I was so impressed that I haven’t looked back since. I have fine facial hair with thin eyebrows and most professionals actually didn’t do it right. Either too thin or not neat enough. I started doing it myself with Nads eyebrow shaper and there is no other product which can match how well it works at removing hair. Even the tiny and thin ones come off.
This was my first time using a lotion type hair removal product and I was pleasantly surprised with the results. I tested it on my arm hair first, which is long since I rarely shave it off. I did have to use a generous amount of product, but after application it did wipe the hair away in about 5-6 minutes. There was no pain, no irritation. It did smell a little sulfur-ish when I first applied it, but once I rinsed it off and it dried, it actually smelled good. Just keep in mind if you are doing large areas, you will probably use the majority of the bottle. Hair did not grow back for about a week.
Hi! I just wanted to take the time to provide you feedback on the new improved formula of the nads Brazilian and bikini wax. Back in 2020 when we went into a lockdown and I wasn’t able to attend my usual beauty appts I started using your Brazilian wax and since then stuck to doing my own. Today I used your new formula for my Brazilian wax and Omg it’s amazing! The melt time, the drying time on skin and the general wax is such a better finish - I am so happy it’s life changing! Just wanted to provide the feedback.
After drying my legs, I noticed how hydrated and smooth they were. My legs were hair-free and smooth to touch. I was highly impressed! The results also lasted longer compared to other methods such as shaving. This product saves me time as I only have to do it once a week. Overall I feel more confident and sexy when I use this product. Nothing beats the feeling of silky smooth legs.

Hello, I wanted to let you know that I just bought Nad's precision eyebrow wax wand and used it for the first time and it is a fantastic product. I have done my own facial waxing for almost 30 years now and have tried many products and although many of them work, they are messy, spill, and are more irritating to the skin. This product is easy, quick, not messy and works great. I also washed the waxing strips as suggested and the wax came right off. Kudos to a sustainable wax strip! I will be purchasing this again after I run out and have recommended it to my sister.

Hi I absolutely love your product. I have so much eyebrow hair. I am 65 and I always used to have them done but then after a few bad experiences I started doing them myself. I would microwave the wax and it's hard to do without it dripping all over. I can see all the hair your product removes on the strip. I'm very happy and will recommend to all the women I know.

Good morning, I have purchased a new box of Nads facial wax strips for myself. And I was excited about it that I was going to be doing my own waxing. Because I have spent so much money threading and waxing and tweezing my own face. To control the hair that keeps growing on my face. Because I have hirsutism I got this after I had my youngest. And it started getting out of control and I really never the money to keep the hair off. But now that I have seen how AWESOME the facial strips work a lot better. Than when I was purchasing to get my face waxed. My face is feeling so much better than better.

Hi, I recently purchased your product and felt nice when I opened it. It was nice to see the Thank you card, it made me feel nice and that you appreciated me purchasing your product, well done. Now that I have used the product I must say it is the nicest wax I have ever used at home. It was smooth to apply, it held a consistent heat allowing an even coverage. The finer details of the packaging are really nice, promoting the future for recycling and using natural materials. The size of the container is great. It is something I would pack when going on a holiday and great for one or two waxes. The price is appropriate and affordable. I am just wanting to send a great big thank you to the creators of Nads hair removal gel. After years of trying various hair removal products from shaving to hair removal creams to waxing and epilators, I thought I'd finally give Nads a try. This choice was made simply by cost comparisons at my local supermarket, added to the fact that the gel didn't require heating (and therefore constant reheating throughout the application). I am so glad that I have tried the Nads product. It did an amazing job of hair removal. It was quick and very easy to use. I will absolutely be using this product again and will recommend it highly to my family and friends. My only regret is that I didn't try this product earlier. Thank you for a job well done!
Hi Sue, I've just purchased the Eyebrow Wax Wand and saw your feedback card. I have been using this product for many years, even throughout my Beauty Therapy career, I have found this so easy and convenient without the hassle and the inconvenience of a messy wax pot. The only change I could suggest is cutting down the size of the pre wax cleansing wipes, as I only wax my eyebrows, and find the wipe is too large and wasted on a small area. I tear the cleansing wipe in half and keep the unused half for next time. Otherwise the wipes would be all used before I've used all of the wax in the wand. Other than that, I find your products amazing! Have a fabulous day!
I used the nads natural warm wax and I was very impressed with the results. It made my legs smooth and it's very easy to get off. Doesn't make a mess either like most other waxes. Will definitely repurchase!
