Hi! I’m a new customer who discovered you guys on Amazon. I was looking for an easy, not super messy sugar wax for my legs, and decided to try your product out. It’s the best I’ve tried so far! I’ve ever tried making my own with sugar, lemon juice, and water, and it didn’t quite work the same. My legs get really sensitive from shaving and I often get red, itchy bumps if I shave against the grain, but this has solved that issue for me. I just wanted you guys to know - maybe you could use that messaging in ads or something (just an idea since I’m sure there are others like me!). The one thing I was hoping to find is a refill product that’s just the wax — no cloths, soap, or sticks. I have too many of those things now, and I’m not going through them as fast as the wax, so it’s a bit wasteful, in my opinion. Just wanted to share the feedback and say thanks for making a great product.
Good product. I like this wax pen but it’s kind of difficult to apply being you don’t warm the wax up. It comes with a cleanser soap and the wax strips which is nice but i think if the wax could be warmed up it would work better.
I LOVE my exfoliating wax strips! My skin has never been smoother and I've never had fewer ingrown hairs with any other product!! I use the exfoliating strips with another Nad's product, the Ingrow Solution and I just use a tiny amount on the area after I wax just to be safe!! No ingrown hairs to report as of yet!!

I’ve used it all over body, even Brazilian on myself and it’s so good my hair has grown back way finer and it takes longer to grow which I love. Just wanted to drop you an email to express my absolute joy at your facial strips! For years, I have used another brand and have noticed recently that they aren't working like they used to. I finally bit the bullet and changed to Nads. I remember way back when Sue first started on GMA etc. Admittedly, I was unsure but now, I am kicking myself that I waited so long. I have just finished waxing my eyebrows, upper lip and chin. Unlike the other product, I didn't have to repeat and there was little to no residue left on my skin. My skin now feels soft and smooth! As a long term user of at home waxing strips I was loyal to a particular brand. My local CVS did not have it one day so I decided to try something new. I like the sizing of these strips and the flexibility on them. I feel they are better quality as the other brand was literally clear tape. Additionally I like the high end porcelain bottle of almond oil to remove the wax. I was scared to try since I’m allergic to so many things but so far so good. Try them. It’s a better alternative than going into salons.
Hi! I wanted to give you feedback on the Nads Strawberries & Cream Waxing Dots. I’ve never used Nads before, but had known about the product since I was a kid. I’d been going to the salon to get my legs, underarms and bikini area waxed and had been paying a fortune. I decided I would try my hand at waxing myself at home. I had been using Sally Hansen wax, which was always such a mess so I took a chance and bought Nads last night…I used it this morning and successfully waxed all my desired areas all within about an hour. Nads was virtually painless and easy to control. There was no major cleanup either! I love that I didn’t need wax strips to remove anything as well. I will definitely be buying Nads again! Thank you!
I recently purchased the ear and nasal hair kit remover. It was the best product I have used. I have tried many different types of hair remover for nose and ears including the rotary clippers. This was so easy and did the job better than anything I have used in the past. The applicator is the key to making the removal easy and complete. I use the Facial Wax Strip's.I have sensitive skin and have never has any bother with them ... and that says a lot ! I am almost 60 and having been taking medication for al.ost two years for hair loss. For some reason - medical tests showed nothing except menopause ...I had lost so much hair that you could see almost my whole scalp. The medication is The Hairy Pill, which you might have seen advertised on television recently.Well, I can tell you that it works as my hair is now quite thick again, long and healthy. The only pay off for me is one that I am actually fine with, (and could also be hormonal), and that is fine downy hair on the sides of my face. So I have just started my "Beauty Day" at home with hair removal. In the box was a sachet of Skin Shield Powder. I found this to be very good, and would like to know where it is available please! I have just tried Nads Sensitive Hair Removal Creme and it's fantastic.I'm 52 and have tried everything for the removal of hair. Having very sensitive skin, I am sensitive to most soaps, moisturizers, creams, lotions, and of course hair removals. I have even tried other Nads products but have also been sensitive to them, so I used a razor which I don't really like using. However, I decided to try Nads Sensitive Creme... it's brilliant. I am not in the least bit allergic to it and it does a fabulous job - I don't think I've ever been so surprised and so so so pleased with a product in a long time. I used the nads natural warm wax and I was very impressed with the results. It made my legs smooth and it's very easy to get off. Doesn't make a mess either like most other waxes. Will definitely repurchase!

Amazing product with professional quality. I am amazed how great these Nad's Waxing Dots work. I simply melted it in microwave and it was ready to use. Comparing to other products it’s actually very convenient because it does not require special warmer and can be used at home. Also it didn’t even need special strips, just apply wax with spatulas and remove hair! I noticed that even short hairs were removed by the root. Calming oil coming in set and works great too. I’m very satisfied with this waxing dots and see same results as could be achieved in professional salon. Definitely recommend to try it!

Greetings, I do not normally reach out regarding products I use, but I feel compelled to say thank you for the Nads facial wax strips!! I have always used Sally Hansen product and have never loved it. Those strips are sticky and often don’t do a great job while leaving a big mess. But they are the only thing I ever saw at big box retailer. Yesterday I shopped at Market District grocery store. Your brand was the only one they carried so I decided to try. Your product is FAR superior to the competition. I often need to wax my lip at a “certain time of the month”…I must say, your strips are easy and really work! I noticed you have strips specifically for eyebrows and I have decided I will return to store to purchase those as well! So glad I discovered your product…even if it took me 50 years.

Hi Natalie! My name is Jessica. I purchased the Nads waxing dots at my local grocery store. I saw your card in the wax so I figured I'd send you an email with my thoughts. Hopefully you will get the chance to read it! Let me start off by saying, I wax my face (more specifically my chin) 2 to 3 times per week! Sounds like a lot, I know. Blame insulin resistance and PCOS. It's honestly my biggest insecurity. That being said, I normally buy wax beads at my local Sally's Beauty Supply store. Today, I decided to go somewhere else and give these a try. When I opened the package I was surprised at the amount I was actually getting. I was expecting a lot less. The smell of the strawberries and creme was a nice change from what I normally get. The colors were nice too. When I warmed them up in my wax warmer I noticed almost a marshmallow-like airy texture which was fun. But my biggest thing I look for when I apply wax to my chin is how sticky it is. I have gotten some that were AWFUL. Think bubblegum mixed with syrup and honey. However, your wax was NOT like that at all. This wax went on with such ease. It wasn't sticky or stringy like most. I am very pleased about that. What I like even more is how easy it was to pull off. It cooled quickly and came off without any hesitation. It was also super effective! Which is exactly what I need! I will 100% be switching to the Nad's wax dots! They are my new favorite. Though please let me know if you start to sell them in 1 or 2 pound bags! I could use a lot! :) Thank you so much!

I saw your little note in the wax box I purchased and thought to myself 'I will email Nat and let her know what I think of this product. I used Nads Brazilian and Bikini on my lady private and decided to use it under my arms as well. This product is amazing, so easy to use and not messy. I love how easy it is to heat up in the microwave and spatula it on. When it dries (which is quickly) it separates from the skin without any issues. My skin afterwards is still soft and undamaged which is what we all definitely want. This is my 3rd box I have used and I will continue to use it. Thank you for such a great, superior product.

oh my gosh! The was awesome! I always go get sugared, and this time I waited too long to book my appointment! I went in to Ulta and was checking out the waxing selections and saw this! I looked at the ingredients and they were so similar to that of sugaring! So I got it to give it a shot. I'm so impressed! Very easy to use, I love not needing heat. Just popped in the microwave for 15 seconds and it lasted the whole time I used it! Results were great!! And I loveeee the reusable cotton strips! 10/10 would recommend

All I have to say is WOW, I bought your wax for the first time today and I absolutely love it, now I dont know if it’s supposed to be strawberry scented or what but when I first opened the container the smell hit my face, and I kinda loved it. When it comes to the application, it was SO EASY, I threw out my old wax right away, I used my wax melter and it worked out just fine, it did not get too hot where it would burn my skin- which is my favorite part. It usually takes a lot for me to write reviews but this is so worth the time and money. I loved my first experience with this wax. For the most part it was painless, it even caught the tiny little hairs which impressed me even more. It was super easy to melt, I didn’t have to do much! Literally felt like salon quality wax. And I’m definitely reusing it as much as possible until I run out. Definitely going to keep repurchasing this!!

I use Nad's Hair Removal Gel and It is the best DIY hear removal method I have ever used. I no longer have to go into a salon and fork out $50 or more to get unwanted hair removed. I can now do it at home for next to nothing, I discovered that if I heat up the gel just a little it is even more effective. Awesome product, would recommend to anyone!
This was an amazing product. works very well just like wax but the best part is you can just wipe it away with water or the wipes if you place it on wrong. The cotton pads it comes with are also washable and reusable so the limiting factor really is the gel so you can just keep using it over and over again.
I would rather use the body butter than to shave. it is super easy & painless. no more cuts, no more razor burn!

I always have this product kept in my bathroom for whenever I need, used mainly for upper lip but also cut the strips with scissors to use on my brows. They arent scented which is great for sensitive skin and I find them to not be very painful. They are super quick to use by coming pre made and only need to heat in your hands and peel to use. Along with the strips you also get cleaning wipes that are meant to sooth and take any excess wax off the skin which work wonderfully but very greasy.
This wax is easy to apply and the cloth strips are a decent size to help with removal. I had good success with my leg hair but struggled with the underarm area. If you are doing this area, it works, but may be easier to have another person help with. There is a light scent that is not overpowering.
This product works very well. I used it above the lip and for the bikini area. Saves so much money on waxing and very easy to use.
I bought the face strips for my bikini line and it works great! I've tried all sorts of waxes and strips over the years only to be either bruised or repeatedly disappointed. Finally, a product that works! Thanks to your chemists!
Best wax ever! It doesn’t stick on the skin or on surfaces,easy to clean , no need to heat it up every 2 minutes, doesn’t hurt as much as the other ones. Please don’t discontinue the sugar wax. I LOVE IT

These products remove all the hair needed as followed by the instructions and smell good as well. In the past I have used Nair and it has irritated my skin, but with Nad’s I am glad to say that I have been able to find a product that is safe to use on my skin.
