I LOVE my exfoliating wax strips! My skin has never been smoother and I've never had fewer ingrown hairs with any other product!! I use the exfoliating strips with another Nad's product, the Ingrow Solution and I just use a tiny amount on the area after I wax just to be safe!! No ingrown hairs to report as of yet!!

Since using Nad's new exfoliating wax strips I now understand why I could never achieve good results with wax strips in the past. I was missing the crucial element of 'exfoliation' and I'm amazed at just how quick and efficient the strip works.

Great idea. I like the Natural Precision Eyebrow Wax Wand. It’s easy to use. It does take a few tries to get the hair off though.
Hello. Just wanted to let you know how wonderful your Ingrown Solution is! I have found your product to be absolutely fantastic!! It smells lovely, Is very soothing and takes any itchiness or redness out after shaving. My son has used it to sooth the redness of acne and my husband has used it to sooth belt rash (when having to sit for long periods he gets a rash where his pants belt sits)! The Nad’s Sensitive Hair Removal Cream is so easy to use, you just cannot go wrong with this product! I applied the Hair Removal Cream to my legs for my first test, and my legs have honestly never felt so smooth and hair-free! I bought the face strips for my bikini line and it works great! I've tried all sorts of waxes and strips over the years only to be either bruised or repeatedly disappointed. Finally, a product that works! Thanks to your chemists!
I started using this about a year ago. It is the best personal grooming product I have ever used. I will usually use the plastic applicators for the initial waxing, then for some additional "clean up" waxing, I use the large end and sometimes the small end of disposable chopsticks to get into tighter areas in the nostril. You just want to make sure not to go too deep. It is virtually painless, just a slight sting for a few seconds after you pull. I would recommend to pull the applicators in one very quick motion, that helps to minimize and discomfort.
Hello, I hope all is well. I recently started using Nad’s facial wax strips and hair removal body butter. I just wanted to let you know that I absolutely love these products. These products remove all the hair needed as followed by the instructions and smell good as well. In the past I have used Nair and it has irritated my skin, but with Nad’s I am glad to say that I have been able to find a product that is safe to use on my skin.
Nads are by far the best wax strips on the market, I have tried many and they are the most efficient, and the strongest. Thank you.
Last year I used the facial wax strips also and loved it. So I introduced it to my husband and mother in law who now love this product as they have heaps of facial hair. We always have to have one pack of each at home so I stock up during a sale. Thanks for making a facial wax that actually does the job.
I've used Nads Sensitive Hair Removal Cream once & I'm already in love with this product. The cream has a thick consistency with a nice scent - easy for applying evenly. I was skeptical about how well it would work on more thicker hair but if you leave it on for around 10mins it removes everything. I didn't feel like it irritated my skin leaving it on for 10mins, which was a added bonus because I can sometimes have reactions to bleaching creams or hair removal creams.
Hello Sue and NADS, I have just opened my 2nd box of “NADS Facial Wax Strips” ( which is where I found your little note to be able to send this email to you) and am delighted to tell you how pleased I am with such a great product.The strips are so easy to separate. (as opposed to the brand I’d previously used which were so very difficult, if nigh on impossible to separate.)The wax is more than sufficient to do its job. The wipes are soothing. I shall continue to use NADS for my facial waxing & shall extol the great product to my lady friends.

Hey Nads Team. I love your sugar wax product. 100% - best home wax product on the shelves. It is so empowering to be able to look after myself without spending millions of dollars at a beauty spa. Smells weird but it does the job! I loved using this on bigger areas like my legs and arms. I feel like I have more control on pulling. I did not like the fact that everything you need i.e wooden spatulas, after wax cloths, and the instructions are all inside the canister. So you do have to dig around and search for it. I like the concept of this, which makes it easier to do.
Thank you also for making the best at home wax product out there. I had been using another brand but found you and what a difference. Also thank you for using all natural products. I say thank you all the time in general when good things happen and when I opened your box and found the card inside, it warmed my heart. All the best.
I apply this after waxing (legs), usually about a week after waxing or when I can start to feel the hairs grow back, and I'll apply it for about a week or so. Normally when the hair starts to grow back, I have issues with it being all red/bumpy/ingrown hairs. There is a big difference in the amount of ingrown hairs I have when I use this product, I'd say more than a 50% difference - which I think is great. The bottle lasts for ages too. Anything that results in less annoying and painful ingrown hairs is a big favourite for me!
Good product. I like this wax pen but it’s kind of difficult to apply being you don’t warm the wax up. It comes with a cleanser soap and the wax strips which is nice but i think if the wax could be warmed up it would work better.

I have to say, I am a woman who has been in the “waxing game” ever since 5th grade with my thick, dark, black hair. I have had a journey of hatred, frustration, jealousy, kindness and acceptance with my body hair. With all of the hair removal products out there, it can be difficult to find an inexpensive but reliable product. I have tried so many products for wax strips, microwaveable wax, bleach etc. and I have to say truly and honestly that not only is Nads the product that works the best, but that green wax is the most painless and best quality I have found for over the counter waxing strips. Your waxing strip are better quality which means more success with less strips and rips which makes a less painful experience and a happier customer. I am writing an email about the charcoal wax strips. I bought a pack last week and was sceptical to buy. But I have used them and I love it, it doesn’t leave a sticky residue like other wax strips and easily removes from skin. I like the hint added about re using a wax strip which has saved me a lot. Overall I love the charcoal wax strips and definitely will repurchase. Thanks for creating something amazing.
They say this doesn’t hurt as bad but I think ripping the hair out of your skin always hurts no matter how you do it. So yes… to me… it hurt BUT the results were on point, totally worth the ouch!

The strips are a bit tricky to use if you don't have any prior experience with self waxing however once you get the hang of it they're a breeze to use! Awesome product , would repurchase and recommend them to friends!
I really like this! The instructions were so clear and made it easy to use. The beads melted nicely and it worked to pull off my hair. Not going to lie, it's a little bit messy but not bad once you get the hang of it!

Works for fine hairs. I was so excited for an easy, at home product I could use to wax my eyebrows. However, the wax really only pulled the finer hairs and not the course ones. I really liked how precise the wand when applying the wax to exactly where I needed, but I wish the product pulled more hairs. This would be great to take when traveling so you can leave the tweezers at home.
I’ve been wanting to try this! Usually I get the wax in the cup by bliss but this is so much easier to use and it feels really nice after I wash off all the sugar. This is not wax! Which is a plus because after you’re done waving you have to use the wax remover and sometimes there is always residue. This is just sugar so I just hop in the shower and gone! I’ve tried this the times now and every time there’s been nothing left to rinse off. Would recommend to anyone! You do have to get a knack for sugar waxing but it’s literally almost the same as regular wax.

I didn't know what to expect when I received this product but I was pleasantly surprised by the simplicity and ease of it. It smells really sweet and not too chemical like and works great. Doesn't leave any residue or skin damage.
i have such sensitive skin and can't wax without it becoming so red and swollen but these strips are a god sent! Super easy to use and they work a treat leaving no hair behind! It's a beautiful pink with a lovely scent. One of the greatest things as well is you're not paying a fortune for freshly waxed areas! Would definitely recommend to everyone!
Pretty over all happy. This stuff is pretty cool, easy to make a mess which is kinda a pain to clean up but otherwise it definitely does it’s job. Not a huge fan of the smell but it didn’t make me break out or anything which is a plus.
Hi, I just wanted to write to you to let you know how happy I am with your new Nads Hot Wax, I’ve been using this for many years, at least 7 years and I haven’t been able to get hold of it for a while but recently bought some and noticed the packaging was slightly different, it takes less time to warm up. It’s smells so much better. It’s easier to use with the wider spatula, taking me half the time to complete my wax. It’s not as sticky. It goes on and comes off easier. I was happy with it before but NOW I’m so so happy with it and the results I actually look forward to my next waxing session. Thank you. A very very satisfied customer.

Hi, I'll be honest, I was sceptical but so glad I purchased this product. Easy instructions and it worked really well for me. Did my eyebrows and my chin. Applied really easy and pulled off with all my nasty hairs. Highly recommend. Nice touch with the Thank you card.
This product is wow! So quick and easy to use, you just need to apply and cover the area or parts that you wish to remove hair with this Hair Removal Body Butter then wait for 4 minutes and then wipe it of using cloth or paper towel and then rinse with water and then thats it!! Hair comes off easily and skin feels silky smooth.. What I dont like about this product is the smell.. It smells like hair perming product and it kinda way strong for me.
Hi Sue, I've just purchased the Eyebrow Wax Wand and saw your feedback card. I have been using this product for many years, even throughout my Beauty Therapy career, I have found this so easy and convenient without the hassle and the inconvenience of a messy wax pot. The only change I could suggest is cutting down the size of the pre wax cleansing wipes, as I only wax my eyebrows, and find the wipe is too large and wasted on a small area. I tear the cleansing wipe in half and keep the unused half for next time. Otherwise the wipes would be all used before I've used all of the wax in the wand. Other than that, I find your products amazing! Have a fabulous day!
Just wanted to drop you an email to express my absolute joy at your facial strips! For years, I have used another brand and have noticed recently that they aren't working like they used to. I finally bit the bullet and changed to Nads. I remember way back when Sue first started on GMA etc. Admittedly, I was unsure but now, I am kicking myself that I waited so long. I have just finished waxing my eyebrows, upper lip and chin. Unlike the other product, I didn't have to repeat and there was little to no residue left on my skin. My skin now feels soft and smooth! I had never waxed before using this product, and I am now a fan!! These strips are pretty easy to use and surprisingly quick. The results last longer than shaving, so it’s worth the time. Varying strip sizes allow you to wax multiple areas. My favorite thing about this product is that it’s more eco friendly than other similar products on the market. Downside: it’s pretty uncomfortable; however, if you’re someone who already does waxing it probably won’t be that big of a deal for you. I have pretty sensitive skin and although the waxing was uncomfortable, I didn’t have any type of reaction to the waxing strips. I’ll continue using these.
I wanted to let you know that out of the different wax strips I have tried, Nad's are by far the best. I love that is grips to the hair and pulls out more hairs per strip than other companies. I also love that it does not leave much residue on the skin and that the oil wipes clean anything that is left behind with ease.
I got this wax pen in hopes it would help me do my own eyebrows.. I never thought I wouldn’t need to get a eyebrow wax again!!! I love this pen it’s so easy to use!!!! I have been referring to everyone I know! This pen is so amazing! Love it!!!

I've used this product for 10 years. It's the only eyebrow wax I'll ever use. It gives perfect shaped eyebrows every time. One pack costs the same amount as going and getting your eyebrows done and you would get 8-10 applications out of it.

Cute cotton candy waxing dots. I love how simple this kit makes it to wax at home. You don’t even need a separate warmer. You just put it in the microwave. This product didn’t aggravate my skin or make it dry.

I love Nad's, its the only product that works with my italian/greek female mustache. The only recommendation I would make is to make the after wax wipes smaller so that you could get more per package. I feel I waste it because you really can't save them. I have tried but they dry out. Great product, very happy with it. Thank you Sue.
Hi Sue.I purchased the precision eyebrow wax wand, and it is amazing. I normally use the wax strips but find it difficult sometimes to get the right shape. The was was easy and simple to use. And the cotton strips were great and reusable!! I am very impressed.This is the first time I've given feedback on a product I have bought.
