This product has worked wonders for me so far! It is so easy to apply, and does not have a strange or otherwise unpleasant odor like many other products I have used in the past. It does a great job of removing hair and is completely pain free! Very highly recommended by me.

Hi! I’m a new customer who discovered you guys on Amazon. I was looking for an easy, not super messy sugar wax for my legs, and decided to try your product out. It’s the best I’ve tried so far! I’ve ever tried making my own with sugar, lemon juice, and water, and it didn’t quite work the same. My legs get really sensitive from shaving and I often get red, itchy bumps if I shave against the grain, but this has solved that issue for me. I just wanted you guys to know - maybe you could use that messaging in ads or something (just an idea since I’m sure there are others like me!). The one thing I was hoping to find is a refill product that’s just the wax — no cloths, soap, or sticks. I have too many of those things now, and I’m not going through them as fast as the wax, so it’s a bit wasteful, in my opinion. Just wanted to share the feedback and say thanks for making a great product.

I love everything about Nad’s (natural hair removal gel).
Being a long term user of Nad’s, maybe even a few decades now, I find the product perfect for all my hair removal needs and so easy to use.
Nad’s, as a complete kit, is easy to store, set-up, apply, remove and clean-up. I’ve been a waxer since about 1982 and have used many products in home and in salons. I love that Nad’s is natural and that there is no heating required. There is no need for special storage, spill mats, heating pots, disposal of strips and old wax.
In these times of massive rubbish creation, I love that the used applicator and cloth strips wash up in water for reuse.
Many years ago, I decided to wax my eyebrows for the first time, with Nad’s at home. I did one side and was super impressed with the results. When I applied the cloth strip over the second eyebrow, I had not folded the cloth to cover the used section of wax. This resulted in the used wax being pressed into the whole eyebrow.. I panicked and was like "oh no, I am going to have no eyebrow".. my husband “laughing” ..“laughing lots” ..said isn’t this stuff water soluble? Oh yeah! Crisis averted.
I Love the Nad’s story and continue to be impressed by this superior product.

I would like to say I've been using ur wax strips for years and have loved them...very best in the market for effectively removing hair. I just saw these new strips with Shea butter you produced, absolulety amazing if i may say! I didn't know how u guys could improve but you have. When placed on the skin have a nice cooling effect to them and removes hair almost flawlessly. Thats the first time i have seen a wax strip remove all the hair in one go. Very impressed! Not only that but they tear less when pilling the strips apart and i have halfed the amount of usage i would normal need. Will definitely be buying more of these, i just wanted to show my appreciate with an email and say great job to Nads!

The powder is amazing I always wax my face with your facial wax product and I find it hard to get all the hairs with the powder it instantly grabs onto all the hairs and removed everything at once!!!!! Please tell me you sell the powder separately it's amazing!!
This product was pretty average when compared to other waxing kits. The dots to melt the wax can take a little longer than it says on the container depending on what microwave you are using. This removed most to all the hair.
Hello,I just bought my first Nads product, which is the eyebrow wax wand. Let me tell you I AM IN LOVE! I like that the product is very gentle and doesn't leave my eyebrows irritated. It is also a quick and efficient way to do your eyebrows if you're ever in a hurry. This the first time I ever find a waxing product that is to my liking. I am excited to try more of your other products, and see how well they will work on.
I got this natural sugar wax for my legs and it really worked super well and was very easy to use. My only complaint is that afterwards my skin was a little irritated but it went away after about 20 minutes so I am not sure if that was just my reaction or if that was normal but I really loved how smooth I was after this and how efficient it was.

I have tried many other hair removal products before and they always leave behind a horrible smell. The smell of Nads was so much milder than any other product I’ve tried. Within a couple of minutes the hair I experienced was completely gone. I was so impressed as my hair was fairly thick! I am so thankful that I found this product and it’s so easy to use and affordable!
As far as at home hair removal goes, and specifically waxing, I think this is a super convenient option that has a bit of mess but is overall worth it. It's super easy to heat up and apply, though it can get a bit stringy or messy if you're not careful. You can reheat if you're not quick enough before it cools too much which is very handy. Make sure to follow the directions and it is a good product and works as described!
I use your facial wax strips and have used them for several years and I think they are great. I accidentally bought a different brand once and they were nowhere near as good as yours. As long as you make them I will continue to use them.
As someone who absolutely hates the chore of shaving my legs this stuff has been amazing! I’ve been using this whenever my leg hair starts growing back and it’s been a lifesaver! I would definitely recommend.
I always have this product kept in my bathroom for whenever I need, used mainly for upper lip but also cut the strips with scissors to use on my brows. They arent scented which is great for sensitive skin and I find them to not be very painful. They are super quick to use by coming pre made and only need to heat in your hands and peel to use. Along with the strips you also get cleaning wipes that are meant to sooth and take any excess wax off the skin which work wonderfully but very greasy.
I love Nad's premium cotton strips! They're thick and strong. They make wax process painless, easy, and fast. I don't get irritation from them like thinner wax strips. I wish they are available in the U.S since it's a lot of hassle to wash them.

Hi Natalie. Just wanted to give you some feedback about your product Strawberries and cream wax dots. I used it for the first time and absolutely loved it! I’ve used other wax products, both yours and other brands. Because I wax myself I find the hot wax easiest to use, although I’ve had to use the strip wax also due to availability. The problem I’ve found lately Is that the wax has been getting sticky and messy when I used it. I’ve found this with a few of your products as well as the other brands I’ve used. It’s been very frustrating. Also, the smell has changed over time. I saw your strawberries and cream wax dots and thought I’d give it a go. When I opened it the smell was beautiful…not waxy at all! It melted exactly as per your instructions, which I have found is not always the case with wax. When I put it on my skin it was like applying cream, which felt really nice on my skin. But the best thing about it, and most importantly, was that it pulled the hairs out without any stinging or pain. Admittedly, not all the hairs came out first time but neither does the other waxes I’ve tried. The difference was when I reapplied to remove the other smaller hairs, the wax wasn’t sticky. There was no waxy residue left on my skin, which happens often. Even before I wiped with the aftercare wipes, my skin felt soft, not dry like it normally does when i wax. I had high hopes for the Nad’s Eco Wax Strip Kit, and this kit delivered for the most part. This waxing kit could not be more simple to use. The kit comes with several different sized strips and heating up the wax takes minimal effort. There is no harsh smell and very little residue left behind, which comes right off with a little oil. These strips are great at removing fine hair (arms, face), but on areas with more coarse hair(bikini, underarms) these don’t deliver as well as I had hoped. One of the things I liked most was that the wax is very gentle and non-irritating. Overall, I am happy with the the performance of this wax kit and would recommend it for those areas that don’t have coarse hair.
I used the nads natural warm wax and I was very impressed with the results. It made my legs smooth and it's very easy to get off. Doesn't make a mess either like most other waxes. Will definitely repurchase!
I've been using these for years to wax at home, mostly my upper lip - they are quick and easy to use and I can do it in the privacy of my own bathroom! I love that the result I get is long lasting without having the hassle of making an appointment at a salon, trying to find a park, spending a fortune and taking up my valuable time
It works very well. I've never had a wax that was so noticeably natural and one that I could fully trust on my body for a Brazilian. It was so easy to use and the best part is it didn't leave me with any bumps; and I did it MYSELF. I constantly got irritation bumps from going to get waxed in wax centers. This is by far the best experience I've had ever. Plus it hurts less than most (specifically Sally Hanson's). PLEASE DON'T DISCONTINUE.

I tried your sugar wax for the first time and it is just like the original recipe that we used growing up sometimes even making our own wax at home! I also love that you added the fabric strips instead of the disposable ones. They work sooo much better than the flimsy disposable ones. I like that this is a thick and good quality fabric.I hope you never have to compromise on the quality of your product or add fillers! Finally a perfect wax product accessible to us in the US! I apply this after waxing (legs), usually about a week after waxing or when I can start to feel the hairs grow back, and I'll apply it for about a week or so. Normally when the hair starts to grow back, I have issues with it being all red/bumpy/ingrown hairs. There is a big difference in the amount of ingrown hairs I have when I use this product, I'd say more than a 50% difference - which I think is great. The bottle lasts for ages too. Anything that results in less annoying and painful ingrown hairs is a big favourite for me!

Hi, I recently purchased your product and felt nice when I opened it. It was nice to see the Thank you card, it made me feel nice and that you appreciated me purchasing your product, well done. Now that I have used the product I must say it is the nicest wax I have ever used at home. It was smooth to apply, it held a consistent heat allowing an even coverage. The finer details of the packaging are really nice, promoting the future for recycling and using natural materials. The size of the container is great. It is something I would pack when going on a holiday and great for one or two waxes. The price is appropriate and affordable. These have been a lifesaver! They are so convenient and gentle and streamline my whole grooming routine. This has been my first experience with waxing and this product is perfect for extra sensitive skin. My underarms have not been irritated at all. Great product!
I received my product and the wax beads were everywhere unfortunately. No fault at the product but the container didn't make it through shipment unfortunately. However using the product the wax beads melt nicely and work great! The colors are so cute too!

Hi Sue! I just wanted to say that I love your facial wax strips! They are awesome! I love how they do not irritate my skin and work so easy and well. However, they are very hard to find. I would love to see them in more retail stores. Also, the calming wipes that you supply are not very good. They do not help my upper lips feel better after waxing. I have to use baby oil instead. (as opposed to the brand I’d previously used which were so very difficult, if nigh on impossible to separate.)The wax is more than sufficient to do its job. The wipes are soothing. I shall continue to use NADS for my facial waxing & shall extol the great product to my lady friends.

I purchased Nad’s 100% Natural Sugar Wax Kit from amazon.This is the first time I have used a Nad’s product for waxing my legs and I am very impressed! It was a bit hard to spread the wax at first so I popped it in the microwave for a few seconds. I couldn't believe how pain-free it was. I loved how I could just wash off the remaining bits of wax with hot, soapy water so there was no mess. I will definitely use this again.
I prefer waxing over shaving because waxing lasts longer over time. And this products has shown great results. The instructions were very easy to follow and it didn't hurt. you just have to apply multiple applications to get all the hair removed.
I have used microwave wax before and it becomes super messy and this one is no different. I guess I need to have proper practice before I find it not messy. It comes in plastic jar that looks super cute along with wipes and applicator sticks. It's was to warm this in microwave and does melt as per timelines mentioned in instructions. I use it only on small areas like upper lips and eyebrows and sit worked fine so far without any adverse reactions. The wipes are good to remove stickiness after use. I still have to practice before I start using it on larger areas and underarms. I am liking the results so far and I would recommend it to people who are used to these type of waxing products.
Sue, I was a Nair woman for years. My local store was out of stock of my usual nasty smelling hair remover cream, but they had Nads facial wax strips… so, I tried them. WOW !!! So much better !! Nads wax strips are convenient, easy to use, odorless and fast!! I’ll never go back to using Nair, it’s Nads from now on.

i have the opinion that eyebrows are the most important feature on your face and this product is so much better then any salon I've been to. Would never let anyone touch my eyebrows every again, I'll be using this product all the time. It's just rips the unwanted hairs out seamlessly and with no pain. And the strips in the box are washable so once you use them you just wash them and use again. Holy grail product.
Last year I used the facial wax strips also and loved it. So I introduced it to my husband and mother in law who now love this product as they have heaps of facial hair. We always have to have one pack of each at home so I stock up during a sale. Thanks for making a facial wax that actually does the job.

I am an active 80 year old and have been using your facial wax strips for years. They have been convenient for home, and very handy for when I have travelled within Australia and overseas. Recently I purchased another brand which gave nowhere near the result I have always with your brand. So, back to Nads!
I have had some at home waxing disasters. Sticky messes. BUT this was not a disaster. If you mess up with this simply use one of the cleaning wipes they give you. It takes it right off! The wax itself is great, it took the hair mostly off without being a mess. I did between my brows, above my brows, and upper lip. I couldn’t do below the eyebrow due to thickness of tip and strips. It did miss on all of the above some small hairs but it still made my job much easier. I do think this is a one sitting product for me given the small amount of wax and strips. I do wish there were more strips and perhaps skinnier ones (but i could get those separately or cut them myself I know).

Hi...I'm allergic to most adhesives so bandaids, wax etc. I have big outbreaks every time I go to get my eyebrows done (I'm half French) so that's alot of waxing for me! And it's itchy and painful. I was wandering through my local shop and came across you Nad's Warm Wax and I thought what the hell, I'll give it a go. I just wanted to say it is amazing! I love this product. It doesn't hurt as much as normal warm wax, it works so well and guess what? NO itchiness! I LOVE this product so much and I love even more that it washes off in water! ...
This Nad's Hair Removal Body Butter worked great for me. It was easy to use and gentle. My legs were very soft and smooth after. The scent is very strong.
