Hello, I wanted to reach out about your Natural Wax Strip Kit. I recently bought and honestly is the first wax strip to actually work on my bikini area. I love this product but I would say I do wish there was way more of those strips then the other ones.

I know it says “DON’T EAT” on the side, but there’s a lot holding me back from just having a little try. (Ha!) Please forever continue these waxing dots! And please if can, more scents! The feel of the wax is really nice too, I feel like it grips to your hair without gripping to your skin, and doesn’t go a full hard when setting, it stays a really nice easy soft wax which makes it incredible to remove off your body! I’ve previously used salon waxes, and nothing compares to these waxing dots, I’ll never go back from this!! Thank you again!!
Hi, I have just recently bought a tub of strawberry and cream dots. I'm so excited because it's the best wax ( face) I have used so far. It's soft on my skin/face and chin. I can't wait to use it again. I was also wondering if there is any chance of buying bulk direct 1/2 - 1 kg of the dots? I plan to try on my underarms soon. Thanks again. First time using the facial wax strips for my upper lip & it was so easy to do! Virtually pain free, just a little redness, but it went away within a few minutes! Should have tried this earlier!
The product is very easy to use and after keeping it on for 4-5 minutes, it completely removed all traces of hair on my upper lip. Definitely will buy it again!
I usually use warm roll on wax that takes forty minutes to heat which can be a pain (especially if the cartridge runs out partway through!). I received these in my beautorium haul and I wanted to wax my legs before my upcoming holiday, so I thought I would try these as they were ready to use instantly. I had an issue with the first double sided strip as when I pulled it apart one strip only had wax on half of it – I think it hadn’t warmed it in my hands enough so I rubbed the next two strips more and they were fine. I found the strips were easy to use, and could be reapplied effectively many times. I used three double sided strips to do both my lower legs, and half of my upper leg. I found they were a bit hard to use on the back of my leg because you have to smooth them on 2-3 times to warm the wax and stick it down, and it just did not seem to work as well perhaps because it’s harder to reach and see (I find the back harder with any wax products not just these). I found these were a lot less messy than warm wax I usually use as there was no residue left behind anywhere – including on my legs or hands. They also worked well when going back over areas to pick up the remaining hairs as only the part of the strip that picks up the hair is used, and the rest remains ready for further use (unlike with warm wax where you have to reapply to the whole area which can be wasteful if its only to get a few more hairs). These strips do come with some wipes to use afterwards (which weren’t needed to remove any residue) that were soothing on the areas. The wipe was quite ‘wet’ and was plenty to use on my entire legs. I think these are very cost effective at $10 for a pack of 10 double sided strips, as that will last for around 3 sessions on the legs. I love the convenience of these and am considering swapping to these as my regular waxing product. I would definitely recommend trying these if you are after a convenient way to wax that will be virtually mess free, and easy on the wallet.

Easy to use. This wax kit is so easy to use. The wax melts down perfectly for an easy spread. I can say for my self this was pain free. I did my eyebrows, upper lip,and legs. I still had wax left over to use again. I can say that the smell turned me off. Definitely don't smell like strawberry and cream. This wax hardens on the skin and is easy to pull off. I really enjoyed this experience.
I've said it before and it's worth repeating the Nads Nose Wax is the best thing ever. I've had manscapping discussions with my colleagues about how great it is and they're all using it now. My only issue is that they were a lot easier to find when I lived in Australia, a special trip to Boots is now required, my other minor niggle is that I'd happily pay for more applicators as I seem to run out of them far quicker than the wax. Still best product ever though

Hello, I have used a popular brand for 10 years, but thought I would try yours, I was impressed from the start. Much cleaner, easier to use, less effects on the skin .I.e. scorching. Nice smell, easier clean up. I won't go back to other brand now. Well done 👏
Hello, I wanted to let you know that I just bought Nad's precision eyebrow wax wand and used it for the first time and it is a fantastic product. I have done my own facial waxing for almost 30 years now and have tried many products and although many of them work, they are messy, spill, and are more irritating to the skin. This product is easy, quick, not messy and works great. I also washed the waxing strips as suggested and the wax came right off. Kudos to a sustainable wax strip! I will be purchasing this again after I run out and have recommended it to my sister.
I have recently become a huge fan of waxing, especially my armpits, for the summertime because I hate having to shave everyday. These wax strips come ready to use and are so easy! I love the compostable aspect of them and there are a must for me during the spring and summer!

I was extremely impressed by the body wax strips! I didn't have time to go to the beauty supply store to get my normal strips that I use with my pot wax at home, so I grabbed these and thought I would try them. Having never used them before, I didn't expect much, but after using them, I was seriously impressed by how easy, painless and effective this product was. I was able to do my underarms, full legs, Brazilian, and forearms with strips left over. I will definitely purchase this product again!
Former hairstylist who brought home the wax pot when I retired, made such a mess trying to do my brows myself. Threw it away so I bought your strips today and they are great. So convenient and just as strong as the wax in the pot. Thanks for making an easy and effective product.
This eyebrow kit is really good if you know how to use it. You could make any shape you want and you could get at least 5 uses out of it. It's cheap and fun to do! Especially at times when eyebrow places are closed, this kit really comes in handy. Plus, nads has really good cutomer service and really good tips for all types of waxing.
This product works very well. I used it above the lip and for the bikini area. Saves so much money on waxing and very easy to use.
I can’t stress enough and recommend this product. This is the the best wax I ever wort with it makes it easy and even lighted my under arms. I use the waxing dots and they are so soft and is nice for sensitive skin. I love this soooo much.
Okay, so its almost spring time and almost shorts season. It's always a little embarrassing for me to have hairy legs peeking out. This sugar wax arrived just in time. The packaging is very simple and easy to read. Inside comes with reusable strip, applicators and the wax itself in its own container. Wax was easy to spread you do not have to heat it! Application was a breeze and so was removal of hair. Best part is if you spill the wax on your clothes a little water gets it right out. Highly recommend!
Hi I just wanted to give you some feedback about the Brazilian bikini wax. I've been using it for over a year now, I'm so in love I'll never go back to get it done professionally. I'm so happy I found this product, usually I'm scared to do my own but using your product is way less painful to me, gets every little hair and honestly is just the best wax for down below.
When I saw Nads Brazilian & Bikini wax at our supermarket I was a little curious however I was also skeptical weighing up my previous experience whereby the wax didn't quite grab the coarse hair and it became a frustrating experience. I can honestly say you got the wax right!! You slayed it....it's perfect and I found it can be used on other parts of the body as well with the same results. Im very happy.

I just purchased the eyebrow waxing pen for about the 20th time! It is by far my favourite product that you offer as it is super easy to use, it makes it so easy to either touch up or fully redo your brows! You can also get the extra fabric waxing strips and reuse them and even cut them up for the extra wax left over after the first use. Just thought I'd email you as I found the card inside the package and wanted to let you guys know how much I love the pen! Keep doing what you're doing! ❤️
I was so shocked at the results. I used it to take care of my "winter legs". It went on easily and tingled and removed most of hair. It though left my legs a little itchy for a bit especially in more sensitive areas. Just make sure you watch the time.
They say this doesn’t hurt as bad but I think ripping the hair out of your skin always hurts no matter how you do it. So yes… to me… it hurt BUT the results were on point, totally worth the ouch!

Just a quick note to say I’ve been waxing my legs (or having them waxed until several years ago when I could no longer afford it) for several decades, and had tried a sugar wax salon in Paris once. That’s what led me to try Nads sugar wax kit when I noticed it on the shelf at CVS.
At any rate, I just tried it and am completely sold! I love the fact there’s no heating and no dealing with the wax residue, which is so annoying to remove from skin and more. I also love the cotton strips and tried washing them as suggested. Amazing, so eco-friendly this solution! I will never go back to regular wax.

I’m a very very loyal customer to your products, i was devastated to not find the Sensitive face wax I had been using for years not on the shelf anymore. I honestly felt like someone had taken my best friend away from me over night. I started shaving thinking WHAT! am I going to do. Then I googled Nads new products and found Strawberry and Cream beads, which said it could be used on the face. Which is my problem area. OMGGGG!!! what can I say! the instant yummy smell of the beads, that makes me think OMG I’m in heaven. Instantly took me to a happy place. Then the wax itself smooth, creamy looked to gorgeous to be wax. I was soooo happy with my results, instant removal, generous amount of beads to me my face at least 2 more times. Hi Sue, I've just purchased the Eyebrow Wax Wand and saw your feedback card. I have been using this product for many years, even throughout my Beauty Therapy career, I have found this so easy and convenient without the hassle and the inconvenience of a messy wax pot. The only change I could suggest is cutting down the size of the pre wax cleansing wipes, as I only wax my eyebrows, and find the wipe is too large and wasted on a small area. I tear the cleansing wipe in half and keep the unused half for next time. Otherwise the wipes would be all used before I've used all of the wax in the wand. Other than that, I find your products amazing! Have a fabulous day!

I love Nad's, its the only product that works with my italian/greek female mustache. The only recommendation I would make is to make the after wax wipes smaller so that you could get more per package. I feel I waste it because you really can't save them. I have tried but they dry out. Great product, very happy with it. Thank you Sue.
Amazing product with professional quality. I am amazed how great these Nad's Waxing Dots work. I simply melted it in microwave and it was ready to use. Comparing to other products it’s actually very convenient because it does not require special warmer and can be used at home. Also it didn’t even need special strips, just apply wax with spatulas and remove hair! I noticed that even short hairs were removed by the root. Calming oil coming in set and works great too. I’m very satisfied with this waxing dots and see same results as could be achieved in professional salon. Definitely recommend to try it!
These waxing dots come in an adorable package and have a light sweet scent. It's easy to microwave the dots in the container and then use the included stick to apply the warm wax. The kit also comes with wax removal wipes, which always help me with clean up. Overall, the wax works well, though it is messier than wax strips. The finishing wipes help soothe and clean up the skin, for a nice smooth look.
As far as at home hair removal goes, and specifically waxing, I think this is a super convenient option that has a bit of mess but is overall worth it. It's super easy to heat up and apply, though it can get a bit stringy or messy if you're not careful. You can reheat if you're not quick enough before it cools too much which is very handy. Make sure to follow the directions and it is a good product and works as described!
Nad's has kindly sent me a replacement package after I was having some issues with their "Exfoliating Body Wax Strips" (which has been updated to Ultra Smoothing Exfoliating Wax Strips") and since they wanted to hear customers feedback I thought I might as well post it here :). I have used both products and the first difference is packing; they have incorporated more of the turquoise in the new packaging and the colour combination is beautiful! Another difference is the exfoliating scrub is only on one side in the updated version. Which I think is good for when you're warming up the wax because it stays in place when you're rubbing it and therefore less exfoliating on your hand haha. I've noticed that the scrub particles appear to be finer. Upside: smoother and less harsh on the skin, and fewer particles fall off leading to less mess :D. I don't know if the actual wax formula has changed but I definitely know the strips itself has changed. I was previously having trouble as sometimes the strips would rip. One time I had half the wax on one strip waxless (which I think was caused by the strip material not clinging on tight enough). I haven't had an issue with the updated product yet so fingers crossed that nothing does happen. One more thing I'll note is that they only provide 4 calming oil wipes per box and I just don't think that's enough for 20 strips :/ they also dry quick which is a bummer, I'm not a fan of the smell but they leave your skin feeling so soft and moisturised. I think they have really upped their game by making these changes and it's just so nice to know that they value their customers. I feel so greatly appreciated just talking to their customer service team.

I'm writing to let you know I tried your product tonight because I couldn’t get an appointment at my local beauticians... and will not need to pay a fortune for eyebrow waxing there again! Your product is amazing! I have always been reluctant to purchase these out of fear I may make a mistake, or they may be to fiddly. To my surprise it was super easy and got even finer hairs off too. Pretty over all happy. This stuff is pretty cool, easy to make a mess which is kinda a pain to clean up but otherwise it definitely does it’s job. Not a huge fan of the smell but it didn’t make me break out or anything which is a plus.
I wanted to let you know that out of the different wax strips I have tried, Nad's are by far the best. I love that is grips to the hair and pulls out more hairs per strip than other companies. I also love that it does not leave much residue on the skin and that the oil wipes clean anything that is left behind with ease.
Nad's for men is magic. I was about to schedule an appointment for a chest and stomach waxing, and on a whim decided to give your product a try instead. All I can say is that I wish I used it years ago. I would have saved a lot of money compared to waxing. It's fast, painless, inexpensive, and doesn't leave any type of irritation. Great product.
This product is so gentle, it leaves my skin smooth for days. Love it.
This wax is easy to apply and the cloth strips are a decent size to help with removal. I had good success with my leg hair but struggled with the underarm area. If you are doing this area, it works, but may be easier to have another person help with. There is a light scent that is not overpowering.

I have used the skin shield today and found that it really assisted the removal of facial hair - I also found that the wax on the strip's seemed fresher - more moist. I am impressed - I found the skin shield helped my skin to recover - it worked well in combination with the wipes following removal - good to see that you’re so willing to develop your product ! Let me just say I was scared to attempt using the strawberries and cream waxing dots at home and by myself. But WOW it was super easy to use. Less painful than the salon. No bumps or rash. Will definitely be keeping this in on hand in my vanity. 5 stars from me.
These wax strips work great for getting rid of hair! Just warm it up in your hands and apply it! Totally recommend this product. Quick and easy to use.
Oh my gosh why haven’t I know about this product. I was getting so tired of shaving and knicking myself in the process. Waxing I’m afraid of lol. This sugar wax is so easy to use and I don’t have to work about cutting myself! Leaves your skin feeling smoothed and moisturized.
This was an amazing product. works very well just like wax but the best part is you can just wipe it away with water or the wipes if you place it on wrong. The cotton pads it comes with are also washable and reusable so the limiting factor really is the gel so you can just keep using it over and over again.
