Hi Natalie. Just wanted to give you some feedback about your product Strawberries and cream wax dots. I used it for the first time and absolutely loved it! I’ve used other wax products, both yours and other brands. Because I wax myself I find the hot wax easiest to use, although I’ve had to use the strip wax also due to availability. The problem I’ve found lately Is that the wax has been getting sticky and messy when I used it. I’ve found this with a few of your products as well as the other brands I’ve used. It’s been very frustrating. Also, the smell has changed over time. I saw your strawberries and cream wax dots and thought I’d give it a go. When I opened it the smell was beautiful…not waxy at all! It melted exactly as per your instructions, which I have found is not always the case with wax. When I put it on my skin it was like applying cream, which felt really nice on my skin. But the best thing about it, and most importantly, was that it pulled the hairs out without any stinging or pain. Admittedly, not all the hairs came out first time but neither does the other waxes I’ve tried. The difference was when I reapplied to remove the other smaller hairs, the wax wasn’t sticky. There was no waxy residue left on my skin, which happens often. Even before I wiped with the aftercare wipes, my skin felt soft, not dry like it normally does when i wax. I hope you don’t change or discontinue this product because I really love it! Thanks for developing a great product. Hope you enjoy your day.
Hi Sue, I've just purchased the Eyebrow Wax Wand and saw your feedback card. I have been using this product for many years, even throughout my Beauty Therapy career, I have found this so easy and convenient without the hassle and the inconvenience of a messy wax pot. The only change I could suggest is cutting down the size of the pre wax cleansing wipes, as I only wax my eyebrows, and find the wipe is too large and wasted on a small area. I tear the cleansing wipe in half and keep the unused half for next time. Otherwise the wipes would be all used before I've used all of the wax in the wand. Other than that, I find your products amazing! Have a fabulous day!

Sue, I was a Nair woman for years. My local store was out of stock of my usual nasty smelling hair remover cream, but they had Nads facial wax strips… so, I tried them. WOW !!! So much better !! Nads wax strips are convenient, easy to use, odorless and fast!! I’ll never go back to using Nair, it’s Nads from now on.

I can’t stress enough and recommend this product. This is the the best wax I ever wort with it makes it easy and even lighted my under arms. I use the waxing dots and they are so soft and is nice for sensitive skin. I love this soooo much.
Just wanted to drop you an email to express my absolute joy at your facial strips! For years, I have used another brand and have noticed recently that they aren't working like they used to. I finally bit the bullet and changed to Nads. I remember way back when Sue first started on GMA etc. Admittedly, I was unsure but now, I am kicking myself that I waited so long. Hi! I wanted to give you feedback on the Nads Strawberries & Cream Waxing Dots. I’ve never used Nads before, but had known about the product since I was a kid. I’d been going to the salon to get my legs, underarms and bikini area waxed and had been paying a fortune. I decided I would try my hand at waxing myself at home. I had been using Sally Hansen wax, which was always such a mess so I took a chance and bought Nads last night…I used it this morning and successfully waxed all my desired areas all within about an hour. Nads was virtually painless and easy to control. There was no major cleanup either! I love that I didn’t need wax strips to remove anything as well. I will definitely be buying Nads again! Thank you!
Works good. Didn’t cause me to break out. Removes hair easily. Easy to use without all the mess of traditional wax.

When I saw Nads Brazilian & Bikini wax at our supermarket I was a little curious however I was also skeptical weighing up my previous experience whereby the wax didn't quite grab the coarse hair and it became a frustrating experience. I can honestly say you got the wax right!! You slayed it....it's perfect and I found it can be used on other parts of the body as well with the same results. Im very happy.

Love. Took a few tries but, once I had some practice, it worked great at removing my super-fine brow hair. The pen allows me to be precise when applying and the whole process is simple and fast.
I first tried Nads many years ago and thought it worked pretty well, and was so affordable for a single mom. Of course, it's not the same as having one's facial waxing as done in a salon, but using Nads is not difficult at all. With having been away from regular salon care the past few years, I decided to order Nads again and clearly, there's been some product improvements! I was happy with the product as it was when I last used Nads, but this newer version was a great experience! The wax seems easier to warm, less thick and very effective. The soothing wipes were even more soothing than I remembered. Thanks for making a great product even better.

I'm in 42 yrs old. I have two teenage daughters and one preteen. Trying hair removal creams on myself and the pain of burning and the embarrassing red top lip was so frustrating. I wanted something for my girls but not if it hurt them. I am not tech savvy. I told my daughter I remembered a commercial about a young girl whose parents made her hair removal cream out of honey. I remembered going to college and seeing it at night on the tv. I didn't remember the name of the product, so I kinda gave up. My daughter jumped online and of course found NAD'S. The commercial I was talking about. Thank you so much!! Finally, a wax strip we can all use. And no pain. The calming oil wipes are so great at removing the stickiness too. This product was pretty average when compared to other waxing kits. The dots to melt the wax can take a little longer than it says on the container depending on what microwave you are using. This removed most to all the hair.
This is a product I've only discovered late last year - I wish I knew about it years ago! When I initially reviewed the product, I'd recently purchased it as I was experiencing a problem with ingrown hairs in both armpit regions. They were painful, irritating & not going anywhere on their own. Using the Nads Ingrow Solution on a regular basis (and not shaving!) both helped resolve the issue. The Ingrow Solution is soothing, and helped reduce irritation from first application. Regular application helped resolve the issue 100%. I use NADS hair removal cream now instead of shaving & have the Ingrow Solution handy if needed in the future. Goodbye ingrown hair issue!
They say this doesn’t hurt as bad but I think ripping the hair out of your skin always hurts no matter how you do it. So yes… to me… it hurt BUT the results were on point, totally worth the ouch!

Since using Nad's new exfoliating wax strips I now understand why I could never achieve good results with wax strips in the past. I was missing the crucial element of 'exfoliation' and I'm amazed at just how quick and efficient the strip works.

Hi Sue.I purchased the precision eyebrow wax wand, and it is amazing. I normally use the wax strips but find it difficult sometimes to get the right shape. The was was easy and simple to use. And the cotton strips were great and reusable!! I am very impressed.This is the first time I've given feedback on a product I have bought.
I love the Original Gel. If you follow the instructions, there is 100% hair removal with little to no pain. Other than the effectiveness, my favorite part about the Gel is the ability to wash it off with water- meaning no sticky mess after. So far on week 3 with smooth hair-free skin! Highly recommend.

Hi! I’m a new customer who discovered you guys on Amazon. I was looking for an easy, not super messy sugar wax for my legs, and decided to try your product out. It’s the best I’ve tried so far! I’ve ever tried making my own with sugar, lemon juice, and water, and it didn’t quite work the same. My legs get really sensitive from shaving and I often get red, itchy bumps if I shave against the grain, but this has solved that issue for me. I just wanted you guys to know - maybe you could use that messaging in ads or something (just an idea since I’m sure there are others like me!). The one thing I was hoping to find is a refill product that’s just the wax — no cloths, soap, or sticks. I have too many of those things now, and I’m not going through them as fast as the wax, so it’s a bit wasteful, in my opinion. Just wanted to share the feedback and say thanks for making a great product.

Hello, I hope all is well. I recently started using Nad’s facial wax strips and hair removal body butter. I just wanted to let you know that I absolutely love these products. These products remove all the hair needed as followed by the instructions and smell good as well. In the past I have used Nair and it has irritated my skin, but with Nad’s I am glad to say that I have been able to find a product that is safe to use on my skin.
The product is very easy to use and after keeping it on for 4-5 minutes, it completely removed all traces of hair on my upper lip. Definitely will buy it again!

I surprised how easy this was to use . At first I used the wax room temp after washing with the provided soap. It did remove some hair . But it worked at lot better after I warmed it up some as suggested because it is pretty thick . It was easy to apply . The best part is the strips are washable and reusable which saves money - trees . I only tired on my armpit hairs to start . I have issues with blackheads under my armpits and folliculitis so it is best for me to use this type of hair removal vs a raiser.
I’m a very very loyal customer to your products, i was devastated to not find the Sensitive face wax I had been using for years not on the shelf anymore. I honestly felt like someone had taken my best friend away from me over night. I started shaving thinking WHAT! am I going to do. Then I googled Nads new products and found Strawberry and Cream beads, which said it could be used on the face. Which is my problem area. OMGGGG!!! what can I say! the instant yummy smell of the beads, that makes me think OMG I’m in heaven. Instantly took me to a happy place. I just wanted to share positive feedback- I’m a repeat purchaser of this product. Nice soft fabric on the strips and the wax is a good consistency- doesn’t need to be too warmed and adheres well to hair!
I purchased Nad’s 100% Natural Sugar Wax Kit from amazon.This is the first time I have used a Nad’s product for waxing my legs and I am very impressed! It was a bit hard to spread the wax at first so I popped it in the microwave for a few seconds. I couldn't believe how pain-free it was. I loved how I could just wash off the remaining bits of wax with hot, soapy water so there was no mess. I will definitely use this again.
Dear Sue, Firstly, I have been using your Brazilian and bikini wax for probably about 12 years. I have always found it pretty easy and always got a good result. I recently purchased a brand-new tub and last night decided to some some waxing. I opened the box to discover a new applicator which I was excited about. Then I was even more excited to see the formula for the wax had also changed. I absolutely loved it!!! It was easier, softer, more effective, quicker and stayed melted the whole time! Smells weird but it does the job! I loved using this on bigger areas like my legs and arms. I feel like I have more control on pulling. I did not like the fact that everything you need i.e wooden spatulas, after wax cloths, and the instructions are all inside the canister. So you do have to dig around and search for it. I like the concept of this, which makes it easier to do.
On my last shopping trip, the Health and Beauty section was out of NADS Eyebrow Shaper. I shrugged and got the NAIR version, thinking it would be the same, or close enough.
Boy was I wrong. The NAIR version isn't just messier to use, it doesn't remove all the hair in one go. Even with two applications, it didn't. I know you're not supposed to use facial waxing products more than once on the same area during one day, I had to. I went to other store, got the NADS eyebrow shaper and re-applied to the areas that the NAIR one didn't work. All hair removed with one go.
As long as your product is out there, that is the one I will be using.

Hi Sue! I don’t usually do reviews/feedback but I had to for this. Wow! Just wow!! The Nads Natural Sugar Wax is amazing. Easy to use and great for sensitive skin. I usually suffer from pimples instantly after waxing but not with this product. Will definitely continue to use it and recommend it to friends/family.

I love how this product works, it’s so easy and not painful at all. At first I was scared to pull the wax from my nose but once I did it captured all my ugly nose hair.
I recently purchased the ear and nasal hair kit remover. It was the best product I have used. I have tried many different types of hair remover for nose and ears including the rotary clippers. This was so easy and did the job better than anything I have used in the past. The applicator is the key to making the removal easy and complete. Hi I absolutely love your product. I have so much eyebrow hair. I am 65 and I always used to have them done but then after a few bad experiences I started doing them myself. I would microwave the wax and it's hard to do without it dripping all over. I can see all the hair your product removes on the strip. I'm very happy and will recommend to all the women I know.
