Hello, I hope all is well. I recently started using Nad’s facial wax strips and hair removal body butter. I just wanted to let you know that I absolutely love these products. These products remove all the hair needed as followed by the instructions and smell good as well. In the past I have used Nair and it has irritated my skin, but with Nad’s I am glad to say that I have been able to find a product that is safe to use on my skin.
I live on the Nthn Beaches for over 60 yrs. As a young teen, I used to watch my mother pluck hair from her chin and thought "I will never want to do that!". Alas I have spent decades plucking, especially after giving birth to 4 children, the hormones played havoc with aweful stubble on my chin, and above the top lip... ugghh. Last week I noticed Nad's Facial Wax Strips were on special at my local supermarket, so I purchased a box. As soon as I returned home, I hurriedly opened the box, followed the easy instructions and to my amazement there were no more hairs. It took less than 5 minutes and the wax oil wipes were the icing on the cake. The oil left my skin feeling soft and silky and hairless! Thankyou for the "special" buy, in more ways than one.
Pretty happy with the wax strips. Saves a bit of time not having to exfoliate however doesn't decrease the pain .. eep! Overall a good product with a nice scent.

Pulled hair like nobody’s business. My husband don’t like me hairy, likes me like all them youngins. I got this kit and now he can’t get enough of me. I’d add some pictures to this but I don’t know that they’d allow such a thing haha.

Hi Sue my name is Angel and I am a big fan of your Nad’s brand, when it comes to my favourite product I always point into the direction of your natural sugar wax kit, At first I was freaking out when I had applied it on my eyebrow hair and I am so glad that it’s mistake proof and it just easily washed away, It is just marvellous and such a beautiful way of being able to remove any unwanted hair. I love that it is vegan and is made up of only natural products, I’d also love to say that I love that it is cruelty free, same with your reusable Cotten strips are such a great idea especially for our environment., thank you fire creating this beautiful product I can’t wait to try more.
This hair removal cream really works well! I've tried many over the years, and this is the first that I'd buy again. It smoothes on nicely, and wipes off the hair easily. Does not bother my skin like others have. I 100% recommend it!
Hi Nat,I just wanted to give you feedback on the sugar wax and waxing strips. I bought the tub of sugar wax, the sugar wax pre waxed srtrips and extra cotton strips. I always go to the salon to get my legs waxed, but as I live in Sydney, that's been impossible to get to the salon. I was very worried and concerned that I couldn't do it myself and it would be messy. I just wanted to say that I am REALLY impressed with how well it went! I am really impressed not only with my first ever full leg wax that I have ever done, but with the product itself. Really easy to use, no awful smell, totally fine on my skin. I am so impressed! I will be now looking at doing MORE home waxing and limiting my trips to the salon.
Hi Natalie! I saw your paper slip in the nads box that I purchased and figured I would give you some feedback. I have to say, I am a woman who has been in the “waxing game” ever since 5th grade with my thick, dark, black hair. I have had a journey of hatred, frustration, jealousy, kindness and acceptance with my body hair. With all of the hair removal products out there, it can be difficult to find an inexpensive but reliable product. I have tried so many products for wax strips, microwaveable wax, bleach etc. and I have to say truly and honestly that not only is Nads the product that works the best, but that green wax is the most painless and best quality I have found for over the counter waxing strips. Your waxing strip are better quality which means more success with less strips and rips which makes a less painful experience and a happier customer. So I wanted to thank you for making such a great quality product at a low cost Have a great week!
I prefer waxing over shaving because waxing lasts longer over time. And this products has shown great results. The instructions were very easy to follow and it didn't hurt. you just have to apply multiple applications to get all the hair removed.

I am a self waxer born out of COVID times. Prior to COVID I would attend a salon / parlour to be waxed, but realized the convenience and financial advantage of self-waxing during COVID when there was no other choice. I have only ever used your Bikini/Brazilian hot wax product. I found it worked quite well, however the new version recently released with beeswax is phenomenal. I was so surprised by the elevation in quality and ease - it definitely took less time to heat, but also it didn't stick to the skin of the waxing areas, didn't stay on my fingers, was so much easier to remove ... basically just 100 times better. Just wanted to feed this back as one appreciative customer.
I was cautious about using wax, I'm so used to shaving. I had to read the instructions a few times but everything made sense. Nothing was weird smelling or irritating so I'm happy.
Easy to use. This was like a spa in a tiny little box. The soap was a delightful lavender scent. The wax wand was easy to use and not messy. I didn't have great results with hair removal on my upper lip but my eyebrow hair was longer and easier to remove. I was really scared that this would be painful - it was not.
I use the Facial Wax Strip's.I have sensitive skin and have never has any bother with them ... and that says a lot ! I am almost 60 and having been taking medication for al.ost two years for hair loss. For some reason - medical tests showed nothing except menopause ...I had lost so much hair that you could see almost my whole scalp. The medication is The Hairy Pill, which you might have seen advertised on television recently.Well, I can tell you that it works as my hair is now quite thick again, long and healthy. The only pay off for me is one that I am actually fine with, (and could also be hormonal), and that is fine downy hair on the sides of my face. So I have just started my "Beauty Day" at home with hair removal. In the box was a sachet of Skin Shield Powder. I found this to be very good, and would like to know where it is available please! I live in Dysart, Queensland, which is a small town. I order most things online. Oh, I also use the wax strips on upper lip and chin area as well. Thank you Sue, for great products!
I'm very happy with this wax strip kit! It's extremely convenient and easy to use. I love that you can use the strips immediately and don't have to worry about warming wax and all the mess that usually comes with it. This kit is perfect for travel and removes hair very effectively. I highly recommend this product!

I recently purchased your Facial Wax Strips. I love them. I used them for my upper and lower lip area and the product removed all unwanted hair. It is so simple to use, no mess, and quick. The wipes removed the slight redness after using. I am thrilled to find this product which eliminates time-consuming, super expensive, trips to the salon.
I started using this about a year ago. It is the best personal grooming product I have ever used. I will usually use the plastic applicators for the initial waxing, then for some additional "clean up" waxing, I use the large end and sometimes the small end of disposable chopsticks to get into tighter areas in the nostril. You just want to make sure not to go too deep. It is virtually painless, just a slight sting for a few seconds after you pull. I would recommend to pull the applicators in one very quick motion, that helps to minimize and discomfort.
10/10 BEST wax strips around!! All the other brands, and I’ve tried ALL of them, would just peel off like gum from your shoe. These babies? Heck no. I don’t know what you’re doing but keep doing it!!! I waxed my upper lip and used the bonus skin shield powder which was amazing & the! removed the residue the wax always leaves behind with the post wax calming oil wipe. There was actually enough oil on the wipe to get the residue off!! I got these from Kroger here in Laurel MS. I will never use another brand ever again!!

Hi! I wanted to give you feedback on the Nads Strawberries & Cream Waxing Dots. I’ve never used Nads before, but had known about the product since I was a kid. I’d been going to the salon to get my legs, underarms and bikini area waxed and had been paying a fortune. I decided I would try my hand at waxing myself at home. I had been using Sally Hansen wax, which was always such a mess so I took a chance and bought Nads last night…I used it this morning and successfully waxed all my desired areas all within about an hour. Nads was virtually painless and easy to control. There was no major cleanup either! I love that I didn’t need wax strips to remove anything as well. I will definitely be buying Nads again! Thank you!

Hi, I have just recently bought a tub of strawberry and cream dots. I'm so excited because it's the best wax ( face) I have used so far. It's soft on my skin/face and chin. I can't wait to use it again. I was also wondering if there is any chance of buying bulk direct 1/2 - 1 kg of the dots? I plan to try on my underarms soon. Thanks again. I was always so scared to used wax on myself and nothing is better than this kit even for the little hairs both under arm, bikini and legs and arms. Hi! I’m a new customer who discovered you guys on Amazon. I was looking for an easy, not super messy sugar wax for my legs, and decided to try your product out. It’s the best I’ve tried so far! I’ve ever tried making my own with sugar, lemon juice, and water, and it didn’t quite work the same. My legs get really sensitive from shaving and I often get red, itchy bumps if I shave against the grain, but this has solved that issue for me. I just wanted you guys to know - maybe you could use that messaging in ads or something (just an idea since I’m sure there are others like me!). The one thing I was hoping to find is a refill product that’s just the wax — no cloths, soap, or sticks. I have too many of those things now, and I’m not going through them as fast as the wax, so it’s a bit wasteful, in my opinion. Just wanted to share the feedback and say thanks for making a great product.
Hello Sue and NADS, I have just opened my 2nd box of “NADS Facial Wax Strips” ( which is where I found your little note to be able to send this email to you) and am delighted to tell you how pleased I am with such a great product.The strips are so easy to separate. (as opposed to the brand I’d previously used which were so very difficult, if nigh on impossible to separate.)The wax is more than sufficient to do its job. The wipes are soothing. I shall continue to use NADS for my facial waxing & shall extol the great product to my lady friends.
I love the Original Gel. If you follow the instructions, there is 100% hair removal with little to no pain. Other than the effectiveness, my favorite part about the Gel is the ability to wash it off with water- meaning no sticky mess after. So far on week 3 with smooth hair-free skin! Highly recommend.
My feedback on the Nads Wax Strips I have to say the Nads Wax Strips is the best product I have ever come across. Don't need hot Wax for my face anymore. Thank you for such an incredible product.

Hello, I used for the first time your wax my daughter to legs. It was very good; I love the fabric strips. I heated it for few seconds in the microwave, it removed hair perfectly! It rinsed off very easily from surfaces, so no mess. Also, I was very sceptical about rinsing the strips and I was almost tempted to throw them away, but they rinsed off easily with just warm water! I will use your product again and I have already recommended it to my friends!
I'm a beautician specialising in Brazilians and I find this is the closest at home product to anything we have in the salon. Would definitely recommend this to someone too shy to get it done professionally!

I love everything about Nad’s (natural hair removal gel).
Being a long term user of Nad’s, maybe even a few decades now, I find the product perfect for all my hair removal needs and so easy to use.
Nad’s, as a complete kit, is easy to store, set-up, apply, remove and clean-up. I’ve been a waxer since about 1982 and have used many products in home and in salons. I love that Nad’s is natural and that there is no heating required. There is no need for special storage, spill mats, heating pots, disposal of strips and old wax.
In these times of massive rubbish creation, I love that the used applicator and cloth strips wash up in water for reuse.
Many years ago, I decided to wax my eyebrows for the first time, with Nad’s at home. I did one side and was super impressed with the results. When I applied the cloth strip over the second eyebrow, I had not folded the cloth to cover the used section of wax. This resulted in the used wax being pressed into the whole eyebrow.. I panicked and was like "oh no, I am going to have no eyebrow".. my husband “laughing” ..“laughing lots” ..said isn’t this stuff water soluble? Oh yeah! Crisis averted.

I found this little request for feedback note in the box…. I’m not normally one to give feedback either way. But I seen this in a box of the new charcoal strips and thought ‘yes I need to share’ THANK YOU! I have been using your product since I was a young girl (now 42) Recently I have had some issues with the strips… the paper tears, the wax sticks, they just weren’t working and unfortunately I switched to another product. While shopping I seen this ‘new charcoal’ strips product. As I am not one to simply give up I purchased these and I can tell you I’m over the moon!!!!!!! These are amazing! I've been using these for years to wax at home, mostly my upper lip - they are quick and easy to use and I can do it in the privacy of my own bathroom! Just wanted to drop you an email to express my absolute joy at your facial strips! For years, I have used another brand and have noticed recently that they aren't working like they used to. I finally bit the bullet and changed to Nads. I remember way back when Sue first started on GMA etc. Admittedly, I was unsure but now, I am kicking myself that I waited so long. I have just finished waxing my eyebrows, upper lip and chin. Unlike the other product, I didn't have to repeat and there was little to no residue left on my skin. My skin now feels soft and smooth! As a long term user of at home waxing strips I was loyal to a particular brand. My local CVS did not have it one day so I decided to try something new. I like the sizing of these strips and the flexibility on them. I feel they are better quality as the other brand was literally clear tape. Additionally I like the high end porcelain bottle of almond oil to remove the wax. I was scared to try since I’m allergic to so many things but so far so good. Try them. It’s a better alternative than going into salons.

Awesome product! I'm in my mid 40s and was always a 'plucker' but never again after using this product. So easy to use and incredibly effective - thank you!!
Smells weird but it does the job! I loved using this on bigger areas like my legs and arms. I feel like I have more control on pulling. I did not like the fact that everything you need i.e wooden spatulas, after wax cloths, and the instructions are all inside the canister. So you do have to dig around and search for it. I like the concept of this, which makes it easier to do.

Good afternoon, I just bought the Nads facial waxing strips from Rite Aid and just used it on my upper lip. Just wanted to give a little good review of the product. I love how the wax is not dried out and it was able to take off the excess little hairs on my upper lip. Now I know which brand to get. Thank you
Nad's has kindly sent me a replacement package after I was having some issues with their "Exfoliating Body Wax Strips" (which has been updated to Ultra Smoothing Exfoliating Wax Strips") and since they wanted to hear customers feedback I thought I might as well post it here :). I have used both products and the first difference is packing; they have incorporated more of the turquoise in the new packaging and the colour combination is beautiful! Another difference is the exfoliating scrub is only on one side in the updated version. Which I think is good for when you're warming up the wax because it stays in place when you're rubbing it and therefore less exfoliating on your hand haha. I've noticed that the scrub particles appear to be finer. Upside: smoother and less harsh on the skin, and fewer particles fall off leading to less mess :D. I don't know if the actual wax formula has changed but I definitely know the strips itself has changed. I was previously having trouble as sometimes the strips would rip. One time I had half the wax on one strip waxless (which I think was caused by the strip material not clinging on tight enough). I haven't had an issue with the updated product yet so fingers crossed that nothing does happen. One more thing I'll note is that they only provide 4 calming oil wipes per box and I just don't think that's enough for 20 strips :/ they also dry quick which is a bummer, I'm not a fan of the smell but they leave your skin feeling so soft and moisturised. I think they have really upped their game by making these changes and it's just so nice to know that they value their customers. I feel so greatly appreciated just talking to their customer service team.
