Hello, I have used a popular brand for 10 years, but thought I would try yours, I was impressed from the start. Much cleaner, easier to use, less effects on the skin .I.e. scorching. Nice smell, easier clean up. I won't go back to other brand now. Well done 👏

Nad's has kindly sent me a replacement package after I was having some issues with their "Exfoliating Body Wax Strips" (which has been updated to Ultra Smoothing Exfoliating Wax Strips") and since they wanted to hear customers feedback I thought I might as well post it here :). I have used both products and the first difference is packing; they have incorporated more of the turquoise in the new packaging and the colour combination is beautiful! Another difference is the exfoliating scrub is only on one side in the updated version. Which I think is good for when you're warming up the wax because it stays in place when you're rubbing it and therefore less exfoliating on your hand haha. I've noticed that the scrub particles appear to be finer. Upside: smoother and less harsh on the skin, and fewer particles fall off leading to less mess :D. I don't know if the actual wax formula has changed but I definitely know the strips itself has changed. I was previously having trouble as sometimes the strips would rip. One time I had half the wax on one strip waxless (which I think was caused by the strip material not clinging on tight enough). I haven't had an issue with the updated product yet so fingers crossed that nothing does happen. One more thing I'll note is that they only provide 4 calming oil wipes per box and I just don't think that's enough for 20 strips :/ they also dry quick which is a bummer, I'm not a fan of the smell but they leave your skin feeling so soft and moisturised. I think they have really upped their game by making these changes and it's just so nice to know that they value their customers. I feel so greatly appreciated just talking to their customer service team.

I bought this product on a whim while I was searching for an alternative to shaving and actually forgot about it during a move. Then COVID-19 hit, and I found myself unable to go to my stylist for waxing. This wax was so easy to use that I was able do it myself with minimal fuss. It won't replace the skilled hand of my stylist, but I'm more confident in hair removal myself and look forward to using the wax more. Will definitely buy again.
Easy to use. This was like a spa in a tiny little box. The soap was a delightful lavender scent. The wax wand was easy to use and not messy. I didn't have great results with hair removal on my upper lip but my eyebrow hair was longer and easier to remove. I was really scared that this would be painful - it was not.
This product was pretty average when compared to other waxing kits. The dots to melt the wax can take a little longer than it says on the container depending on what microwave you are using. This removed most to all the hair.
Hi, I have just recently bought a tub of strawberry and cream dots. I'm so excited because it's the best wax ( face) I have used so far. It's soft on my skin/face and chin. I can't wait to use it again. I was also wondering if there is any chance of buying bulk direct 1/2 - 1 kg of the dots? I plan to try on my underarms soon. Thanks again. Since using Nad's new exfoliating wax strips I now understand why I could never achieve good results with wax strips in the past. I was missing the crucial element of 'exfoliation' and I'm amazed at just how quick and efficient the strip works.
I love that you can use the strip again and again without losing 'stick', I practically get half my leg done with just one strip!
I started using this about a year ago. It is the best personal grooming product I have ever used. I will usually use the plastic applicators for the initial waxing, then for some additional "clean up" waxing, I use the large end and sometimes the small end of disposable chopsticks to get into tighter areas in the nostril. You just want to make sure not to go too deep. It is virtually painless, just a slight sting for a few seconds after you pull. I would recommend to pull the applicators in one very quick motion, that helps to minimize and discomfort.
Pretty over all happy. This stuff is pretty cool, easy to make a mess which is kinda a pain to clean up but otherwise it definitely does it’s job. Not a huge fan of the smell but it didn’t make me break out or anything which is a plus.
I love how quickly I can get rid of hair without pain. I normally epilate my legs, and sometimes when I wait for too long and the hair grows longer, it gets painful to epilate. I love how these wax strip do the job in a minute without pain. They don’t leave a residue. I love the feeling of clean legs without struggling with pain and discomfort, or rash.

I love everything about Nad’s (natural hair removal gel).
Being a long term user of Nad’s, maybe even a few decades now, I find the product perfect for all my hair removal needs and so easy to use.
Nad’s, as a complete kit, is easy to store, set-up, apply, remove and clean-up. I’ve been a waxer since about 1982 and have used many products in home and in salons. I love that Nad’s is natural and that there is no heating required. There is no need for special storage, spill mats, heating pots, disposal of strips and old wax.
In these times of massive rubbish creation, I love that the used applicator and cloth strips wash up in water for reuse.
Many years ago, I decided to wax my eyebrows for the first time, with Nad’s at home. I did one side and was super impressed with the results. When I applied the cloth strip over the second eyebrow, I had not folded the cloth to cover the used section of wax. This resulted in the used wax being pressed into the whole eyebrow.. I panicked and was like "oh no, I am going to have no eyebrow".. my husband “laughing” ..“laughing lots” ..said isn’t this stuff water soluble? Oh yeah! Crisis averted.
I Love the Nad’s story and continue to be impressed by this superior product.

I want to thank you for making this product! I am used to getting my eyebrows waxed every couple of weeks and spending too much each time. But I have always been to scared to do it myself. I was in Ulta the other week and found your wax pen product, and it has changed my life!! It was so easy and user friendly plus the wax was smooth coming on and wiping off. It was the most painless process ever, way less painful than getting them done by a professional! After drying my legs, I noticed how hydrated and smooth they were. My legs were hair-free and smooth to touch. I was highly impressed! The results also lasted longer compared to other methods such as shaving. This product saves me time as I only have to do it once a week. Overall I feel more confident and sexy when I use this product. Nothing beats the feeling of silky smooth legs.

Amazing product with professional quality. I am amazed how great these Nad's Waxing Dots work. I simply melted it in microwave and it was ready to use. Comparing to other products it’s actually very convenient because it does not require special warmer and can be used at home. Also it didn’t even need special strips, just apply wax with spatulas and remove hair! I noticed that even short hairs were removed by the root. Calming oil coming in set and works great too. I’m very satisfied with this waxing dots and see same results as could be achieved in professional salon. Definitely recommend to try it!
I recently purchased the ear and nasal hair kit remover. It was the best product I have used. I have tried many different types of hair remover for nose and ears including the rotary clippers. This was so easy and did the job better than anything I have used in the past. The applicator is the key to making the removal easy and complete. I purchased the natural wax strip kit and was pleased surprised how easy and effective they were. I typically use a wax warmer or microwave wax but these strips will be my new go to method! I waxed my upper lip and underarm areas.

The product is very easy to use and after keeping it on for 4-5 minutes, it completely removed all traces of hair on my upper lip. Definitely will buy it again!

I used the big wax strips for my arm hair, which is dark and a medium/dark color. They worked like a charm! Easy to use, and best of all…..they were quick! No warming or prep needed. Just applied the wax and then the hair came right off with the wax strip! Can’t wait to use these on my legs next!
I wanted to let you know that out of the different wax strips I have tried, Nad's are by far the best. I love that is grips to the hair and pulls out more hairs per strip than other companies. I also love that it does not leave much residue on the skin and that the oil wipes clean anything that is left behind with ease.
I’m a very very loyal customer to your products, i was devastated to not find the Sensitive face wax I had been using for years not on the shelf anymore. I honestly felt like someone had taken my best friend away from me over night. I started shaving thinking WHAT! am I going to do. Then I googled Nads new products and found Strawberry and Cream beads, which said it could be used on the face. Which is my problem area. OMGGGG!!! what can I say! the instant yummy smell of the beads, that makes me think OMG I’m in heaven. Instantly took me to a happy place. Then the wax itself smooth, creamy looked to gorgeous to be wax. I was soooo happy with my results, instant removal, generous amount of beads to me my face at least 2 more times. I’ve been wanting to try this! Usually I get the wax in the cup by bliss but this is so much easier to use and it feels really nice after I wash off all the sugar. This is not wax! Which is a plus because after you’re done waving you have to use the wax remover and sometimes there is always residue. This is just sugar so I just hop in the shower and gone! I’ve tried this the times now and every time there’s been nothing left to rinse off. Would recommend to anyone! You do have to get a knack for sugar waxing but it’s literally almost the same as regular wax.
Just a quick note to say I’ve been waxing my legs (or having them waxed until several years ago when I could no longer afford it) for several decades, and had tried a sugar wax salon in Paris once. That’s what led me to try Nads sugar wax kit when I noticed it on the shelf at CVS.
At any rate, I just tried it and am completely sold! I love the fact there’s no heating and no dealing with the wax residue, which is so annoying to remove from skin and more. I also love the cotton strips and tried washing them as suggested. Amazing, so eco-friendly this solution! I will never go back to regular wax.

Hi Sue.I purchased the precision eyebrow wax wand, and it is amazing. I normally use the wax strips but find it difficult sometimes to get the right shape. The was was easy and simple to use. And the cotton strips were great and reusable!! I am very impressed.This is the first time I've given feedback on a product I have bought.
I had never waxed before using this product, and I am now a fan!! These strips are pretty easy to use and surprisingly quick. The results last longer than shaving, so it’s worth the time. Varying strip sizes allow you to wax multiple areas. My favorite thing about this product is that it’s more eco friendly than other similar products on the market. Downside: it’s pretty uncomfortable; however, if you’re someone who already does waxing it probably won’t be that big of a deal for you. I have pretty sensitive skin and although the waxing was uncomfortable, I didn’t have any type of reaction to the waxing strips. I’ll continue using these.
Hi Sue, I've just purchased the Eyebrow Wax Wand and saw your feedback card. I have been using this product for many years, even throughout my Beauty Therapy career, I have found this so easy and convenient without the hassle and the inconvenience of a messy wax pot. The only change I could suggest is cutting down the size of the pre wax cleansing wipes, as I only wax my eyebrows, and find the wipe is too large and wasted on a small area. I tear the cleansing wipe in half and keep the unused half for next time. Otherwise the wipes would be all used before I've used all of the wax in the wand. Other than that, I find your products amazing! Have a fabulous day!

I am a self waxer born out of COVID times. Prior to COVID I would attend a salon / parlour to be waxed, but realized the convenience and financial advantage of self-waxing during COVID when there was no other choice. I have only ever used your Bikini/Brazilian hot wax product. I found it worked quite well, however the new version recently released with beeswax is phenomenal. I was so surprised by the elevation in quality and ease - it definitely took less time to heat, but also it didn't stick to the skin of the waxing areas, didn't stay on my fingers, was so much easier to remove ... basically just 100 times better. Just wanted to feed this back as one appreciative customer.
I have tried many other hair removal products before and they always leave behind a horrible smell. The smell of Nads was so much milder than any other product I’ve tried. Within a couple of minutes the hair I experienced was completely gone. I was so impressed as my hair was fairly thick! I am so thankful that I found this product and it’s so easy to use and affordable!
I was seriously impressed by how easy, painless and effective this product was. I was able to do my underarms, full legs, Brazilian, and forearms with strips left over
I got this natural sugar wax for my legs and it really worked super well and was very easy to use. My only complaint is that afterwards my skin was a little irritated but it went away after about 20 minutes so I am not sure if that was just my reaction or if that was normal but I really loved how smooth I was after this and how efficient it was.
It does work, I will say that. But unfortunately the smell is too strong and overpowering for me. I have a very sensitive nose. I used it on my legs and it did remove the hair. I think I would rather shave my legs. If you can handle the smell for 5 minutes then this would be good for you.
First time using the facial wax strips for my upper lip & it was so easy to do! Virtually pain free, just a little redness, but it went away within a few minutes! Should have tried this earlier!
Hi Natalie! My name is Jessica. I purchased the Nads waxing dots at my local grocery store. I saw your card in the wax so I figured I'd send you an email with my thoughts. Hopefully you will get the chance to read it! Let me start off by saying, I wax my face (more specifically my chin) 2 to 3 times per week! Sounds like a lot, I know. Blame insulin resistance and PCOS. It's honestly my biggest insecurity. That being said, I normally buy wax beads at my local Sally's Beauty Supply store. Today, I decided to go somewhere else and give these a try. When I opened the package I was surprised at the amount I was actually getting. I was expecting a lot less. The smell of the strawberries and creme was a nice change from what I normally get. The colors were nice too. When I warmed them up in my wax warmer I noticed almost a marshmallow-like airy texture which was fun. But my biggest thing I look for when I apply wax to my chin is how sticky it is. I have gotten some that were AWFUL. Think bubblegum mixed with syrup and honey. However, your wax was NOT like that at all. This wax went on with such ease. It wasn't sticky or stringy like most. I am very pleased about that. What I like even more is how easy it was to pull off. It cooled quickly and came off without any hesitation. It was also super effective! Which is exactly what I need! I will 100% be switching to the Nad's wax dots! They are my new favorite. Though please let me know if you start to sell them in 1 or 2 pound bags! I could use a lot! :) Thank you so much!

Woke up this morning and thought today's the day to do my eyebrows myself, I bought your product 2 weeks ago and been meaning to do it but as silly as it sounds I was scared of the what "ifs" what if I mess up, to messy, etc.. so I did it read the directions (simple and easy), no mess and LOVED IT! Cute cotton candy waxing dots. I love how simple this kit makes it to wax at home. You don’t even need a separate warmer. You just put it in the microwave. This product didn’t aggravate my skin or make it dry.
Hi, Just some positive feedback.. I have bought the Men's Nose Wax Kit regularly for as long as I can remember. I really like how simple and effective it is. When I opened the new pack today, I found a little note requesting feedback. So... there you go!
I prefer waxing over shaving because waxing lasts longer over time. And this products has shown great results. The instructions were very easy to follow and it didn't hurt. you just have to apply multiple applications to get all the hair removed.

Best wax strips I've used!
This was an amazing product. works very well just like wax but the best part is you can just wipe it away with water or the wipes if you place it on wrong. The cotton pads it comes with are also washable and reusable so the limiting factor really is the gel so you can just keep using it over and over again.
