On my last shopping trip, the Health and Beauty section was out of NADS Eyebrow Shaper. I shrugged and got the NAIR version, thinking it would be the same, or close enough.
Boy was I wrong. The NAIR version isn't just messier to use, it doesn't remove all the hair in one go. Even with two applications, it didn't. I know you're not supposed to use facial waxing products more than once on the same area during one day, I had to. I went to other store, got the NADS eyebrow shaper and re-applied to the areas that the NAIR one didn't work. All hair removed with one go.
As long as your product is out there, that is the one I will be using.

I'm a regular for bikini waxes, this was my first time waxing myself at home (well I had a friend wax me). I didn't wax my bikini I waxed my underarms. The wax was easy to put on, the clothes are soft. She did have some issues with getting all my under arm hair off with one application which made the 2nd attempt much painful. But, overall I liked the results. I'm waiting to see how long it takes for my hair to grow back. I'm one that has to shave daily. A tip to help decrease pain, is to immediately apply pressure to the area, it helps with the stinging sensation. Overall, I will continue to use this product at home for my under arms. I'm now waiting for my "mustache," lol to grow a little more so I can see how this wax does for my upper lip. I only gave it 4 stars because of the multiple applications to get all the hair removed.
I bought your product last week and I totally love your product. I think I have never felt my skin so soft after waxing and without damage. It was like using honey instead. Even more, the idea that is free cruelty to animals is fantastic. I don't know if someone will read my email but I was so happy with the product that I decided anyway to send you my feedback.

Hi Sue, This product is awesome! I am 52 and recently had to start having my face waxed. I saw these at Woolworths and decided to try them. First experience with doing my own waxing and it was very easy!!! Instructions easy to follow and soothing oil was great for afterwards. For years I have resorted to plucking my eyebrows with tweezers because every wax i’ve tried broke out my skin and many at home wax kits never worked. Awesome product. I got the Nads precision eyebrow wax wand not knowing what to expect. I have tried many other products and wasn't sure if I would like it. It w was so actually very easy to use and worked well! I like that it comes with reusable straps and that it washs off with water if you get it on a spot you didn't mean to! My eyebrows turned out very nice!
I recently purchased your Facial Wax Strips. I love them. I used them for my upper and lower lip area and the product removed all unwanted hair. It is so simple to use, no mess, and quick. The wipes removed the slight redness after using. I am thrilled to find this product which eliminates time-consuming, super expensive, trips to the salon.
I tried it on my arms.it pulled out almost all hairs about 80% but left some hairs which I have to shave afterwards. Its easy to use and easy to remove from skin. Overall experience is satisfactory.
I surprised how easy this was to use . At first I used the wax room temp after washing with the provided soap. It did remove some hair . But it worked at lot better after I warmed it up some as suggested because it is pretty thick . It was easy to apply . The best part is the strips are washable and reusable which saves money - trees . I only tired on my armpit hairs to start . I have issues with blackheads under my armpits and folliculitis so it is best for me to use this type of hair removal vs a raiser.
I use the Facial Wax Strip's.I have sensitive skin and have never has any bother with them ... and that says a lot ! I am almost 60 and having been taking medication for al.ost two years for hair loss. For some reason - medical tests showed nothing except menopause ...I had lost so much hair that you could see almost my whole scalp. The medication is The Hairy Pill, which you might have seen advertised on television recently.Well, I can tell you that it works as my hair is now quite thick again, long and healthy. The only pay off for me is one that I am actually fine with, (and could also be hormonal), and that is fine downy hair on the sides of my face. So I have just started my "Beauty Day" at home with hair removal. In the box was a sachet of Skin Shield Powder. I found this to be very good, and would like to know where it is available please! I really like this! The instructions were so clear and made it easy to use. The beads melted nicely and it worked to pull off my hair. Not going to lie, it's a little bit messy but not bad once you get the hang of it!

Being a long term user of Nad’s, maybe even a few decades now, I find the product perfect for all my hair removal needs and so easy to use.
Nad’s, as a complete kit, is easy to store, set-up, apply, remove and clean-up. I’ve been a waxer since about 1982 and have used many products in home and in salons. I love that Nad’s is natural and that there is no heating required. There is no need for special storage, spill mats, heating pots, disposal of strips and old wax.
In these times of massive rubbish creation, I love that the used applicator and cloth strips wash up in water for reuse.
Many years ago, I decided to wax my eyebrows for the first time, with Nad’s at home. I did one side and was super impressed with the results. When I applied the cloth strip over the second eyebrow, I had not folded the cloth to cover the used section of wax. This resulted in the used wax being pressed into the whole eyebrow.. I panicked and was like "oh no, I am going to have no eyebrow".. my husband “laughing” ..“laughing lots” ..said isn’t this stuff water soluble? Oh yeah! Crisis averted.

This Natural Sugar Wax Kit is amazing! Comes with everything you need for multiple full waxes. The strips are washable and reusable. This wax is so easy to use and gets even the thinnest of hairs. This is hypoallergenic and the most natural wax I’ve found. No irritation, no dyes, no chemicals… just sugar wax. Which also means it is water soluble. So any misplaced wax or spills are easily cleaned up with water. Just water. This would make a great gift for a beginner waxer as well.
This was an amazing product. works very well just like wax but the best part is you can just wipe it away with water or the wipes if you place it on wrong. The cotton pads it comes with are also washable and reusable so the limiting factor really is the gel so you can just keep using it over and over again.
I just purchased the eyebrow waxing pen for about the 20th time! It is by far my favourite product that you offer as it is super easy to use, it makes it so easy to either touch up or fully redo your brows! You can also get the extra fabric waxing strips and reuse them and even cut them up for the extra wax left over after the first use. Hello! I saw your card in the box of strips I got. Let me just tell you that as a PCOS woman, unwanted facial hair has been my problem since I was a teenager. I have always hated trying to tweeze everything, and the closer to the lip, the more painful it is. So waxing makes sense—sure it sucks, but all of it in 1-2 goes versus each hair? Yes! Of course I tried the sally hansen strips first, and used those for years. Man, those are just awful! So I tried Nads on a whim, and they are so much smoother, less painful and easier to use! For having to rip out hundreds of hairs from my face, I will say this is the best experience with it! I tell all of my PCOS friends about these. Maybe someday I will be able to afford laser hair removal. But these have my vote until that day comes.

These are pretty good wax strips. I like that the kit contains several sizes so you can use the appropriate strip for the face or body. The wax is contained between clear plastic which makes it easy to handle while you’re applying it. Unlike other wax strips I’ve used, I actually prefer this plastic strip because it doesn’t get as sticky as paper strips. The wax works really well and clears the hair in one go. I didn’t experience any irritation or problems with hair being left behind. Overall a great wax kit that works really well.
This wax is easy to apply and the cloth strips are a decent size to help with removal. I had good success with my leg hair but struggled with the underarm area. If you are doing this area, it works, but may be easier to have another person help with. There is a light scent that is not overpowering.

Easy to use. This wax kit is so easy to use. The wax melts down perfectly for an easy spread. I can say for my self this was pain free. I did my eyebrows, upper lip,and legs. I still had wax left over to use again. I can say that the smell turned me off. Definitely don't smell like strawberry and cream. This wax hardens on the skin and is easy to pull off. I really enjoyed this experience.
Smells weird but it does the job! I loved using this on bigger areas like my legs and arms. I feel like I have more control on pulling. I did not like the fact that everything you need i.e wooden spatulas, after wax cloths, and the instructions are all inside the canister. So you do have to dig around and search for it. I like the concept of this, which makes it easier to do.

First time user of Nad's hair removal cream and I was very impressed with how efficient it is to apply and effect hair removal from my upper arms, shoulders and top of the chest. I intend to use it over more of my upper body and expect the same terrific results. It certainly beats waxing and shaving. Congrats for a great product.
It works very well. I've never had a wax that was so noticeably natural and one that I could fully trust on my body for a Brazilian. It was so easy to use and the best part is it didn't leave me with any bumps; and I did it MYSELF. I constantly got irritation bumps from going to get waxed in wax centers. This is by far the best experience I've had ever. Plus it hurts less than most (specifically Sally Hanson's). PLEASE DON'T DISCONTINUE.
I just wanted to thank you for your product and tell you how amazing it worked. I was skeptical when I bought it but I was desperate for something to help with my eyebrows. Thank you for making a product so authentic and pure! I grew up in India and now live in Boston. I tried your sugar wax for the first time and it is just like the original recipe that we used growing up sometimes even making our own wax at home! I also love that you added the fabric strips instead of the disposable ones. They work sooo much better than the flimsy disposable ones. I had high hopes for the Nad’s Eco Wax Strip Kit, and this kit delivered for the most part. This waxing kit could not be more simple to use. The kit comes with several different sized strips and heating up the wax takes minimal effort. There is no harsh smell and very little residue left behind, which comes right off with a little oil. These strips are great at removing fine hair (arms, face), but on areas with more coarse hair(bikini, underarms) these don’t deliver as well as I had hoped. One of the things I liked most was that the wax is very gentle and non-irritating. Overall, I am happy with the the performance of this wax kit and would recommend it for those areas that don’t have coarse hair.
As a student beauty therapist it's hard to find a wax that works well with you for a painless smooth finish but I have used the strips and the hot wax many amount of times and I absolutely love it !
I've used Nads Sensitive Hair Removal Cream once & I'm already in love with this product. The cream has a thick consistency with a nice scent - easy for applying evenly. I was skeptical about how well it would work on more thicker hair but if you leave it on for around 10mins it removes everything. I didn't feel like it irritated my skin leaving it on for 10mins, which was a added bonus because I can sometimes have reactions to bleaching creams or hair removal creams.
Purchased Nad's Brazilian and Bikini Wax from Ulta after doing my due dilgence online. This product is amazing! Being biracial with very course hair, I must admit I was skeptical - No problem!!! Followed the instructions to the "T". Easy to apply and remove. Would highly recommend this product to anyone who does not want to spend $35 each time at a salon for a bikini wax.

I used the nad hair removal body butter let's just say I'm in love with nad hair removal it's did what I need the body butter to do I'm picky on what goes on my body an in I really was impressed and the aftermath did my body some good.

This product has worked wonders for me so far! It is so easy to apply, and does not have a strange or otherwise unpleasant odor like many other products I have used in the past. It does a great job of removing hair and is completely pain free! Very highly recommended by me.
This product was pretty average when compared to other waxing kits. The dots to melt the wax can take a little longer than it says on the container depending on what microwave you are using. This removed most to all the hair.
Hi Natalie. Just wanted to give you some feedback about your product Strawberries and cream wax dots. I used it for the first time and absolutely loved it! I’ve used other wax products, both yours and other brands. Because I wax myself I find the hot wax easiest to use, although I’ve had to use the strip wax also due to availability. The problem I’ve found lately Is that the wax has been getting sticky and messy when I used it. I’ve found this with a few of your products as well as the other brands I’ve used. It’s been very frustrating. Also, the smell has changed over time. I saw your strawberries and cream wax dots and thought I’d give it a go. When I opened it the smell was beautiful…not waxy at all! It melted exactly as per your instructions, which I have found is not always the case with wax. When I put it on my skin it was like applying cream, which felt really nice on my skin. But the best thing about it, and most importantly, was that it pulled the hairs out without any stinging or pain. Admittedly, not all the hairs came out first time but neither does the other waxes I’ve tried. The difference was when I reapplied to remove the other smaller hairs, the wax wasn’t sticky. There was no waxy residue left on my skin, which happens often. Even before I wiped with the aftercare wipes, my skin felt soft, not dry like it normally does when i wax. Good morning, I have purchased a new box of Nads facial wax strips for myself. And I was excited about it that I was going to be doing my own waxing. Because I have spent so much money threading and waxing and tweezing my own face. To control the hair that keeps growing on my face. Because I have hirsutism I got this after I had my youngest. And it started getting out of control and I really never the money to keep the hair off. But now that I have seen how AWESOME the facial strips work a lot better. Than when I was purchasing to get my face waxed. My face is feeling so much better than better.

Hi! I just tried out the Nads facial waxing strips and they are awesome! I was hesitant to use waxing strips since I had a really severe allergic reaction to another brand but these don't affect me at all!
This Nad's Hair Removal Body Butter worked great for me. It was easy to use and gentle. My legs were very soft and smooth after. The scent is very strong.
Amazing!!! I have been getting brazilian waxes for 10 + years, started getting sick of the bad service and waxes I was getting on sunshine coast. So decided to try it myself, WOW, so easy, cannot believe how simply, easy and painless it was! love love love your brazilian hot wax, amazing! This product is wow! So quick and easy to use, you just need to apply and cover the area or parts that you wish to remove hair with this Hair Removal Body Butter then wait for 4 minutes and then wipe it of using cloth or paper towel and then rinse with water and then thats it!! Hair comes off easily and skin feels silky smooth.. What I dont like about this product is the smell.. It smells like hair perming product and it kinda way strong for me.
