I want to thank you for making this product! I am used to getting my eyebrows waxed every couple of weeks and spending too much each time. But I have always been to scared to do it myself. I was in Ulta the other week and found your wax pen product, and it has changed my life!! It was so easy and user friendly plus the wax was smooth coming on and wiping off. It was the most painless process ever, way less painful than getting them done by a professional! Hi Natalie Just thought I would give you some feedback. I bought the wax strips to try as they were ½ price at woolies. Well what a great find. They work extremely well and less pain when pulling the strips off. Good job kind regards
This was my first time using a lotion type hair removal product and I was pleasantly surprised with the results. I tested it on my arm hair first, which is long since I rarely shave it off. I did have to use a generous amount of product, but after application it did wipe the hair away in about 5-6 minutes. There was no pain, no irritation. It did smell a little sulfur-ish when I first applied it, but once I rinsed it off and it dried, it actually smelled good. Just keep in mind if you are doing large areas, you will probably use the majority of the bottle. Hair did not grow back for about a week.
I was very sceptical in buying this product. I received it today and tried it as soon as I could. The step process is clear to read and understand. I was scared to pull out the tube for fear of pain. I pulled in one swift motion (just as it says in the instructions) and it worked! I had NO pain, NO teary-eyes, and a hairless nose.

Good morning, I have purchased a new box of Nads facial wax strips for myself. And I was excited about it that I was going to be doing my own waxing. Because I have spent so much money threading and waxing and tweezing my own face. To control the hair that keeps growing on my face. Because I have hirsutism I got this after I had my youngest. And it started getting out of control and I really never the money to keep the hair off. But now that I have seen how AWESOME the facial strips work a lot better. Than when I was purchasing to get my face waxed. My face is feeling so much better than better.

I know it says “DON’T EAT” on the side, but there’s a lot holding me back from just having a little try. (Ha!) Please forever continue these waxing dots! And please if can, more scents! The feel of the wax is really nice too, I feel like it grips to your hair without gripping to your skin, and doesn’t go a full hard when setting, it stays a really nice easy soft wax which makes it incredible to remove off your body! I would like to share my feedback with you regarding your facial wax strips. I enjoy the waxing process as your wax strips very convenient and efficiently removes my facial hair at the convenience of my home. Thank you so much.
This wax although takes a bit more time to use does remove hair efficiently. I do heat it for a short time in the microwave and this allows for a thin and even application. I like that i can wash and reuse the strips and get a good amount of use from each strip. I am not great at waxing my own legs, i think i tend to break the hair rather than remove it, but this product does grip the hair very well and that helps in pulling the hair out rather than breaking it. I also use this on my upper/lower lips, to remove the fine blonde hairs and unlike some other waxes it does a good job and removes pretty much everything in one or two goes.
Nad's has kindly sent me a replacement package after I was having some issues with their "Exfoliating Body Wax Strips" (which has been updated to Ultra Smoothing Exfoliating Wax Strips") and since they wanted to hear customers feedback I thought I might as well post it here :). I have used both products and the first difference is packing; they have incorporated more of the turquoise in the new packaging and the colour combination is beautiful! Another difference is the exfoliating scrub is only on one side in the updated version. Which I think is good for when you're warming up the wax because it stays in place when you're rubbing it and therefore less exfoliating on your hand haha. I've noticed that the scrub particles appear to be finer. Upside: smoother and less harsh on the skin, and fewer particles fall off leading to less mess :D. I don't know if the actual wax formula has changed but I definitely know the strips itself has changed. I was previously having trouble as sometimes the strips would rip. One time I had half the wax on one strip waxless (which I think was caused by the strip material not clinging on tight enough). I haven't had an issue with the updated product yet so fingers crossed that nothing does happen. One more thing I'll note is that they only provide 4 calming oil wipes per box and I just don't think that's enough for 20 strips :/ they also dry quick which is a bummer, I'm not a fan of the smell but they leave your skin feeling so soft and moisturised. I think they have really upped their game by making these changes and it's just so nice to know that they value their customers. I feel so greatly appreciated just talking to their customer service team.
This Natural Sugar Wax Kit is amazing! Comes with everything you need for multiple full waxes. The strips are washable and reusable. This wax is so easy to use and gets even the thinnest of hairs. This is hypoallergenic and the most natural wax I’ve found. No irritation, no dyes, no chemicals… just sugar wax. Which also means it is water soluble. So any misplaced wax or spills are easily cleaned up with water. Just water. This would make a great gift for a beginner waxer as well.

I’ve owned your eyebrow kit and bigger kit for larger areas for a couple months now and have loveddd using them. I get the freedom to decide when exactly I want to wax and it’s so much less painful that going to a waxing salon! The eyebrow wand is also amazing for getting any tiny hairs that as a beginner I would have probably missed with a normal wax stick. I love how quickly I can get rid of hair without pain. I normally epilate my legs, and sometimes when I wait for too long and the hair grows longer, it gets painful to epilate. I love how these wax strip do the job in a minute without pain. They don’t leave a residue. I love the feeling of clean legs without struggling with pain and discomfort, or rash.

I LOVE my exfoliating wax strips! My skin has never been smoother and I've never had fewer ingrown hairs with any other product!! I use the exfoliating strips with another Nad's product, the Ingrow Solution and I just use a tiny amount on the area after I wax just to be safe!! No ingrown hairs to report as of yet!!

I live on the Nthn Beaches for over 60 yrs. As a young teen, I used to watch my mother pluck hair from her chin and thought "I will never want to do that!". Alas I have spent decades plucking, especially after giving birth to 4 children, the hormones played havoc with aweful stubble on my chin, and above the top lip... ugghh. This product is so easy to use and is great for those with sensitive skin! Its my go to wax product. Its really effective (i usually use it for underarms and legs) and the strip can be used quite a few times, with little or no sticky residue left on the skin. The wipes and balm provided really helps to soothe the skin after waxing and so theres very little discomfort or pain afterwards.
I didn't know what to expect when I received this product but I was pleasantly surprised by the simplicity and ease of it. It smells really sweet and not too chemical like and works great. Doesn't leave any residue or skin damage.

I purchased Nad’s 100% Natural Sugar Wax Kit from amazon.This is the first time I have used a Nad’s product for waxing my legs and I am very impressed! It was a bit hard to spread the wax at first so I popped it in the microwave for a few seconds. I couldn't believe how pain-free it was. I loved how I could just wash off the remaining bits of wax with hot, soapy water so there was no mess. I will definitely use this again.
I purchased the natural wax strip kit and was pleased surprised how easy and effective they were. I typically use a wax warmer or microwave wax but these strips will be my new go to method! I waxed my upper lip and underarm areas.
Hi Natalie. Just wanted to give you some feedback about your product Strawberries and cream wax dots. I used it for the first time and absolutely loved it! I’ve used other wax products, both yours and other brands. Because I wax myself I find the hot wax easiest to use, although I’ve had to use the strip wax also due to availability. The problem I’ve found lately Is that the wax has been getting sticky and messy when I used it. I’ve found this with a few of your products as well as the other brands I’ve used. It’s been very frustrating. Also, the smell has changed over time. I saw your strawberries and cream wax dots and thought I’d give it a go. When I opened it the smell was beautiful…not waxy at all! It melted exactly as per your instructions, which I have found is not always the case with wax. When I put it on my skin it was like applying cream, which felt really nice on my skin. But the best thing about it, and most importantly, was that it pulled the hairs out without any stinging or pain. Admittedly, not all the hairs came out first time but neither does the other waxes I’ve tried. The difference was when I reapplied to remove the other smaller hairs, the wax wasn’t sticky. There was no waxy residue left on my skin, which happens often. Even before I wiped with the aftercare wipes, my skin felt soft, not dry like it normally does when i wax. I hope you don’t change or discontinue this product because I really love it! Thanks for developing a great product. Hope you enjoy your day.

I was so shocked at the results. I used it to take care of my "winter legs". It went on easily and tingled and removed most of hair. It though left my legs a little itchy for a bit especially in more sensitive areas. Just make sure you watch the time.
This is the only brand I use. Never have any issues. I am allergic to fragrance, chemicals and colorants, but this works for me. No redness, no rash, just smooth, hair free legs. I don't use the enclosed oil though.
I have had some at home waxing disasters. Sticky messes. BUT this was not a disaster. If you mess up with this simply use one of the cleaning wipes they give you. It takes it right off! The wax itself is great, it took the hair mostly off without being a mess. I did between my brows, above my brows, and upper lip. I couldn’t do below the eyebrow due to thickness of tip and strips. It did miss on all of the above some small hairs but it still made my job much easier. I do think this is a one sitting product for me given the small amount of wax and strips. I do wish there were more strips and perhaps skinnier ones (but i could get those separately or cut them myself I know).

Since using Nad's new exfoliating wax strips I now understand why I could never achieve good results with wax strips in the past. I was missing the crucial element of 'exfoliation' and I'm amazed at just how quick and efficient the strip works.
I love that you can use the strip again and again without losing 'stick', I practically get half my leg done with just one strip!
I have never used wax strips before, it was always a razor. I am glad I tried this, it works great at keeping the hairs on my legs away longer then using a razor. Takes it right from the root, lasts alot longer.
I'm in 42 yrs old. I have two teenage daughters and one preteen. Trying hair removal creams on myself and the pain of burning and the embarrassing red top lip was so frustrating. I wanted something for my girls but not if it hurt them. I am not tech savvy. I told my daughter I remembered a commercial about a young girl whose parents made her hair removal cream out of honey. I remembered going to college and seeing it at night on the tv. I didn't remember the name of the product, so I kinda gave up. My daughter jumped online and of course found NAD'S. Sue, I was a Nair woman for years. My local store was out of stock of my usual nasty smelling hair remover cream, but they had Nads facial wax strips… so, I tried them. WOW !!! So much better !! Nads wax strips are convenient, easy to use, odorless and fast!! I’ll never go back to using Nair, it’s Nads from now on.
Easy to use. This product is great and it’s not just for brows! As a suffer of POCS I deal with the embarrassment of facial hair daily. The pen is perfect for brows because of its shape. You can easily apply to the areas you need waxed. I also have used for my chin and upper lip with good results.
I can’t stress enough and recommend this product. This is the the best wax I ever wort with it makes it easy and even lighted my under arms. I use the waxing dots and they are so soft and is nice for sensitive skin. I love this soooo much.
