Hi, I just wanted to write to you to let you know how happy I am with your new Nads Hot Wax, I’ve been using this for many years, at least 7 years and I haven’t been able to get hold of it for a while but recently bought some and noticed the packaging was slightly different, it takes less time to warm up. It’s smells so much better. It’s easier to use with the wider spatula, taking me half the time to complete my wax. It’s not as sticky. It goes on and comes off easier. I was happy with it before but NOW I’m so so happy with it and the results I actually look forward to my next waxing session. Thank you. A very very satisfied customer.
I just purchased the eyebrow waxing pen for about the 20th time! It is by far my favourite product that you offer as it is super easy to use, it makes it so easy to either touch up or fully redo your brows! You can also get the extra fabric waxing strips and reuse them and even cut them up for the extra wax left over after the first use. Just thought I'd email you as I found the card inside the package and wanted to let you guys know how much I love the pen! Keep doing what you're doing! ❤️
OMG! I have been waxing my eyebrows and womanstache forever...but I've been doing it with a wax melting pot and beads. Soooo consequently I don't do it quite as often as I should because well, life. This is amazing! It's in its own dispensing tube and goes on crazy fast! Results are as great as with my older meyjis but for these smaller areas I can do it so quickly that I'm never caught with bushy brows!
This is very easy to use. Just pop it in the microwave it, stir until all dots are melted and its ready to be used. I used this on my husband and worked nicely! It removed al good amount of hair in just one strip! He even said that it did not hurt as much as regular wax.
I really liked these straps. They were easy to use and came off well. They did a great job removing the hair and the areas felt smooth. I would recommend the strips.
I recently purchased the ear and nasal hair kit remover. It was the best product I have used. I have tried many different types of hair remover for nose and ears including the rotary clippers. This was so easy and did the job better than anything I have used in the past. The applicator is the key to making the removal easy and complete. 2nd time using. Easy, safe, fast WHAT A GREAT SOLUTION, INEXPENSIVE FOR nose hair removal. Watch the video on it, i think it's youtube. I wish I could get it locally, I looked everywhere it's not at Walgreens, Walmart or Jewel so I think I ordered on Walmart or Amazon. it's inexpensive and you get enuff wax for at least 5 times -really, really good.

I’m 15 and I’ve tried sugar wax, hard wax and they haven’t been the best experience. when i was looking at some wax’s strips at my local Ulta i found Nad’s Natural Facial Wax Strips and girl when i tell you that they were so easy to use and the post wax oil is so good. it doesn’t burn or feel uncomfortable i was so good that I had to email you. so thank you and keep it the amazing work. i will be purchasing again.
I have just tried Nads Sensitive Hair Removal Creme and it's fantastic.I'm 52 and have tried everything for the removal of hair. Having very sensitive skin, I am sensitive to most soaps, moisturizers, creams, lotions, and of course hair removals. I have even tried other Nads products but have also been sensitive to them, so I used a razor which I don't really like using. However, I decided to try Nads Sensitive Creme... it's brilliant. I am not in the least bit allergic to it and it does a fabulous job - I don't think I've ever been so surprised and so so so pleased with a product in a long time. Now I know what to buy and use forever. The days of red sensitive hair removal are over for me. Thanks Nadine for such a wonderful product.

I purchased your body wax strips along with the facial wax strips and I just got a let you know I absolutely love your product I love how soft the paper that comes with the wax is. The wax paper is extremely manageable and very easy to work with along with a great product that doesn’t rip or hurt my skin! Works great!

It works very well. I've never had a wax that was so noticeably natural and one that I could fully trust on my body for a Brazilian. It was so easy to use and the best part is it didn't leave me with any bumps; and I did it MYSELF. I constantly got irritation bumps from going to get waxed in wax centers. This is by far the best experience I've had ever. Plus it hurts less than most (specifically Sally Hanson's). PLEASE DON'T DISCONTINUE.
I am a super big fan of Nad’s face wax. I love that you folks out the shield powder in the package now. I was previously living in Europe and had a brand of face wax that I loved and was sure I wouldn’t find another, but Nad’s has been so perfect and consistent quality every purchase.

I love Nad's premium cotton strips! They're thick and strong. They make wax process painless, easy, and fast. I don't get irritation from them like thinner wax strips. I wish they are available in the U.S since it's a lot of hassle to wash them.
Smells weird but it does the job! I loved using this on bigger areas like my legs and arms. I feel like I have more control on pulling. I did not like the fact that everything you need i.e wooden spatulas, after wax cloths, and the instructions are all inside the canister. So you do have to dig around and search for it. I like the concept of this, which makes it easier to do.
I recently tried your eyebrow wax strips and I’m in love! I have a wax set up at my house but it’s always a pain to set it all up for just a couple of strips. While at Ulta I was trying to find something that was quick and that’s where I first saw your product.Super easy to use and gets all the hair which for me is great as my hair is very thick and hard to get out at times. The powder that gets applied before the strip smelled so good! And the wipes were very handy for after clean up. I have been recommending your product to all of my girl friends and I will definitely be continuing to use your eyebrow strips!

I’ve owned your eyebrow kit and bigger kit for larger areas for a couple months now and have loveddd using them. I get the freedom to decide when exactly I want to wax and it’s so much less painful that going to a waxing salon! The eyebrow wand is also amazing for getting any tiny hairs that as a beginner I would have probably missed with a normal wax stick. I bought these wax strips, just to give them a try. I normally don’t use them at all, however I was surprised that it wasn’t that painful and they work really well. Overall super happy with my purchase and I’ll definitely be buying them again.

Hi! I just tried out the Nads facial waxing strips and they are awesome! I was hesitant to use waxing strips since I had a really severe allergic reaction to another brand but these don't affect me at all!
On my last shopping trip, the Health and Beauty section was out of NADS Eyebrow Shaper. I shrugged and got the NAIR version, thinking it would be the same, or close enough.
Boy was I wrong. The NAIR version isn't just messier to use, it doesn't remove all the hair in one go. Even with two applications, it didn't. I know you're not supposed to use facial waxing products more than once on the same area during one day, I had to. I went to other store, got the NADS eyebrow shaper and re-applied to the areas that the NAIR one didn't work. All hair removed with one go.
As long as your product is out there, that is the one I will be using.

I started using this product in 2014 when my first daughter was born and I became a stay at home Mum and couldn’t get to a professional salon to get my facial hair sorted. I was so impressed that I haven’t looked back since. I have fine facial hair with thin eyebrows and most professionals actually didn’t do it right. Either too thin or not neat enough. I started doing it myself with Nads eyebrow shaper and there is no other product which can match how well it works at removing hair. Even the tiny and thin ones come off.
Works well and smells great. I'll definitely buy this in the future :).

Hi Natalie. Just wanted to give you some feedback about your product Strawberries and cream wax dots. I used it for the first time and absolutely loved it! I’ve used other wax products, both yours and other brands. Because I wax myself I find the hot wax easiest to use, although I’ve had to use the strip wax also due to availability. The problem I’ve found lately Is that the wax has been getting sticky and messy when I used it. I’ve found this with a few of your products as well as the other brands I’ve used. It’s been very frustrating. Also, the smell has changed over time. I saw your strawberries and cream wax dots and thought I’d give it a go. When I opened it the smell was beautiful…not waxy at all! It melted exactly as per your instructions, which I have found is not always the case with wax. When I put it on my skin it was like applying cream, which felt really nice on my skin. But the best thing about it, and most importantly, was that it pulled the hairs out without any stinging or pain. Admittedly, not all the hairs came out first time but neither does the other waxes I’ve tried. The difference was when I reapplied to remove the other smaller hairs, the wax wasn’t sticky. There was no waxy residue left on my skin, which happens often. Even before I wiped with the aftercare wipes, my skin felt soft, not dry like it normally does when i wax. I hope you don’t change or discontinue this product because I really love it! Thanks for developing a great product. Hope you enjoy your day.

I've always been a waxing kinda gal. But unfortunately suffered from awful ingrown hairs on my legs below my knees. :( So after trying everything else, I bought this and religiously use it the day after waxing every time, and since using this I have had a whole lot less in-growns. I haven't had any bad reaction to it on my skin at all. So as long as you follow the instructions you should be fine with this. Its easy to use and the bottle I have has lasted me for ages! Great value for your buck!
I bought your product and it’s amazing I’m actually very impressed and I just wanted to say good job.
These waxing dots come in an adorable package and have a light sweet scent. It's easy to microwave the dots in the container and then use the included stick to apply the warm wax. The kit also comes with wax removal wipes, which always help me with clean up. Overall, the wax works well, though it is messier than wax strips. The finishing wipes help soothe and clean up the skin, for a nice smooth look.
So often we only take the time to provide feedback when we've purchased products or services that don't meet expectations. So I want to buck the trend & to say how impressed I am with the ECO Salon Wax. I've been a regular NADs user for many many years (after being a salon owner for 5 years) & I'm absolutely blown away with the quality & texture of this hard wax! Loved it, loved it, loved it! The exfoliating side was just rough enough to allow ingrowns to lift and then be easily removed. The first strip I used though I had trouble separating and tore it to shreds. Second one I rubbed for longer between my hands than usual allowing wax to be warm enough to separate the strips without tearing. The wax strip worked really well removing all hair in one go and not leaving much residue at all. I'll definitely be buying this awesome product in place of my usual brand.

Fun product. I'm not too big on waxing but having these waxing dots made it fun. They totally smell amazing and almost makes you want to eat the smell if you get what I mean. It has good directions and it's easy to use and it smell amazing. I totally recommend this to everyone.

I have used the skin shield today and found that it really assisted the removal of facial hair - I also found that the wax on the strip's seemed fresher - more moist. I am impressed - I found the skin shield helped my skin to recover - it worked well in combination with the wipes following removal - good to see that you’re so willing to develop your product ! i have the opinion that eyebrows are the most important feature on your face and this product is so much better then any salon I've been to. Would never let anyone touch my eyebrows every again, I'll be using this product all the time. It's just rips the unwanted hairs out seamlessly and with no pain. And the strips in the box are washable so once you use them you just wash them and use again. Holy grail product.

Amazing product with professional quality. I am amazed how great these Nad's Waxing Dots work. I simply melted it in microwave and it was ready to use. Comparing to other products it’s actually very convenient because it does not require special warmer and can be used at home. Also it didn’t even need special strips, just apply wax with spatulas and remove hair! I noticed that even short hairs were removed by the root. Calming oil coming in set and works great too. I’m very satisfied with this waxing dots and see same results as could be achieved in professional salon. Definitely recommend to try it!
Last year I used the facial wax strips also and loved it. So I introduced it to my husband and mother in law who now love this product as they have heaps of facial hair. Omg!!! I’ve been exploring different ways of removing leg hair and on a whim I bought the Nads sugar wax from the warehouse. Omg it’s amazing! I did a bit of a patchy job, so would love some tips, but as a whole 😍😍😍 In love with the sustainable strips! I just chucked them in the sink w hot water and they were good as new! Defs going to be using this from now on! Let me know if you have any tips for doing a less patchy job!!!
