Hi I absolutely love your product. I have so much eyebrow hair. I am 65 and I always used to have them done but then after a few bad experiences I started doing them myself. I would microwave the wax and it's hard to do without it dripping all over. I can see all the hair your product removes on the strip. I'm very happy and will recommend to all the women I know.

This is the only brand I use. Never have any issues. I am allergic to fragrance, chemicals and colorants, but this works for me. No redness, no rash, just smooth, hair free legs. I don't use the enclosed oil though.
The cotton strips were awesome they didn't leave debris stuck to your face or eyelashes like other strips do...Thanks again for such a wonderful product.

Hi! I’m a new customer who discovered you guys on Amazon. I was looking for an easy, not super messy sugar wax for my legs, and decided to try your product out. It’s the best I’ve tried so far! I’ve ever tried making my own with sugar, lemon juice, and water, and it didn’t quite work the same. My legs get really sensitive from shaving and I often get red, itchy bumps if I shave against the grain, but this has solved that issue for me. I just wanted you guys to know - maybe you could use that messaging in ads or something (just an idea since I’m sure there are others like me!). The one thing I was hoping to find is a refill product that’s just the wax — no cloths, soap, or sticks. I have too many of those things now, and I’m not going through them as fast as the wax, so it’s a bit wasteful, in my opinion. Just wanted to share the feedback and say thanks for making a great product.
I used the big wax strips for my arm hair, which is dark and a medium/dark color. They worked like a charm! Easy to use, and best of all…..they were quick! No warming or prep needed. Just applied the wax and then the hair came right off with the wax strip! Can’t wait to use these on my legs next!
I apply this after waxing (legs), usually about a week after waxing or when I can start to feel the hairs grow back, and I'll apply it for about a week or so. Normally when the hair starts to grow back, I have issues with it being all red/bumpy/ingrown hairs. There is a big difference in the amount of ingrown hairs I have when I use this product, I'd say more than a 50% difference - which I think is great. The bottle lasts for ages too. Anything that results in less annoying and painful ingrown hairs is a big favourite for me!
Works well and smells great. I'll definitely buy this in the future :).

I bought this to prevent ingrowns on my bikini line, and after applying after hair removal and for three or so days afterwards, I did not get one ingrown or any raised, red, itchy bumps like I usually would. It has soothing natural ingredients like aloe vera, is easily absorbed, and you only need a 10 cent piece worth of product applied to your bikini line so the bottle lasts a while. Great for my sensitive skin.

Hi, I have just recently bought a tub of strawberry and cream dots. I'm so excited because it's the best wax ( face) I have used so far. It's soft on my skin/face and chin. I can't wait to use it again. I was also wondering if there is any chance of buying bulk direct 1/2 - 1 kg of the dots? I plan to try on my underarms soon. Thanks again. I surprised how easy this was to use . At first I used the wax room temp after washing with the provided soap. It did remove some hair . But it worked at lot better after I warmed it up some as suggested because it is pretty thick . It was easy to apply . The best part is the strips are washable and reusable which saves money - trees . I only tired on my armpit hairs to start . I have issues with blackheads under my armpits and folliculitis so it is best for me to use this type of hair removal vs a raiser.
I usually use warm roll on wax that takes forty minutes to heat which can be a pain (especially if the cartridge runs out partway through!). I received these in my beautorium haul and I wanted to wax my legs before my upcoming holiday, so I thought I would try these as they were ready to use instantly. I had an issue with the first double sided strip as when I pulled it apart one strip only had wax on half of it – I think it hadn’t warmed it in my hands enough so I rubbed the next two strips more and they were fine. I found the strips were easy to use, and could be reapplied effectively many times. I used three double sided strips to do both my lower legs, and half of my upper leg. I found they were a bit hard to use on the back of my leg because you have to smooth them on 2-3 times to warm the wax and stick it down, and it just did not seem to work as well perhaps because it’s harder to reach and see (I find the back harder with any wax products not just these). I found these were a lot less messy than warm wax I usually use as there was no residue left behind anywhere – including on my legs or hands. They also worked well when going back over areas to pick up the remaining hairs as only the part of the strip that picks up the hair is used, and the rest remains ready for further use (unlike with warm wax where you have to reapply to the whole area which can be wasteful if its only to get a few more hairs). These strips do come with some wipes to use afterwards (which weren’t needed to remove any residue) that were soothing on the areas. The wipe was quite ‘wet’ and was plenty to use on my entire legs. I think these are very cost effective at $10 for a pack of 10 double sided strips, as that will last for around 3 sessions on the legs. I love the convenience of these and am considering swapping to these as my regular waxing product. I would definitely recommend trying these if you are after a convenient way to wax that will be virtually mess free, and easy on the wallet.
I am a super big fan of Nad’s face wax. I love that you folks out the shield powder in the package now. I was previously living in Europe and had a brand of face wax that I loved and was sure I wouldn’t find another, but Nad’s has been so perfect and consistent quality every purchase.
Wow what a great product, my legs have never been smoother. Easy no mess no fuss and a bargain as well. I will save a bundle now waxing my own legs.

When I saw Nads Brazilian & Bikini wax at our supermarket I was a little curious however I was also skeptical weighing up my previous experience whereby the wax didn't quite grab the coarse hair and it became a frustrating experience. I can honestly say you got the wax right!! You slayed it....it's perfect and I found it can be used on other parts of the body as well with the same results. Im very happy.
I love Nad's premium cotton strips! They're thick and strong. They make wax process painless, easy, and fast. I don't get irritation from them like thinner wax strips. I wish they are available in the U.S since it's a lot of hassle to wash them.
I have just tried Nads Sensitive Hair Removal Creme and it's fantastic.I'm 52 and have tried everything for the removal of hair. Having very sensitive skin, I am sensitive to most soaps, moisturizers, creams, lotions, and of course hair removals. I have even tried other Nads products but have also been sensitive to them, so I used a razor which I don't really like using. However, I decided to try Nads Sensitive Creme... it's brilliant. I am not in the least bit allergic to it and it does a fabulous job - I don't think I've ever been so surprised and so so so pleased with a product in a long time. Now I know what to buy and use forever. The days of red sensitive hair removal are over for me. Thanks Nadine for such a wonderful product.

They say this doesn’t hurt as bad but I think ripping the hair out of your skin always hurts no matter how you do it. So yes… to me… it hurt BUT the results were on point, totally worth the ouch!

This is the first time I've used any Nads product and I can say it did not disappoint. I used this for my bikini area and it was so simple to use and not painful (no more so than getting it done professionally) at all. The directions are excellent and easy to follow. I love that everything is reusable, and even after one use, still have a decent amount of wax left for next time. For some context, my bikini area is not very thick or coarse, so I really can not say how this would work on someone with thicker hair, and only speak from my experience. All I can say is I wish I found this sooner because I would have saved so much money doing it myself than going to a spa/salon. My grooming life has changed for the better from here on out.
I just wanted to write to tell you this is the best product I have ever used. I am 44 and have always had a little bit of facial hair in the mustache area and right under the middle of my bottom lip. I have used bleaching product which hide it for a bit. I have used other rub in your hand wax strips and melt your own wax. The wand by far is the easiest hair remover I have ever used. I just cleaned the area with the enclosed soap, which smells great. Then I applied the wax with the wand and used a cloth strip to remove the hair. Took me seconds and I am so happy woth the results. No long lasting burn like you just ripped your face off, no red bumps, and my skin is so soft. I love this! ❤️ A very happy customer.

I purchased Nad’s 100% Natural Sugar Wax Kit from amazon.This is the first time I have used a Nad’s product for waxing my legs and I am very impressed! It was a bit hard to spread the wax at first so I popped it in the microwave for a few seconds. I couldn't believe how pain-free it was. I loved how I could just wash off the remaining bits of wax with hot, soapy water so there was no mess. I will definitely use this again.
This is the first time I have ever used home wax strips. I am actually surprised how well these worked. They are not as painful as I thought they would be. They left my skin smooth and no iritation after.
I love how quickly I can get rid of hair without pain. I normally epilate my legs, and sometimes when I wait for too long and the hair grows longer, it gets painful to epilate. I love how these wax strip do the job in a minute without pain. They don’t leave a residue. I love the feeling of clean legs without struggling with pain and discomfort, or rash.
I just wanted to share positive feedback- I’m a repeat purchaser of this product. Nice soft fabric on the strips and the wax is a good consistency- doesn’t need to be too warmed and adheres well to hair!
So easy to use! Nad’s waxing kit is so easy to use! It comes with everything you need to get smooth soft skin at home! Waxing beads melt so well in provided container and comes with application sticks as well. I was so excited to use as soon as it came in that I waxed anywhere that had hair except my head lol. I was able to wax both legs, my arms, my eyebrows and my daughters legs with wax left over. I definitely recommend as this process was painless and I have no bumps or Irritation!

Hello, I hope all is well. I recently started using Nad’s facial wax strips and hair removal body butter. I just wanted to let you know that I absolutely love these products. These products remove all the hair needed as followed by the instructions and smell good as well. In the past I have used Nair and it has irritated my skin, but with Nad’s I am glad to say that I have been able to find a product that is safe to use on my skin.

It has been a while since I used a hair removal lotion and this worked great! The smell is much better than it use to be and I have high hopes for the hair staying gone for a minute!
I love the Original Gel. If you follow the instructions, there is 100% hair removal with little to no pain. Other than the effectiveness, my favorite part about the Gel is the ability to wash it off with water- meaning no sticky mess after. So far on week 3 with smooth hair-free skin! Highly recommend.

Nice. It helped clean up my eyebrows. I really like the wand applicator. It helps with precision such as small areas. It doesn't make a mess. The instructions that came with it, made it really easy to follow.

I found this little request for feedback note in the box…. I’m not normally one to give feedback either way. But I seen this in a box of the new charcoal strips and thought ‘yes I need to share’ THANK YOU! I have been using your product since I was a young girl (now 42) Recently I have had some issues with the strips… the paper tears, the wax sticks, they just weren’t working and unfortunately I switched to another product. While shopping I seen this ‘new charcoal’ strips product. As I am not one to simply give up I purchased these and I can tell you I’m over the moon!!!!!!! These are amazing! I would love to see them in more retail stores. Also, the calming wipes that you supply are not very good. They do not help my upper lips feel better after waxing. I have to use baby oil instead. I love your brand, I’m using your facial wax strips and it’s literally the best wax strips I ever tried, oh and I tried a lot of different brands, trust me! My skin is very sensitive and it happened to me before a lot of the times when I was waxing my lips and had a red lines after, that won’t go for about 2 days. But I never had this experience with your product, which why I love it!!! And the most important part to me is that Nads wax strips barely leave sticky lines after waxing. Even if it does I can easily remove it with some oil and it works perfect. So again thank you very much for your amazing products!!!

I have used the skin shield today and found that it really assisted the removal of facial hair - I also found that the wax on the strip's seemed fresher - more moist. I am impressed - I found the skin shield helped my skin to recover - it worked well in combination with the wipes following removal - good to see that you’re so willing to develop your product ! The product is very easy to use and after keeping it on for 4-5 minutes, it completely removed all traces of hair on my upper lip. Definitely will buy it again!

I used the nads natural warm wax and I was very impressed with the results. It made my legs smooth and it's very easy to get off. Doesn't make a mess either like most other waxes. Will definitely repurchase!
Hi Sue, I've just purchased the Eyebrow Wax Wand and saw your feedback card. I have been using this product for many years, even throughout my Beauty Therapy career, I have found this so easy and convenient without the hassle and the inconvenience of a messy wax pot. The only change I could suggest is cutting down the size of the pre wax cleansing wipes, as I only wax my eyebrows, and find the wipe is too large and wasted on a small area. I tear the cleansing wipe in half and keep the unused half for next time. Otherwise the wipes would be all used before I've used all of the wax in the wand. Other than that, I find your products amazing! Have a fabulous day!
Nad's has kindly sent me a replacement package after I was having some issues with their "Exfoliating Body Wax Strips" (which has been updated to Ultra Smoothing Exfoliating Wax Strips") and since they wanted to hear customers feedback I thought I might as well post it here :). I have used both products and the first difference is packing; they have incorporated more of the turquoise in the new packaging and the colour combination is beautiful! Another difference is the exfoliating scrub is only on one side in the updated version. Which I think is good for when you're warming up the wax because it stays in place when you're rubbing it and therefore less exfoliating on your hand haha. I've noticed that the scrub particles appear to be finer. Upside: smoother and less harsh on the skin, and fewer particles fall off leading to less mess :D. I don't know if the actual wax formula has changed but I definitely know the strips itself has changed. I was previously having trouble as sometimes the strips would rip. One time I had half the wax on one strip waxless (which I think was caused by the strip material not clinging on tight enough). I haven't had an issue with the updated product yet so fingers crossed that nothing does happen. One more thing I'll note is that they only provide 4 calming oil wipes per box and I just don't think that's enough for 20 strips :/ they also dry quick which is a bummer, I'm not a fan of the smell but they leave your skin feeling so soft and moisturised. I think they have really upped their game by making these changes and it's just so nice to know that they value their customers. I feel so greatly appreciated just talking to their customer service team.
