Nad's has kindly sent me a replacement package after I was having some issues with their "Exfoliating Body Wax Strips" (which has been updated to Ultra Smoothing Exfoliating Wax Strips") and since they wanted to hear customers feedback I thought I might as well post it here :). I have used both products and the first difference is packing; they have incorporated more of the turquoise in the new packaging and the colour combination is beautiful! Another difference is the exfoliating scrub is only on one side in the updated version. Which I think is good for when you're warming up the wax because it stays in place when you're rubbing it and therefore less exfoliating on your hand haha. I've noticed that the scrub particles appear to be finer. Upside: smoother and less harsh on the skin, and fewer particles fall off leading to less mess :D. I don't know if the actual wax formula has changed but I definitely know the strips itself has changed. I was previously having trouble as sometimes the strips would rip. One time I had half the wax on one strip waxless (which I think was caused by the strip material not clinging on tight enough). I haven't had an issue with the updated product yet so fingers crossed that nothing does happen. One more thing I'll note is that they only provide 4 calming oil wipes per box and I just don't think that's enough for 20 strips :/ they also dry quick which is a bummer, I'm not a fan of the smell but they leave your skin feeling so soft and moisturised. I think they have really upped their game by making these changes and it's just so nice to know that they value their customers. I feel so greatly appreciated just talking to their customer service team.
I use the Facial Wax Strip's.I have sensitive skin and have never has any bother with them ... and that says a lot ! I am almost 60 and having been taking medication for al.ost two years for hair loss. For some reason - medical tests showed nothing except menopause ...I had lost so much hair that you could see almost my whole scalp. The medication is The Hairy Pill, which you might have seen advertised on television recently.Well, I can tell you that it works as my hair is now quite thick again, long and healthy. The only pay off for me is one that I am actually fine with, (and could also be hormonal), and that is fine downy hair on the sides of my face. So I have just started my "Beauty Day" at home with hair removal. In the box was a sachet of Skin Shield Powder. I found this to be very good, and would like to know where it is available please! I live in Dysart, Queensland, which is a small town. I order most things online. Oh, I also use the wax strips on upper lip and chin area as well. Thank you Sue, for great products!

I can’t stress enough and recommend this product. This is the the best wax I ever wort with it makes it easy and even lighted my under arms. I use the waxing dots and they are so soft and is nice for sensitive skin. I love this soooo much.

I have used the skin shield today and found that it really assisted the removal of facial hair - I also found that the wax on the strip's seemed fresher - more moist. I prefer waxing over shaving because waxing lasts longer over time. And this products has shown great results. The instructions were very easy to follow and it didn't hurt. you just have to apply multiple applications to get all the hair removed.

Hello! I saw your card in the box of strips I got. Let me just tell you that as a PCOS woman, unwanted facial hair has been my problem since I was a teenager. I have always hated trying to tweeze everything, and the closer to the lip, the more painful it is. So waxing makes sense—sure it sucks, but all of it in 1-2 goes versus each hair? Yes! Of course I tried the sally hansen strips first, and used those for years. Man, those are just awful! So I tried Nads on a whim, and they are so much smoother, less painful and easier to use! For having to rip out hundreds of hairs from my face, I will say this is the best experience with it! I tell all of my PCOS friends about these. Maybe someday I will be able to afford laser hair removal. But these have my vote until that day comes.

I've said it before and it's worth repeating the Nads Nose Wax is the best thing ever. I've had manscapping discussions with my colleagues about how great it is and they're all using it now. My only issue is that they were a lot easier to find when I lived in Australia, a special trip to Boots is now required, my other minor niggle is that I'd happily pay for more applicators as I seem to run out of them far quicker than the wax. Still best product ever though

Amazing!!! I have been getting brazilian waxes for 10 + years, started getting sick of the bad service and waxes I was getting on sunshine coast. Hi Sue, I've just purchased the Eyebrow Wax Wand and saw your feedback card. I have been using this product for many years, even throughout my Beauty Therapy career, I have found this so easy and convenient without the hassle and the inconvenience of a messy wax pot. The only change I could suggest is cutting down the size of the pre wax cleansing wipes, as I only wax my eyebrows, and find the wipe is too large and wasted on a small area. I tear the cleansing wipe in half and keep the unused half for next time. Otherwise the wipes would be all used before I've used all of the wax in the wand. Other than that, I find your products amazing! Have a fabulous day!
I have never used wax strips before, it was always a razor. I am glad I tried this, it works great at keeping the hairs on my legs away longer then using a razor. Takes it right from the root, lasts alot longer.
I was very sceptical in buying this product. I received it today and tried it as soon as I could. The step process is clear to read and understand. I was scared to pull out the tube for fear of pain. I pulled in one swift motion (just as it says in the instructions) and it worked! I had NO pain, NO teary-eyes, and a hairless nose.
I just purchased the eyebrow waxing pen for about the 20th time! It is by far my favourite product that you offer as it is super easy to use, it makes it so easy to either touch up or fully redo your brows! You can also get the extra fabric waxing strips and reuse them and even cut them up for the extra wax left over after the first use. This product is wow! So quick and easy to use, you just need to apply and cover the area or parts that you wish to remove hair with this Hair Removal Body Butter then wait for 4 minutes and then wipe it of using cloth or paper towel and then rinse with water and then thats it!! Hair comes off easily and skin feels silky smooth.. What I dont like about this product is the smell.. It smells like hair perming product and it kinda way strong for me.

Just wanted to drop you an email to express my absolute joy at your facial strips! For years, I have used another brand and have noticed recently that they aren't working like they used to. Amazing product with professional quality. I am amazed how great these Nad's Waxing Dots work. I simply melted it in microwave and it was ready to use. Comparing to other products it’s actually very convenient because it does not require special warmer and can be used at home. Also it didn’t even need special strips, just apply wax with spatulas and remove hair! I noticed that even short hairs were removed by the root. Calming oil coming in set and works great too. I’m very satisfied with this waxing dots and see same results as could be achieved in professional salon. Definitely recommend to try it!
Mess Free. I feel that this precision wax wand could be just a little more precise. I think it works well at removing hair and it does clean up easily.
Fun product. I'm not too big on waxing but having these waxing dots made it fun. They totally smell amazing and almost makes you want to eat the smell if you get what I mean. It has good directions and it's easy to use and it smell amazing. I totally recommend this to everyone.
This wax was very easy to use. I used the wax on my legs and I was very happy with the results. The instructions were very easy to follow and it was only a little painful. The wax removed about 95% of the hair. I like how big the strips are and they you can wash them to use again. My legs were a little red after use but that went away shortly after.
Nad's Waxing Dots. I've never personally waxed anything before on me, but I was always willing to give it a try. When I found out about these, I was curious to see how it would go. I would say it was easy to do and worked well for me, plus I love the smell. The packaging is so neat as well.
All I have to say is WOW, I bought your wax for the first time today and I absolutely love it, now I dont know if it’s supposed to be strawberry scented or what but when I first opened the container the smell hit my face, and I kinda loved it. When it comes to the application, it was SO EASY, I threw out my old wax right away, I used my wax melter and it worked out just fine, it did not get too hot where it would burn my skin- which is my favorite part. It usually takes a lot for me to write reviews but this is so worth the time and money. I loved my first experience with this wax. For the most part it was painless, it even caught the tiny little hairs which impressed me even more. It was super easy to melt, I didn’t have to do much! Literally felt like salon quality wax. And I’m definitely reusing it as much as possible until I run out. Definitely going to keep repurchasing this!!

My skin is very sensitive and it happened to me before a lot of the times when I was waxing my lips and had a red lines after, that won’t go for about 2 days. But I never had this experience with your product, which why I love it!!! And the most important part to me is that Nads wax strips barely leave sticky lines after waxing. I have tried many other hair removal products before and they always leave behind a horrible smell. The smell of Nads was so much milder than any other product I’ve tried. Within a couple of minutes the hair I experienced was completely gone. I was so impressed as my hair was fairly thick! Hi Natalie. Just wanted to give you some feedback about your product Strawberries and cream wax dots. I used it for the first time and absolutely loved it! I’ve used other wax products, both yours and other brands. Because I wax myself I find the hot wax easiest to use, although I’ve had to use the strip wax also due to availability. The problem I’ve found lately Is that the wax has been getting sticky and messy when I used it. I’ve found this with a few of your products as well as the other brands I’ve used. It’s been very frustrating. Also, the smell has changed over time. I saw your strawberries and cream wax dots and thought I’d give it a go. When I opened it the smell was beautiful…not waxy at all! It melted exactly as per your instructions, which I have found is not always the case with wax. When I put it on my skin it was like applying cream, which felt really nice on my skin. But the best thing about it, and most importantly, was that it pulled the hairs out without any stinging or pain. Admittedly, not all the hairs came out first time but neither does the other waxes I’ve tried. The difference was when I reapplied to remove the other smaller hairs, the wax wasn’t sticky. There was no waxy residue left on my skin, which happens often. Even before I wiped with the aftercare wipes, my skin felt soft, not dry like it normally does when i wax. I hope you don’t change or discontinue this product because I really love it! Thanks for developing a great product. Hope you enjoy your day.
I love how quickly I can get rid of hair without pain. I normally epilate my legs, and sometimes when I wait for too long and the hair grows longer, it gets painful to epilate. I love how these wax strip do the job in a minute without pain. They don’t leave a residue. I love the feeling of clean legs without struggling with pain and discomfort, or rash.
I'm very happy with this wax strip kit! It's extremely convenient and easy to use. I love that you can use the strips immediately and don't have to worry about warming wax and all the mess that usually comes with it. This kit is perfect for travel and removes hair very effectively. After drying my legs, I noticed how hydrated and smooth they were. My legs were hair-free and smooth to touch. I was highly impressed! I used the nads natural warm wax and I was very impressed with the results. It made my legs smooth and it's very easy to get off. Doesn't make a mess either like most other waxes. Will definitely repurchase!
This is very easy to use. Just pop it in the microwave it, stir until all dots are melted and its ready to be used. I used this on my husband and worked nicely! It removed al good amount of hair in just one strip! He even said that it did not hurt as much as regular wax.

Sue, I was a Nair woman for years. My local store was out of stock of my usual nasty smelling hair remover cream, but they had Nads facial wax strips… so, I tried them. WOW !!! So much better !! Nads wax strips are convenient, easy to use, odorless and fast!! I’ll never go back to using Nair, it’s Nads from now on.
