I tried your sugar wax for the first time and it is just like the original recipe that we used growing up sometimes even making our own wax at home! I also love that you added the fabric strips instead of the disposable ones. They work sooo much better than the flimsy disposable ones. I like that this is a thick and good quality fabric.I hope you never have to compromise on the quality of your product or add fillers! Finally a perfect wax product accessible to us in the US! I saw your little note in the wax box I purchased and thought to myself 'I will email Nat and let her know what I think of this product. I used Nads Brazilian and Bikini on my lady private and decided to use it under my arms as well. This product is amazing, so easy to use and not messy. I love how easy it is to heat up in the microwave and spatula it on. When it dries (which is quickly) it separates from the skin without any issues. My skin afterwards is still soft and undamaged which is what we all definitely want. This is my 3rd box I have used and I will continue to use it. Thank you for such a great, superior product.
Thank you soooo much Natalie for making such a brilliantly designed, sustainable, and effective product. I’ve owned your eyebrow kit and bigger kit for larger areas for a couple months now and have loveddd using them. I get the freedom to decide when exactly I want to wax and it’s so much less painful that going to a waxing salon! The eyebrow wand is also amazing for getting any tiny hairs that as a beginner I would have probably missed with a normal wax stick. I've always been a waxing kinda gal. But unfortunately suffered from awful ingrown hairs on my legs below my knees. :( So after trying everything else, I bought this and religiously use it the day after waxing every time, and since using this I have had a whole lot less in-growns. I haven't had any bad reaction to it on my skin at all. So as long as you follow the instructions you should be fine with this. Its easy to use and the bottle I have has lasted me for ages! Great value for your buck!
Cute cotton candy waxing dots. I love how simple this kit makes it to wax at home. You don’t even need a separate warmer. You just put it in the microwave. This product didn’t aggravate my skin or make it dry.
I just want to let you know I've been using your product for at least a year now. They are really helpful for a busy mama like myself. sometimes I even use them quickly before applying makeup and running out the door. They are always very affective for me, and overall the strips seem safer for my skin. So thank you!
First time user of Nad's hair removal cream and I was very impressed with how efficient it is to apply and effect hair removal from my upper arms, shoulders and top of the chest. I intend to use it over more of my upper body and expect the same terrific results. It certainly beats waxing and shaving. Congrats for a great product.

Hello, I have used a popular brand for 10 years, but thought I would try yours, I was impressed from the start. Much cleaner, easier to use, less effects on the skin .I.e. scorching. Nice smell, easier clean up. I won't go back to other brand now. Well done 👏
Awesome product. I got the Nads precision eyebrow wax wand not knowing what to expect. I have tried many other products and wasn't sure if I would like it. It w was so actually very easy to use and worked well! I like that it comes with reusable straps and that it washs off with water if you get it on a spot you didn't mean to! My eyebrows turned out very nice!
All I have to say is WOW, I bought your wax for the first time today and I absolutely love it, now I dont know if it’s supposed to be strawberry scented or what but when I first opened the container the smell hit my face, and I kinda loved it. When it comes to the application, it was SO EASY, I threw out my old wax right away, I used my wax melter and it worked out just fine, it did not get too hot where it would burn my skin- which is my favorite part. It usually takes a lot for me to write reviews but this is so worth the time and money. I loved my first experience with this wax. For the most part it was painless, it even caught the tiny little hairs which impressed me even more. It was super easy to melt, I didn’t have to do much! Literally felt like salon quality wax. And I’m definitely reusing it as much as possible until I run out. Definitely going to keep repurchasing this!!
I'm very happy with this wax strip kit! It's extremely convenient and easy to use. I love that you can use the strips immediately and don't have to worry about warming wax and all the mess that usually comes with it. This kit is perfect for travel and removes hair very effectively. Hello! After years of using Sally Hansen wax strips and being disappointed for years, I spotted Nads facial strips this morning and decided to give it a try. Oh my-I am sold! First-using the powder is a life saver. I love that the strips are on a paper instead of plastic. Easy to warm up, and use again if needed. And of course the calming packet is essential to finishing up. I can even pull the strip myself. I’ve had to ask my husband because the pain of the other strips was too much.
I used to use waxaway wax strips but they left too much residue, when i started using nads wax strings they were perfect. While waxing you can smell the beautiful honey beeswax and after waxing your legs are surprisingly so smooth and the sweet smell lasts for the entire day. With my old product the wax wipes didn't help get rid of the residue, but the nads wipes help! I am able to wear cotton pants and still get no cotton stuck on my legs from the mess! Very effective and recommend.

This product was pretty average when compared to other waxing kits. The dots to melt the wax can take a little longer than it says on the container depending on what microwave you are using. This removed most to all the hair.
Just wanted to drop you an email to express my absolute joy at your facial strips! For years, I have used another brand and have noticed recently that they aren't working like they used to. I finally bit the bullet and changed to Nads. I remember way back when Sue first started on GMA etc. Admittedly, I was unsure but now, I am kicking myself that I waited so long. I have just finished waxing my eyebrows, upper lip and chin. Unlike the other product, I didn't have to repeat and there was little to no residue left on my skin. My skin now feels soft and smooth! I love your brand, I’m using your facial wax strips and it’s literally the best wax strips I ever tried, oh and I tried a lot of different brands, trust me! My skin is very sensitive and it happened to me before a lot of the times when I was waxing my lips and had a red lines after, that won’t go for about 2 days. But I never had this experience with your product, which why I love it!!! And the most important part to me is that Nads wax strips barely leave sticky lines after waxing. Even if it does I can easily remove it with some oil and it works perfect. So again thank you very much for your amazing products!!!
I bought these wax strips, just to give them a try. I normally don’t use them at all, however I was surprised that it wasn’t that painful and they work really well. Overall super happy with my purchase and I’ll definitely be buying them again.
OMG! I have been waxing my eyebrows and womanstache forever...but I've been doing it with a wax melting pot and beads. Soooo consequently I don't do it quite as often as I should because well, life. This is amazing! It's in its own dispensing tube and goes on crazy fast! Results are as great as with my older meyjis but for these smaller areas I can do it so quickly that I'm never caught with bushy brows!
I have the one that I have but I am planning to buy more it's a great product I recommend it for anyone who doesn't like shaving

Nad's has kindly sent me a replacement package after I was having some issues with their "Exfoliating Body Wax Strips" (which has been updated to Ultra Smoothing Exfoliating Wax Strips") and since they wanted to hear customers feedback I thought I might as well post it here :). I have used both products and the first difference is packing; they have incorporated more of the turquoise in the new packaging and the colour combination is beautiful! Another difference is the exfoliating scrub is only on one side in the updated version. Which I think is good for when you're warming up the wax because it stays in place when you're rubbing it and therefore less exfoliating on your hand haha. I've noticed that the scrub particles appear to be finer. Upside: smoother and less harsh on the skin, and fewer particles fall off leading to less mess :D. I don't know if the actual wax formula has changed but I definitely know the strips itself has changed. I was previously having trouble as sometimes the strips would rip. One time I had half the wax on one strip waxless (which I think was caused by the strip material not clinging on tight enough). I haven't had an issue with the updated product yet so fingers crossed that nothing does happen. One more thing I'll note is that they only provide 4 calming oil wipes per box and I just don't think that's enough for 20 strips :/ they also dry quick which is a bummer, I'm not a fan of the smell but they leave your skin feeling so soft and moisturised. I think they have really upped their game by making these changes and it's just so nice to know that they value their customers. I feel so greatly appreciated just talking to their customer service team.
Wow what a great product, my legs have never been smoother. Easy no mess no fuss and a bargain as well. I will save a bundle now waxing my own legs.

I was so shocked at the results. I used it to take care of my "winter legs". It went on easily and tingled and removed most of hair. It though left my legs a little itchy for a bit especially in more sensitive areas. Just make sure you watch the time.
Hi Nat, Just replying to your request for feedback. I purchased your facial (upper lip) hair removal kit instead of the Sally Hansen I've been using. Yours was much easier to use and did a better job too. With Sally Hansen, separating the wax strips was always challenging and sometimes defeating. Separating yours was easy which is greatly appreciated. The hair removal was also better than the Sally Hansen. Thank you.
This wax was very easy to use. I used the wax on my legs and I was very happy with the results. The instructions were very easy to follow and it was only a little painful. The wax removed about 95% of the hair. I like how big the strips are and they you can wash them to use again. My legs were a little red after use but that went away shortly after.
I have tried many other hair removal products before and they always leave behind a horrible smell. The smell of Nads was so much milder than any other product I’ve tried. Within a couple of minutes the hair I experienced was completely gone. I was so impressed as my hair was fairly thick! I am so thankful that I found this product and it’s so easy to use and affordable!
Omg!!! I’ve been exploring different ways of removing leg hair and on a whim I bought the Nads sugar wax from the warehouse. Omg it’s amazing! I did a bit of a patchy job, so would love some tips, but as a whole 😍😍😍 In love with the sustainable strips! I just chucked them in the sink w hot water and they were good as new! Defs going to be using this from now on! Let me know if you have any tips for doing a less patchy job!!!

Hello, I hope all is well. I recently started using Nad’s facial wax strips and hair removal body butter. I just wanted to let you know that I absolutely love these products. These products remove all the hair needed as followed by the instructions and smell good as well. In the past I have used Nair and it has irritated my skin, but with Nad’s I am glad to say that I have been able to find a product that is safe to use on my skin.
These wax steps are by far the easiest wax strips I have ever used. Unlike other wax straps, these are painless and easy to use. I definitely recommend this product over any other wax strips.
I wear glasses and most of the time I have to take them off to wax my brows. It’s difficult and time consuming having to put my glasses on and off, over and over to make sure I’ve got the other waxing strips correct. With the eyebrow wand, I’m able to put the wax on without my glasses and then apply the strip and be done! Almost all the stores in my town have stopped carrying this. So please do not discontinue this product! It is a lifesaver (and brow saver!).
As a student beauty therapist it's hard to find a wax that works well with you for a painless smooth finish but I have used the strips and the hot wax many amount of times and I absolutely love it !
This hair removal cream really works well! I've tried many over the years, and this is the first that I'd buy again. It smoothes on nicely, and wipes off the hair easily. Does not bother my skin like others have. I 100% recommend it!
i have such sensitive skin and can't wax without it becoming so red and swollen but these strips are a god sent! Super easy to use and they work a treat leaving no hair behind! It's a beautiful pink with a lovely scent. One of the greatest things as well is you're not paying a fortune for freshly waxed areas! Would definitely recommend to everyone!

First experience with doing my own waxing and it was very easy!!! Instructions easy to follow and soothing oil was great for afterwards. Loved it, loved it, loved it! The exfoliating side was just rough enough to allow ingrowns to lift and then be easily removed. The first strip I used though I had trouble separating and tore it to shreds. Second one I rubbed for longer between my hands than usual allowing wax to be warm enough to separate the strips without tearing. The wax strip worked really well removing all hair in one go and not leaving much residue at all. I'll definitely be buying this awesome product in place of my usual brand.

Well I want I tell you I love my nads.i be been using this product for 20 plus years. The hair on my legs and underarms is so soft.. I swear by this product. It’s funny because there was this hairdresser in Utah the only one in the world that I have found that did Nose hair removal from wax and did it right. Hi! I’m a new customer who discovered you guys on Amazon. I was looking for an easy, not super messy sugar wax for my legs, and decided to try your product out. It’s the best I’ve tried so far! I’ve ever tried making my own with sugar, lemon juice, and water, and it didn’t quite work the same. My legs get really sensitive from shaving and I often get red, itchy bumps if I shave against the grain, but this has solved that issue for me. I just wanted you guys to know - maybe you could use that messaging in ads or something (just an idea since I’m sure there are others like me!). The one thing I was hoping to find is a refill product that’s just the wax — no cloths, soap, or sticks. I have too many of those things now, and I’m not going through them as fast as the wax, so it’s a bit wasteful, in my opinion. Just wanted to share the feedback and say thanks for making a great product.
The cotton strips were awesome they didn't leave debris stuck to your face or eyelashes like other strips do...Thanks again for such a wonderful product.
I’m a very very loyal customer to your products, i was devastated to not find the Sensitive face wax I had been using for years not on the shelf anymore. I honestly felt like someone had taken my best friend away from me over night. I started shaving thinking WHAT! am I going to do. Then I googled Nads new products and found Strawberry and Cream beads, which said it could be used on the face. Which is my problem area. OMGGGG!!! what can I say! the instant yummy smell of the beads, that makes me think OMG I’m in heaven. Instantly took me to a happy place. Then the wax itself smooth, creamy looked to gorgeous to be wax. I was soooo happy with my results, instant removal, generous amount of beads to me my face at least 2 more times.
