Hi Natalie, I used your Nad’s Facial wax strips this morning and I love them. I’ve used 2 other, Nair and Sally Hansen, and neither compared to yours! I was amazed at how easy they are to use and how the strips removed all the hair with ease. Also, there was hardly any wax residue left on my face. Hey Nads Team. I love your sugar wax product. 100% - best home wax product on the shelves. It is so empowering to be able to look after myself without spending millions of dollars at a beauty spa. I found this little request for feedback note in the box…. I’m not normally one to give feedback either way. But I seen this in a box of the new charcoal strips and thought ‘yes I need to share’ THANK YOU! I have been using your product since I was a young girl (now 42) Recently I have had some issues with the strips… the paper tears, the wax sticks, they just weren’t working and unfortunately I switched to another product. While shopping I seen this ‘new charcoal’ strips product. As I am not one to simply give up I purchased these and I can tell you I’m over the moon!!!!!!! These are amazing! Please don’t stop producing them! I’m now back to being a loyal Nads customer ☺️☺️☺️ Kind regards
I love the fact that this wax is made from sugar which makes it so easy to remove any left over wax on your skin without any residue. I fins that traditional wax works maybe little bit better to get all the hair out, but I do hate getting rid of all the waxy residue that this is definitely a game changer for me!
Dear Sue, Firstly, I have been using your Brazilian and bikini wax for probably about 12 years. I have always found it pretty easy and always got a good result. I recently purchased a brand-new tub and last night decided to some some waxing. I opened the box to discover a new applicator which I was excited about. Then I was even more excited to see the formula for the wax had also changed. I absolutely loved it!!! It was easier, softer, more effective, quicker and stayed melted the whole time! Pretty over all happy. This stuff is pretty cool, easy to make a mess which is kinda a pain to clean up but otherwise it definitely does it’s job. Not a huge fan of the smell but it didn’t make me break out or anything which is a plus.

I have used microwave wax before and it becomes super messy and this one is no different. I guess I need to have proper practice before I find it not messy. It comes in plastic jar that looks super cute along with wipes and applicator sticks. It's was to warm this in microwave and does melt as per timelines mentioned in instructions. I use it only on small areas like upper lips and eyebrows and sit worked fine so far without any adverse reactions. The wipes are good to remove stickiness after use. I still have to practice before I start using it on larger areas and underarms. I am liking the results so far and I would recommend it to people who are used to these type of waxing products.
Cute cotton candy waxing dots. I love how simple this kit makes it to wax at home. You don’t even need a separate warmer. You just put it in the microwave. This product didn’t aggravate my skin or make it dry.
This wax although takes a bit more time to use does remove hair efficiently. I do heat it for a short time in the microwave and this allows for a thin and even application. I like that i can wash and reuse the strips and get a good amount of use from each strip. I am not great at waxing my own legs, i think i tend to break the hair rather than remove it, but this product does grip the hair very well and that helps in pulling the hair out rather than breaking it. I also use this on my upper/lower lips, to remove the fine blonde hairs and unlike some other waxes it does a good job and removes pretty much everything in one or two goes.
I use Nad's Hair Removal Gel and It is the best DIY hear removal method I have ever used. I no longer have to go into a salon and fork out $50 or more to get unwanted hair removed. I can now do it at home for next to nothing, I discovered that if I heat up the gel just a little it is even more effective. Awesome product, would recommend to anyone!

I have really sensitive skin on my legs but unlike other brands of wax strips, Nad's caused no irritation and left my legs feeling soft and smooth. The instructions were easy to follow making the strips quick and easy to apply. The wax strips removed all the hair easily and painless without leaving my skin feeling tacky like other brands have. The post wax oil smells great and makes the skin feel even smoother.
I live on the Nthn Beaches for over 60 yrs. As a young teen, I used to watch my mother pluck hair from her chin and thought "I will never want to do that!". Alas I have spent decades plucking, especially after giving birth to 4 children, the hormones played havoc with aweful stubble on my chin, and above the top lip... ugghh. Purchased nads precision eyebrow wax wand and delighted with product I have tried various things but this is by far the best ,very easy to use which is brilliant as I have trouble with my hands and excellent results took every hair away instantly very painless will definitely recommend this product and purchase again.

I had never waxed before using this product, and I am now a fan!! These strips are pretty easy to use and surprisingly quick. The results last longer than shaving, so it’s worth the time. Varying strip sizes allow you to wax multiple areas. My favorite thing about this product is that it’s more eco friendly than other similar products on the market. Downside: it’s pretty uncomfortable; however, if you’re someone who already does waxing it probably won’t be that big of a deal for you. I have pretty sensitive skin and although the waxing was uncomfortable, I didn’t have any type of reaction to the waxing strips. I’ll continue using these.
Omg!!! I’ve been exploring different ways of removing leg hair and on a whim I bought the Nads sugar wax from the warehouse. Omg it’s amazing! I did a bit of a patchy job, so would love some tips, but as a whole 😍😍😍 In love with the sustainable strips! I just chucked them in the sink w hot water and they were good as new! Defs going to be using this from now on! Let me know if you have any tips for doing a less patchy job!!!
I use the Facial Wax Strip's.I have sensitive skin and have never has any bother with them ... and that says a lot ! I am almost 60 and having been taking medication for al.ost two years for hair loss. For some reason - medical tests showed nothing except menopause ...I had lost so much hair that you could see almost my whole scalp. The medication is The Hairy Pill, which you might have seen advertised on television recently.Well, I can tell you that it works as my hair is now quite thick again, long and healthy. The only pay off for me is one that I am actually fine with, (and could also be hormonal), and that is fine downy hair on the sides of my face. So I have just started my "Beauty Day" at home with hair removal. In the box was a sachet of Skin Shield Powder. I found this to be very good, and would like to know where it is available please! I live in Dysart, Queensland, which is a small town. I order most things online. Oh, I also use the wax strips on upper lip and chin area as well. Thank you Sue, for great products!
The product is very easy to use and after keeping it on for 4-5 minutes, it completely removed all traces of hair on my upper lip. Definitely will buy it again!
Best wax ever! It doesn’t stick on the skin or on surfaces,easy to clean , no need to heat it up every 2 minutes, doesn’t hurt as much as the other ones. Please don’t discontinue the sugar wax. I LOVE IT

I am writing an email about the charcoal wax strips. I bought a pack last week and was sceptical to buy. But I have used them and I love it, it doesn’t leave a sticky residue like other wax strips and easily removes from skin. I like the hint added about re using a wax strip which has saved me a lot. 2nd time using. Easy, safe, fast WHAT A GREAT SOLUTION, INEXPENSIVE FOR nose hair removal. Watch the video on it, i think it's youtube. I wish I could get it locally, I looked everywhere it's not at Walgreens, Walmart or Jewel so I think I ordered on Walmart or Amazon. it's inexpensive and you get enuff wax for at least 5 times -really, really good.
I was extremely impressed by the body wax strips! I didn't have time to go to the beauty supply store to get my normal strips that I use with my pot wax at home, so I grabbed these and thought I would try them. Having never used them before, I didn't expect much, but after using them, I was seriously impressed by how easy, painless and effective this product was. I was able to do my underarms, full legs, Brazilian, and forearms with strips left over. I will definitely purchase this product again!

Wanted to give my review on the strawberries and cream waxing dots!! It’s so cute and smells amazing, which isn’t something I’m used to with wax beads lol. Worked amazing which also isn’t something I’m used to. It really works well and everything included was super helpful! I almost never used the wipes that come in wax kits but the wipes that came with this were absolutely amazing and soso soothing. Will be repurchasing:)
Hi Nat, Just replying to your request for feedback. I purchased your facial (upper lip) hair removal kit instead of the Sally Hansen I've been using. Yours was much easier to use and did a better job too. With Sally Hansen, separating the wax strips was always challenging and sometimes defeating. Separating yours was easy which is greatly appreciated. The hair removal was also better than the Sally Hansen. Thank you.

Sue, I was a Nair woman for years. My local store was out of stock of my usual nasty smelling hair remover cream, but they had Nads facial wax strips… so, I tried them. WOW !!! So much better !! Nads wax strips are convenient, easy to use, odorless and fast!! I’ll never go back to using Nair, it’s Nads from now on.
Purchased Nad's Brazilian and Bikini Wax from Ulta after doing my due dilgence online. This product is amazing! Being biracial with very course hair, I must admit I was skeptical - No problem!!! Followed the instructions to the "T". Easy to apply and remove. Would highly recommend this product to anyone who does not want to spend $35 each time at a salon for a bikini wax.
I used the nad hair removal body butter let's just say I'm in love with nad hair removal it's did what I need the body butter to do I'm picky on what goes on my body an in I really was impressed and the aftermath did my body some good.

I've said it before and it's worth repeating the Nads Nose Wax is the best thing ever. I've had manscapping discussions with my colleagues about how great it is and they're all using it now. My only issue is that they were a lot easier to find when I lived in Australia, a special trip to Boots is now required, my other minor niggle is that I'd happily pay for more applicators as I seem to run out of them far quicker than the wax. Still best product ever though

Woke up this morning and thought today's the day to do my eyebrows myself, I bought your product 2 weeks ago and been meaning to do it but as silly as it sounds I was scared of the what "ifs" what if I mess up, to messy, etc.. so I did it read the directions (simple and easy), no mess and LOVED IT! 10/10 BEST wax strips around!! All the other brands, and I’ve tried ALL of them, would just peel off like gum from your shoe. These babies? Heck no. I don’t know what you’re doing but keep doing it!!! I waxed my upper lip and used the bonus skin shield powder which was amazing & the! removed the residue the wax always leaves behind with the post wax calming oil wipe. There was actually enough oil on the wipe to get the residue off!! I got these from Kroger here in Laurel MS. I will never use another brand ever again!!

I’ve owned your eyebrow kit and bigger kit for larger areas for a couple months now and have loveddd using them. I get the freedom to decide when exactly I want to wax and it’s so much less painful that going to a waxing salon! The eyebrow wand is also amazing for getting any tiny hairs that as a beginner I would have probably missed with a normal wax stick. Thanks for looking out for the girls with this one, definitely recommending it to all my friends who want to try something so much better than shaving!
I had high hopes for the Nad’s Eco Wax Strip Kit, and this kit delivered for the most part. This waxing kit could not be more simple to use. The kit comes with several different sized strips and heating up the wax takes minimal effort. There is no harsh smell and very little residue left behind, which comes right off with a little oil. These strips are great at removing fine hair (arms, face), but on areas with more coarse hair(bikini, underarms) these don’t deliver as well as I had hoped. One of the things I liked most was that the wax is very gentle and non-irritating. Overall, I am happy with the the performance of this wax kit and would recommend it for those areas that don’t have coarse hair.

I love this product!! I never review products, but this is a product I don't want disappearing because people don't know about it. I bought it today for the first time and did my brows this evening. It was so easy. I can't tell you how many products I've tried without ever having this kind of success. It didn't hurt. It wasn't frustrating. It turned out great. I won't use another product again. This is now my go to.
It does work, I will say that. But unfortunately the smell is too strong and overpowering for me. I have a very sensitive nose. I used it on my legs and it did remove the hair. I think I would rather shave my legs. If you can handle the smell for 5 minutes then this would be good for you.
I saw your little note in the wax box I purchased and thought to myself 'I will email Nat and let her know what I think of this product. I used Nads Brazilian and Bikini on my lady private and decided to use it under my arms as well. This product is amazing, so easy to use and not messy. I love how easy it is to heat up in the microwave and spatula it on. When it dries (which is quickly) it separates from the skin without any issues. My skin afterwards is still soft and undamaged which is what we all definitely want. This is my 3rd box I have used and I will continue to use it. Thank you for such a great, superior product.
