I have used the skin shield today and found that it really assisted the removal of facial hair - I also found that the wax on the strip's seemed fresher - more moist. I am impressed - I found the skin shield helped my skin to recover - it worked well in combination with the wipes following removal - good to see that you’re so willing to develop your product ! Greetings, I do not normally reach out regarding products I use, but I feel compelled to say thank you for the Nads facial wax strips!! I have always used Sally Hansen product and have never loved it. Those strips are sticky and often don’t do a great job while leaving a big mess. But they are the only thing I ever saw at big box retailer. Yesterday I shopped at Market District grocery store. Your brand was the only one they carried so I decided to try. Your product is FAR superior to the competition. I often need to wax my lip at a “certain time of the month”…I must say, your strips are easy and really work! I noticed you have strips specifically for eyebrows and I have decided I will return to store to purchase those as well! So glad I discovered your product…even if it took me 50 years.
I LOVE my exfoliating wax strips! My skin has never been smoother and I've never had fewer ingrown hairs with any other product!! I use the exfoliating strips with another Nad's product, the Ingrow Solution and I just use a tiny amount on the area after I wax just to be safe!! No ingrown hairs to report as of yet!!
Easy to use. This was like a spa in a tiny little box. The soap was a delightful lavender scent. The wax wand was easy to use and not messy. I didn't have great results with hair removal on my upper lip but my eyebrow hair was longer and easier to remove. I was really scared that this would be painful - it was not.
This product is a dream come true! I've tried others with limited success. The wand is fabulous! So easy!

Hi, I just wanted to write to you to let you know how happy I am with your new Nads Hot Wax, I’ve been using this for many years, at least 7 years and I haven’t been able to get hold of it for a while but recently bought some and noticed the packaging was slightly different, it takes less time to warm up. It’s smells so much better. It’s easier to use with the wider spatula, taking me half the time to complete my wax. It’s not as sticky. It goes on and comes off easier. I was happy with it before but NOW I’m so so happy with it and the results I actually look forward to my next waxing session. Thank you. A very very satisfied customer.
I didn't know what to expect when I received this product but I was pleasantly surprised by the simplicity and ease of it. It smells really sweet and not too chemical like and works great. Doesn't leave any residue or skin damage.
Hi Natalie Just feeding back that I loved the experience and results of using your Natural Sugar Wax. I have since introduced my daughter to it who feels the same way. The prewash soap is a lovely touch. The application process was so easy and more comfortable than the many other sugar wax products I've used which require heating. My skin felt soft afterwards and the results have been longer lasting. Thanks for developing a great product. You certainly have a loyal customer here.
I just wanted to share positive feedback- I’m a repeat purchaser of this product. Nice soft fabric on the strips and the wax is a good consistency- doesn’t need to be too warmed and adheres well to hair!
It does work, I will say that. But unfortunately the smell is too strong and overpowering for me. I have a very sensitive nose. I used it on my legs and it did remove the hair. I think I would rather shave my legs. If you can handle the smell for 5 minutes then this would be good for you.
On my last shopping trip, the Health and Beauty section was out of NADS Eyebrow Shaper. I shrugged and got the NAIR version, thinking it would be the same, or close enough.
Boy was I wrong. The NAIR version isn't just messier to use, it doesn't remove all the hair in one go. Even with two applications, it didn't. I know you're not supposed to use facial waxing products more than once on the same area during one day, I had to. I went to other store, got the NADS eyebrow shaper and re-applied to the areas that the NAIR one didn't work. All hair removed with one go.
As long as your product is out there, that is the one I will be using.

Nad's Eco Wax Strip Kit Is very effective eliminating unwanted hair in different parts of my body. This product is very easy to use not messy at all. My skin is very sensitive and I didn’t notice any kind of irritation or bad reaction when using this product.When I use this wax strips my skin feels smooth, soft and rejuvenated.
Great idea. I like the Natural Precision Eyebrow Wax Wand. It’s easy to use. It does take a few tries to get the hair off though.

I've been using Nads since I was a teenager. I'm now almost 30 and still love the product! This is the ONLY wax that has never made me break out and itch! I couldn't find the product in Tennessee, once I moved I found it again and was so excited! Thank you for such a wonderful product!
Hi Nat, Just replying to your request for feedback. I purchased your facial (upper lip) hair removal kit instead of the Sally Hansen I've been using. Yours was much easier to use and did a better job too. With Sally Hansen, separating the wax strips was always challenging and sometimes defeating. Separating yours was easy which is greatly appreciated. The hair removal was also better than the Sally Hansen. Thank you.

The Nad’s Sensitive Hair Removal Cream is so easy to use, you just cannot go wrong with this product! I applied the Hair Removal Cream to my legs for my first test, and my legs have honestly never felt so smooth and hair-free! It actually removed even the smallest stubble that usual shaving would leave. Whether it was legs, underarms or bikini line, this product works so amazingly, and I absolutely recommend giving it a go.

I've used this product for 10 years. It's the only eyebrow wax I'll ever use. It gives perfect shaped eyebrows every time. One pack costs the same amount as going and getting your eyebrows done and you would get 8-10 applications out of it.
I love how this product works, it’s so easy and not painful at all. At first I was scared to pull the wax from my nose but once I did it captured all my ugly nose hair.

I've said it before and it's worth repeating the Nads Nose Wax is the best thing ever. I've had manscapping discussions with my colleagues about how great it is and they're all using it now. My only issue is that they were a lot easier to find when I lived in Australia, a special trip to Boots is now required, my other minor niggle is that I'd happily pay for more applicators as I seem to run out of them far quicker than the wax. Still best product ever though

I have to say, I am a woman who has been in the “waxing game” ever since 5th grade with my thick, dark, black hair. I have had a journey of hatred, frustration, jealousy, kindness and acceptance with my body hair. With all of the hair removal products out there, it can be difficult to find an inexpensive but reliable product. I have tried so many products for wax strips, microwaveable wax, bleach etc. and I have to say truly and honestly that not only is Nads the product that works the best, but that green wax is the most painless and best quality I have found for over the counter waxing strips. Your waxing strip are better quality which means more success with less strips and rips which makes a less painful experience and a happier customer. Good morning, I have purchased a new box of Nads facial wax strips for myself. And I was excited about it that I was going to be doing my own waxing. Because I have spent so much money threading and waxing and tweezing my own face. To control the hair that keeps growing on my face. Because I have hirsutism I got this after I had my youngest. And it started getting out of control and I really never the money to keep the hair off. But now that I have seen how AWESOME the facial strips work a lot better. Than when I was purchasing to get my face waxed. My face is feeling so much better than better.
Hello Sue and NADS, I have just opened my 2nd box of “NADS Facial Wax Strips” ( which is where I found your little note to be able to send this email to you) and am delighted to tell you how pleased I am with such a great product.The strips are so easy to separate. (as opposed to the brand I’d previously used which were so very difficult, if nigh on impossible to separate.)The wax is more than sufficient to do its job. The wipes are soothing. I shall continue to use NADS for my facial waxing & shall extol the great product to my lady friends.
After drying my legs, I noticed how hydrated and smooth they were. My legs were hair-free and smooth to touch. I was highly impressed! The results also lasted longer compared to other methods such as shaving. This product saves me time as I only have to do it once a week. Overall I feel more confident and sexy when I use this product. Nothing beats the feeling of silky smooth legs.

I use your facial wax strips and have used them for several years and I think they are great. I accidentally bought a different brand once and they were nowhere near as good as yours. As long as you make them I will continue to use them.
First time using the facial wax strips for my upper lip & it was so easy to do! Virtually pain free, just a little redness, but it went away within a few minutes! Should have tried this earlier!

Good product. I have never used something like this before, so I was a bit hesitant to try it. Turns out, it is pretty easy to use, and it works very well at removing the hairs from my legs.

I was cautious about using wax, I'm so used to shaving. I had to read the instructions a few times but everything made sense. Nothing was weird smelling or irritating so I'm happy.
Love. Took a few tries but, once I had some practice, it worked great at removing my super-fine brow hair. The pen allows me to be precise when applying and the whole process is simple and fast.
This Nad's Hair Removal Body Butter worked great for me. It was easy to use and gentle. My legs were very soft and smooth after. The scent is very strong.
I recently tried your eyebrow wax strips and I’m in love! I have a wax set up at my house but it’s always a pain to set it all up for just a couple of strips. While at Ulta I was trying to find something that was quick and that’s where I first saw your product.Super easy to use and gets all the hair which for me is great as my hair is very thick and hard to get out at times. The powder that gets applied before the strip smelled so good! And the wipes were very handy for after clean up. I have been recommending your product to all of my girl friends and I will definitely be continuing to use your eyebrow strips!
I have never used wax strips before, it was always a razor. I am glad I tried this, it works great at keeping the hairs on my legs away longer then using a razor. Takes it right from the root, lasts alot longer.
Hello, I hope all is well. I recently started using Nad’s facial wax strips and hair removal body butter. I just wanted to let you know that I absolutely love these products. These products remove all the hair needed as followed by the instructions and smell good as well. In the past I have used Nair and it has irritated my skin, but with Nad’s I am glad to say that I have been able to find a product that is safe to use on my skin.
At first I was not sure if it will work at home. When I tried for the first time, I fell in love with this product. I use it were ever I can. It gives me better quality from a beauty salon, right at home in my own comfort.
This product works very well. I used it above the lip and for the bikini area. Saves so much money on waxing and very easy to use.
