I have had some at home waxing disasters. Sticky messes. BUT this was not a disaster. If you mess up with this simply use one of the cleaning wipes they give you. It takes it right off! The wax itself is great, it took the hair mostly off without being a mess. I did between my brows, above my brows, and upper lip. I couldn’t do below the eyebrow due to thickness of tip and strips. It did miss on all of the above some small hairs but it still made my job much easier. I do think this is a one sitting product for me given the small amount of wax and strips. I do wish there were more strips and perhaps skinnier ones (but i could get those separately or cut them myself I know).
Hi Sue! I don’t usually do reviews/feedback but I had to for this. Wow! Just wow!! The Nads Natural Sugar Wax is amazing. Easy to use and great for sensitive skin. I usually suffer from pimples instantly after waxing but not with this product. Will definitely continue to use it and recommend it to friends/family.
I have tried many other hair removal products before and they always leave behind a horrible smell. The smell of Nads was so much milder than any other product I’ve tried. Within a couple of minutes the hair I experienced was completely gone. I was so impressed as my hair was fairly thick! Hi! I wanted to give you feedback on the Nads Strawberries & Cream Waxing Dots. I’ve never used Nads before, but had known about the product since I was a kid. I’d been going to the salon to get my legs, underarms and bikini area waxed and had been paying a fortune. I decided I would try my hand at waxing myself at home. I had been using Sally Hansen wax, which was always such a mess so I took a chance and bought Nads last night…I used it this morning and successfully waxed all my desired areas all within about an hour. Nads was virtually painless and easy to control. There was no major cleanup either! I love that I didn’t need wax strips to remove anything as well. I will definitely be buying Nads again! Thank you!

Easy to use. This product is great and it’s not just for brows! As a suffer of POCS I deal with the embarrassment of facial hair daily. The pen is perfect for brows because of its shape. You can easily apply to the areas you need waxed. I also have used for my chin and upper lip with good results.

I've always been a waxing kinda gal. But unfortunately suffered from awful ingrown hairs on my legs below my knees. :( So after trying everything else, I bought this and religiously use it the day after waxing every time, and since using this I have had a whole lot less in-growns. I haven't had any bad reaction to it on my skin at all. So as long as you follow the instructions you should be fine with this. Its easy to use and the bottle I have has lasted me for ages! Great value for your buck!
I just recently bought the Nad's eyebrow shaper since all the reviews on YouTube and here were so positive and great which meant I had to try it! I had high expectations for it and wen I used it for the first time I was quite impressed! Wow this product works wonders and doesn't cost a lot if you compare it to getting your eyebrows waxed at a salon. It is great for it's price and the tutorials are amazing! Great product and I'm sure all of Nad's other products would impress me the same!
Hi Natalie Just feeding back that I loved the experience and results of using your Natural Sugar Wax. I have since introduced my daughter to it who feels the same way. The prewash soap is a lovely touch. The application process was so easy and more comfortable than the many other sugar wax products I've used which require heating. I was very sceptical in buying this product. I received it today and tried it as soon as I could. The step process is clear to read and understand. I was scared to pull out the tube for fear of pain. I pulled in one swift motion (just as it says in the instructions) and it worked! I had NO pain, NO teary-eyes, and a hairless nose.

It saves me a lot of money in salon facial waxes, and allows me to have a wax when I need it with no appointment necessary. They say this doesn’t hurt as bad but I think ripping the hair out of your skin always hurts no matter how you do it. So yes… to me… it hurt BUT the results were on point, totally worth the ouch!

Works, giving clean and precise lines. wasn't sure what to expect of this wax wand. I usually pluck my eyebrows after a bad waxing experience. I figured I would give this wax wand a try. I am pleasantly surprised with how well it worked. It didn't cause any irritation to my skin and gave me clean/well groomed looking eyebrows. I will definitely use this product again for future eyebrow waxing needs.

(as opposed to the brand I’d previously used which were so very difficult, if nigh on impossible to separate.)The wax is more than sufficient to do its job. The wipes are soothing. I shall continue to use NADS for my facial waxing & shall extol the great product to my lady friends.

I tried your sugar wax for the first time and it is just like the original recipe that we used growing up sometimes even making our own wax at home! I also love that you added the fabric strips instead of the disposable ones. They work sooo much better than the flimsy disposable ones. I like that this is a thick and good quality fabric.I hope you never have to compromise on the quality of your product or add fillers! Finally a perfect wax product accessible to us in the US! Hi Natalie! My name is Jessica. I purchased the Nads waxing dots at my local grocery store. I saw your card in the wax so I figured I'd send you an email with my thoughts. Hopefully you will get the chance to read it! Let me start off by saying, I wax my face (more specifically my chin) 2 to 3 times per week! Sounds like a lot, I know. Blame insulin resistance and PCOS. It's honestly my biggest insecurity. That being said, I normally buy wax beads at my local Sally's Beauty Supply store. Today, I decided to go somewhere else and give these a try. When I opened the package I was surprised at the amount I was actually getting. I was expecting a lot less. The smell of the strawberries and creme was a nice change from what I normally get. The colors were nice too. When I warmed them up in my wax warmer I noticed almost a marshmallow-like airy texture which was fun. But my biggest thing I look for when I apply wax to my chin is how sticky it is. I have gotten some that were AWFUL. Think bubblegum mixed with syrup and honey. However, your wax was NOT like that at all. This wax went on with such ease. It wasn't sticky or stringy like most. I am very pleased about that. What I like even more is how easy it was to pull off. It cooled quickly and came off without any hesitation. It was also super effective! Which is exactly what I need! I will 100% be switching to the Nad's wax dots! They are my new favorite. Though please let me know if you start to sell them in 1 or 2 pound bags! I could use a lot! :) Thank you so much!
GET IT!!! If you have not tried these waxing beads you need too!! I love how you don't need a separate machine and at all. Instructions were super easy to follow and the wax removed all the hair.

Hi Natalie. Just wanted to give you some feedback about your product Strawberries and cream wax dots. I used it for the first time and absolutely loved it! I’ve used other wax products, both yours and other brands. Because I wax myself I find the hot wax easiest to use, although I’ve had to use the strip wax also due to availability. The problem I’ve found lately Is that the wax has been getting sticky and messy when I used it. I’ve found this with a few of your products as well as the other brands I’ve used. It’s been very frustrating. Also, the smell has changed over time. I saw your strawberries and cream wax dots and thought I’d give it a go. When I opened it the smell was beautiful…not waxy at all! It melted exactly as per your instructions, which I have found is not always the case with wax. When I put it on my skin it was like applying cream, which felt really nice on my skin. But the best thing about it, and most importantly, was that it pulled the hairs out without any stinging or pain. Admittedly, not all the hairs came out first time but neither does the other waxes I’ve tried. The difference was when I reapplied to remove the other smaller hairs, the wax wasn’t sticky. There was no waxy residue left on my skin, which happens often. Even before I wiped with the aftercare wipes, my skin felt soft, not dry like it normally does when i wax. I hope you don’t change or discontinue this product because I really love it! Thanks for developing a great product. Hope you enjoy your day.

In recent years I have been using Gigi facial strips and have been increasingly dissatisfied (and angry) with how poorly Gigi removes facial hair. I've been using Nads since I was a teenager. I'm now almost 30 and still love the product! This is the ONLY wax that has never made me break out and itch! I couldn't find the product in Tennessee, once I moved I found it again and was so excited! Thank you for such a wonderful product!
I didn't know what to expect when I received this product but I was pleasantly surprised by the simplicity and ease of it. It smells really sweet and not too chemical like and works great. Doesn't leave any residue or skin damage.
I wanted to let you know that out of the different wax strips I have tried, Nad's are by far the best. I love that is grips to the hair and pulls out more hairs per strip than other companies. I also love that it does not leave much residue on the skin and that the oil wipes clean anything that is left behind with ease.
Pulled hair like nobody’s business. My husband don’t like me hairy, likes me like all them youngins. I got this kit and now he can’t get enough of me. I’d add some pictures to this but I don’t know that they’d allow such a thing haha.
On my last shopping trip, the Health and Beauty section was out of NADS Eyebrow Shaper. I shrugged and got the NAIR version, thinking it would be the same, or close enough.
Boy was I wrong. The NAIR version isn't just messier to use, it doesn't remove all the hair in one go. Even with two applications, it didn't. I know you're not supposed to use facial waxing products more than once on the same area during one day, I had to. I went to other store, got the NADS eyebrow shaper and re-applied to the areas that the NAIR one didn't work. All hair removed with one go.
As long as your product is out there, that is the one I will be using.

I just wanted to thank you for your product and tell you how amazing it worked. I was skeptical when I bought it but I was desperate for something to help with my eyebrows. I bought these wax strips, just to give them a try. I normally don’t use them at all, however I was surprised that it wasn’t that painful and they work really well. Overall super happy with my purchase and I’ll definitely be buying them again.

I would like to say I've been using ur wax strips for years and have loved them...very best in the market for effectively removing hair. I just saw these new strips with Shea butter you produced, absolulety amazing if i may say! I didn't know how u guys could improve but you have. When placed on the skin have a nice cooling effect to them and removes hair almost flawlessly. Thats the first time i have seen a wax strip remove all the hair in one go. Very impressed! Not only that but they tear less when pilling the strips apart and i have halfed the amount of usage i would normal need. Will definitely be buying more of these, i just wanted to show my appreciate with an email and say great job to Nads!

I have used the skin shield today and found that it really assisted the removal of facial hair - I also found that the wax on the strip's seemed fresher - more moist. I LOVE my exfoliating wax strips! My skin has never been smoother and I've never had fewer ingrown hairs with any other product!! I use the exfoliating strips with another Nad's product, the Ingrow Solution and I just use a tiny amount on the area after I wax just to be safe!! No ingrown hairs to report as of yet!!
Since using Nad's new exfoliating wax strips I now understand why I could never achieve good results with wax strips in the past. I was missing the crucial element of 'exfoliation' and I'm amazed at just how quick and efficient the strip works.
I love that you can use the strip again and again without losing 'stick', I practically get half my leg done with just one strip!
Hi Sue, I've just purchased the Eyebrow Wax Wand and saw your feedback card. I have been using this product for many years, even throughout my Beauty Therapy career, I have found this so easy and convenient without the hassle and the inconvenience of a messy wax pot. The only change I could suggest is cutting down the size of the pre wax cleansing wipes, as I only wax my eyebrows, and find the wipe is too large and wasted on a small area. I tear the cleansing wipe in half and keep the unused half for next time. Otherwise the wipes would be all used before I've used all of the wax in the wand. Other than that, I find your products amazing! Have a fabulous day!
