On opening a new pot of Nad’s today and now finished my waxing, I decided to answer your ’Thank you’ card and send feedback.
I love everything about Nad’s (natural hair removal gel).
Being a long term user of Nad’s, maybe even a few decades now, I find the product perfect for all my hair removal needs and so easy to use.
Nad’s, as a complete kit, is easy to store, set-up, apply, remove and clean-up. I’ve been a waxer since about 1982 and have used many products in home and in salons. I love that Nad’s is natural and that there is no heating required. There is no need for special storage, spill mats, heating pots, disposal of strips and old wax.
In these times of massive rubbish creation, I love that the used applicator and cloth strips wash up in water for reuse.
Many years ago, I decided to wax my eyebrows for the first time, with Nad’s at home. I did one side and was super impressed with the results. When I applied the cloth strip over the second eyebrow, I had not folded the cloth to cover the used section of wax. This resulted in the used wax being pressed into the whole eyebrow.. I panicked and was like "oh no, I am going to have no eyebrow".. my husband “laughing” ..“laughing lots” ..said isn’t this stuff water soluble? Oh yeah! Crisis averted.
I Love the Nad’s story and continue to be impressed by this superior product.

My feedback on the Nads Wax Strips I have to say the Nads Wax Strips is the best product I have ever come across. Don't need hot Wax for my face anymore. Thank you for such an incredible product.
I can’t stress enough and recommend this product. This is the the best wax I ever wort with it makes it easy and even lighted my under arms. I use the waxing dots and they are so soft and is nice for sensitive skin. I love this soooo much.
The strips are a bit tricky to use if you don't have any prior experience with self waxing however once you get the hang of it they're a breeze to use! Awesome product , would repurchase and recommend them to friends!
Love. Took a few tries but, once I had some practice, it worked great at removing my super-fine brow hair. The pen allows me to be precise when applying and the whole process is simple and fast.
Name on box sold me- naturally derived formula. Love the easy to apply strips. And the availability and low price.
I really love the Nads waxing dots, I got mine from target. It was easy to use. For $14 I did my face, underarms and Brazilian. It’s a great quality wax. Heats up nice, Reheats nicely. I wish it came in a bigger opinion.
This product is so easy to use and is great for those with sensitive skin! Its my go to wax product. Its really effective (i usually use it for underarms and legs) and the strip can be used quite a few times, with little or no sticky residue left on the skin. The wipes and balm provided really helps to soothe the skin after waxing and so theres very little discomfort or pain afterwards.
Smells weird but it does the job! I loved using this on bigger areas like my legs and arms. I feel like I have more control on pulling. I did not like the fact that everything you need i.e wooden spatulas, after wax cloths, and the instructions are all inside the canister. So you do have to dig around and search for it. I like the concept of this, which makes it easier to do.
I've been using Nads since I was a teenager. I'm now almost 30 and still love the product! This is the ONLY wax that has never made me break out and itch! I couldn't find the product in Tennessee, once I moved I found it again and was so excited! Thank you for such a wonderful product!
Well I want I tell you I love my nads.i be been using this product for 20 plus years. The hair on my legs and underarms is so soft.. I swear by this product. And readily share what I have.onceis all it takes. You have out done your self. I love you and my NADS. Whoo hoo!! Smooth legs and other areas.
Good product. I like this wax pen but it’s kind of difficult to apply being you don’t warm the wax up. It comes with a cleanser soap and the wax strips which is nice but i think if the wax could be warmed up it would work better.

This eyebrow kit is really good if you know how to use it. You could make any shape you want and you could get at least 5 uses out of it. It's cheap and fun to do! Especially at times when eyebrow places are closed, this kit really comes in handy. Plus, nads has really good cutomer service and really good tips for all types of waxing.
The cotton strips were awesome they didn't leave debris stuck to your face or eyelashes like other strips do...Thanks again for such a wonderful product.
I have had some at home waxing disasters. Sticky messes. BUT this was not a disaster. If you mess up with this simply use one of the cleaning wipes they give you. It takes it right off! The wax itself is great, it took the hair mostly off without being a mess. I did between my brows, above my brows, and upper lip. I couldn’t do below the eyebrow due to thickness of tip and strips. It did miss on all of the above some small hairs but it still made my job much easier. I do think this is a one sitting product for me given the small amount of wax and strips. I do wish there were more strips and perhaps skinnier ones (but i could get those separately or cut them myself I know).
Hi Nat Sharon here I have been using Nads for a long time now and find it the best hair removal ever. I unfortunately suffer from facial hair and I say to my sister and partner ' I'm going to wax my moustache now' LOL. Thank you so much for having Nads hair removal available.
Hi Natalie! I saw your paper slip in the nads box that I purchased and figured I would give you some feedback. I have to say, I am a woman who has been in the “waxing game” ever since 5th grade with my thick, dark, black hair. I have had a journey of hatred, frustration, jealousy, kindness and acceptance with my body hair. With all of the hair removal products out there, it can be difficult to find an inexpensive but reliable product. I have tried so many products for wax strips, microwaveable wax, bleach etc. and I have to say truly and honestly that not only is Nads the product that works the best, but that green wax is the most painless and best quality I have found for over the counter waxing strips. Your waxing strip are better quality which means more success with less strips and rips which makes a less painful experience and a happier customer. So I wanted to thank you for making such a great quality product at a low cost Have a great week!
I use Nad's Hair Removal Gel and It is the best DIY hear removal method I have ever used. I no longer have to go into a salon and fork out $50 or more to get unwanted hair removed. I can now do it at home for next to nothing, I discovered that if I heat up the gel just a little it is even more effective. Awesome product, would recommend to anyone!
Thank you for making a product so authentic and pure! I grew up in India and now live in Boston. I tried your sugar wax for the first time and it is just like the original recipe that we used growing up sometimes even making our own wax at home! I also love that you added the fabric strips instead of the disposable ones. They work sooo much better than the flimsy disposable ones. I like that this is a thick and good quality fabric.I hope you never have to compromise on the quality of your product or add fillers! Finally a perfect wax product accessible to us in the US! Hi Sue, I've just purchased the Eyebrow Wax Wand and saw your feedback card. I have been using this product for many years, even throughout my Beauty Therapy career, I have found this so easy and convenient without the hassle and the inconvenience of a messy wax pot. The only change I could suggest is cutting down the size of the pre wax cleansing wipes, as I only wax my eyebrows, and find the wipe is too large and wasted on a small area. I tear the cleansing wipe in half and keep the unused half for next time. Otherwise the wipes would be all used before I've used all of the wax in the wand. Other than that, I find your products amazing! Have a fabulous day!

So easy to use! Nad’s waxing kit is so easy to use! It comes with everything you need to get smooth soft skin at home! Waxing beads melt so well in provided container and comes with application sticks as well. I was so excited to use as soon as it came in that I waxed anywhere that had hair except my head lol. I was able to wax both legs, my arms, my eyebrows and my daughters legs with wax left over. I definitely recommend as this process was painless and I have no bumps or Irritation!
I have really sensitive skin on my legs but unlike other brands of wax strips, Nad's caused no irritation and left my legs feeling soft and smooth. The instructions were easy to follow making the strips quick and easy to apply. The wax strips removed all the hair easily and painless without leaving my skin feeling tacky like other brands have. The post wax oil smells great and makes the skin feel even smoother.
Amazing product with professional quality. I am amazed how great these Nad's Waxing Dots work. I simply melted it in microwave and it was ready to use. Comparing to other products it’s actually very convenient because it does not require special warmer and can be used at home. Also it didn’t even need special strips, just apply wax with spatulas and remove hair! I noticed that even short hairs were removed by the root. Calming oil coming in set and works great too. I’m very satisfied with this waxing dots and see same results as could be achieved in professional salon. Definitely recommend to try it!
Hi I absolutely love your product. I have so much eyebrow hair. I am 65 and I always used to have them done but then after a few bad experiences I started doing them myself. I would microwave the wax and it's hard to do without it dripping all over. I can see all the hair your product removes on the strip. I'm very happy and will recommend to all the women I know.
Hi Sue my name is Angel and I am a big fan of your Nad’s brand, when it comes to my favourite product I always point into the direction of your natural sugar wax kit, At first I was freaking out when I had applied it on my eyebrow hair and I am so glad that it’s mistake proof and it just easily washed away, It is just marvellous and such a beautiful way of being able to remove any unwanted hair. Hello, I hope all is well. I recently started using Nad’s facial wax strips and hair removal body butter. I just wanted to let you know that I absolutely love these products. These products remove all the hair needed as followed by the instructions and smell good as well. In the past I have used Nair and it has irritated my skin, but with Nad’s I am glad to say that I have been able to find a product that is safe to use on my skin.

I'm writing to let you know I tried your product tonight because I couldn’t get an appointment at my local beauticians... and will not need to pay a fortune for eyebrow waxing there again! I am just wanting to send a great big thank you to the creators of Nads hair removal gel. After years of trying various hair removal products from shaving to hair removal creams to waxing and epilators, I thought I'd finally give Nads a try. This choice was made simply by cost comparisons at my local supermarket, added to the fact that the gel didn't require heating (and therefore constant reheating throughout the application). I am so glad that I have tried the Nads product. It did an amazing job of hair removal. It was quick and very easy to use. I will absolutely be using this product again and will recommend it highly to my family and friends. My only regret is that I didn't try this product earlier. Thank you for a job well done!
I'm a beautician specialising in Brazilians and I find this is the closest at home product to anything we have in the salon. Would definitely recommend this to someone too shy to get it done professionally!
Pretty over all happy. This stuff is pretty cool, easy to make a mess which is kinda a pain to clean up but otherwise it definitely does it’s job. Not a huge fan of the smell but it didn’t make me break out or anything which is a plus.

After drying my legs, I noticed how hydrated and smooth they were. My legs were hair-free and smooth to touch. I was highly impressed! The results also lasted longer compared to other methods such as shaving. This product saves me time as I only have to do it once a week. Overall I feel more confident and sexy when I use this product. Nothing beats the feeling of silky smooth legs.

Wanted to give my review on the strawberries and cream waxing dots!! It’s so cute and smells amazing, which isn’t something I’m used to with wax beads lol. Worked amazing which also isn’t something I’m used to. It really works well and everything included was super helpful! I almost never used the wipes that come in wax kits but the wipes that came with this were absolutely amazing and soo soothing. Will be repurchasing :-)
I love Nad's premium cotton strips! They're thick and strong. They make wax process painless, easy, and fast. I don't get irritation from them like thinner wax strips. I wish they are available in the U.S since it's a lot of hassle to wash them.
These have been a lifesaver! They are so convenient and gentle and streamline my whole grooming routine. This has been my first experience with waxing and this product is perfect for extra sensitive skin. My underarms have not been irritated at all. Great product!
These are pretty good wax strips. I like that the kit contains several sizes so you can use the appropriate strip for the face or body. The wax is contained between clear plastic which makes it easy to handle while you’re applying it. Unlike other wax strips I’ve used, I actually prefer this plastic strip because it doesn’t get as sticky as paper strips. The wax works really well and clears the hair in one go. I didn’t experience any irritation or problems with hair being left behind. Overall a great wax kit that works really well.
Hi Sue, I recently purchased the facial waxing strips from Ulta and gave them a try. I must say, 10/10!!!! I absolutely love them. They were so easy to use, the waxing was painless, and the removal was 99% a strip. Such a great product. I’m already sharing with friends. The oil pads that came with it… amazing touch! So soothing. I just recently bought the Nad's eyebrow shaper since all the reviews on YouTube and here were so positive and great which meant I had to try it! I had high expectations for it and wen I used it for the first time I was quite impressed! Wow this product works wonders and doesn't cost a lot if you compare it to getting your eyebrows waxed at a salon. It is great for it's price and the tutorials are amazing! Great product and I'm sure all of Nad's other products would impress me the same!
Hi Nat, Just replying to your request for feedback. I purchased your facial (upper lip) hair removal kit instead of the Sally Hansen I've been using. Yours was much easier to use and did a better job too. With Sally Hansen, separating the wax strips was always challenging and sometimes defeating. Separating yours was easy which is greatly appreciated. The hair removal was also better than the Sally Hansen. Thank you.
Hello, just wanted to write and say.. Thank you! Just tried your facial wax strips for the first time. They are fantabulous. So simple and easy to use, no pots and strips or sticks, definitely no burns from overheating the wax! Will definitely be using them into the future.
These waxing dots come in an adorable package and have a light sweet scent. It's easy to microwave the dots in the container and then use the included stick to apply the warm wax. The kit also comes with wax removal wipes, which always help me with clean up. Overall, the wax works well, though it is messier than wax strips. The finishing wipes help soothe and clean up the skin, for a nice smooth look.

I love sugar wax! It doesn’t have the super chemical smell like most other waxes and it works just as well. It also doesn’t leave any weird film or residue.
I am a self waxer born out of COVID times. Prior to COVID I would attend a salon / parlour to be waxed, but realized the convenience and financial advantage of self-waxing during COVID when there was no other choice. I have only ever used your Bikini/Brazilian hot wax product. I found it worked quite well, however the new version recently released with beeswax is phenomenal. I was so surprised by the elevation in quality and ease - it definitely took less time to heat, but also it didn't stick to the skin of the waxing areas, didn't stay on my fingers, was so much easier to remove ... basically just 100 times better. Just wanted to feed this back as one appreciative customer.
This is the only brand I use. Never have any issues. I am allergic to fragrance, chemicals and colorants, but this works for me. No redness, no rash, just smooth, hair free legs. I don't use the enclosed oil though.

I must say I love your product, it's easy to adhere and easy to remove, it does not irritate my face or leave lumps after use and the post wax calming oil is very light and easily removes wax and is sensitive to my skin. First time using the facial wax strips for my upper lip & it was so easy to do! Virtually pain free, just a little redness, but it went away within a few minutes! Should have tried this earlier!
I just purchased the eyebrow waxing pen for about the 20th time! It is by far my favourite product that you offer as it is super easy to use, it makes it so easy to either touch up or fully redo your brows! You can also get the extra fabric waxing strips and reuse them and even cut them up for the extra wax left over after the first use. As a student beauty therapist it's hard to find a wax that works well with you for a painless smooth finish but I have used the strips and the hot wax many amount of times and I absolutely love it !

I recently purchased your Facial Wax Strips. I love them. I used them for my upper and lower lip area and the product removed all unwanted hair. It is so simple to use, no mess, and quick.
