Are you longing for some pampering but are too short on time? Here are a few of my quick tips to get you feeling fabulous at home!
1. Bring the spa home
(After you put the kids to bed of course) 😉. Light up some candles, turn off the lights and take a hot bath. I love to use my favourite bath bomb and a swirl of bath oil to soak in.
2. Treat your hair
While in the bath give your hair some love and treat it with an in-hair treatment. Keep it simple. I love to use natural avocado and almond oil - it's a perfect combo to soften and nourish my hair.
3. Love a good mani
Exfoliate your hands and feet with a little olive oil, sea salt and brown sugar, massage into the skin then rinse clean. Finish off your mani - save time and money by opting for a high-quality nail polish as your colour will last longer.
